#sprite base

After a few weeks, my pet project base is finally complete... And it was so big I had to split it in half to post to Tumblr so you can actually see what each outfit looks like.

But anyway, here it is! Every outfit from homestuck that has been sprited, including some that weren't, and also a good selection of original outfits made by me! I hope you guys enjoy this- I spent so much time on this but seeing the finished base come together is very satisfying. Note: I will be moving all my bases to toyhouse from now on and will no longer be updating deviantart.

As with all my bases, this one is free to use for any reason: personal sprites, commissions/adopts, fanventures, anything at all! Just remember to credit me ^^

Neko Atsume Bases

These sprite sheets were made from Snowball and Bandit's sprites, taken from Spriter's Resource. The first sheet is my old sheet, while the second one is my modern, organized one I use for my edits. I did not make the sprites myself, I just made them transparent and organized them.

And you can use this Thief of Rage for free with no credit, all I really did was de-fuzz the Rage symbol.

Fallout Shelter Sprite Bases

i love fallout shelter’s character art, so by popular demand, i’ve put together a base sheet for you to draw your own OCs. these are cobbled together from the poses i’ve used on my own sprites - if you want to draw other variations, feel free! they’re just a place to start.

if you use these, credit would be nice! we all know the honor system here.

NOTE: i’m used to drawing on small, low-resolution canvases, so the bases may be smaller than you’re comfortable working with. if you’d rather work on a larger canvas, you can enlarge them through the program waifu2x - since tumblr doesn’t like outside links in posts, it’s the first search result when you google it. have fun!

Do you have any grimdark aura bases? That'd be super cool to see from you :3

I actually didn't, because I make my aura from scratch every time I do a grimdark sprite. In my mind, the aura wraps around the character, clothes included, and not just behind them. Still, I made one for you!

As with all my guides, these rules are not universal or set in stone, this is just how I go about it. Also, if you don't want to do all of these, you can always do the steps up to step three and just take the tentacles from the base and paste it in.
