Beginners Basic Series (Cardio) New to fitness? Wanna to start but have no idea how to go about it. I have a planned a series of basic moves for beginners.  All you need is 10 to 15 minutes daily to start your fitness journey or Restart if you have been on a long break. The moves are 1.Step out Jacks 2.Front leg kicks 3.High knees 4.Butt kicks 5.On spot Shuffles Start slow . Get your form correct. Start off with spot jogs for 2 minutes as a warmup and then try 3 rounds of each variation ( 30 seconds of movement followed by 30 seconds of rest) . So try it out and let me know how it went.
