Headcanon that Rolfe’s rainbow thing was found behind a grocery store.
It was originally a st Patrick’s day thing, and it was near a dumpster and That’s how Rolfe found it.
He was gathering milk crates to store his vinyl collection and saw the rainbow and was like
“I need to take that”
And the rest is history

Happy St Patrick's Day!!!!
Why do people wear shamrocks on St Patrick's Day? ... Because real rocks are too heavy!! ;-D ... badoom tish ... here all week! ;-)
A friend of mine, through sheer bloody mindedness, managed to remove this rock from his garden. Somehow my suggestion of keeping it as a contemplative rock did not appeal. Shame ... I love rocks ... and, had there been a way, I would happily have transported it over to my place. My main rock, Ambrose, would love such a companion.
There are loads of these rocks across Ireland. They're usually associated with old cottages/farm buildings. Just up the road from me, in one of the farmer's fields, he's gathered up all his rocks and piled them one on top of the other and had them bound together with wire mesh. Sadly too far into the field for me to get a decent photograph, but you get the idea.
As ever, with rocks, I'm put in mind of Terry Pratchett. Now there was a man who obviously appreciated the many existences of these craggy critters. There's also the rock monster from Galaxy Quest. And Big Bang Theory with Bert getting all enthusiastic, shouting "Rock Show! Rock Show! Rock Show!"
I could go on ....... but there's porridge to be made and parades to be enjoyed. Have fun celebrating St Patrick's Day and, don't forget to pop a pebble in your pocket as a nod to the rocks ;-) ...

The Rock of Cashel | Home of the High Kings of Munster
Rising from the Golden Vale of Tipperary, steeped in mythology and immersed in over two millennia of history, the Rock of Cashel, also known as Cashel of the Kings and St. Patrick’s Rock (Carraig Phádraig), is a historic site in Ireland’s province of Munster. The Rock of Cashel served as the traditional seat of the Kings of Munster for several hundred years prior to the Norman invasion, though…
