Sooo I've been listening to a lot of Britney Spears lately, and a lot of her songs make me think of Rouge. And when I think of Rouge, I think of my fave Rouge ship, Manouge.

And I thought, hey, why not make a Manouge drawing for Valentine's Day??

So this is that.

My personal favorite headcanon is that- for majority of Sonic ships that are like sonamy, sonadow, sonelise, sonally, sonknux, sonaze, etc- he either has dated them all and is friends with all his exes (except for whoever is the current ship) peacefully OR he's dating all of them with their consent and just loves getting time to visit them all when he's wandering the world n such. Keeps up with them and loves no one any less than the other, except for maybe shadow and knuckles who he loves to spar with specifically.

This is probably gonna come as a surprise but my favorite ship isn't sonadow, it's sonallow actually, Sonic Sally and Shadow, three goofy Ss who always keep checking each other, making sure no ones more out of line than the other, strong support with a touch of friendly competition

In my mind, I love to imagine no one understands them better than each other as they're all just troubled teens- and later on adults- with so much more responsibility put on them than they can sometimes deal with who each cope with it differently. All have their strong sense of self identity, sonic has a thing for his red heads, and they don't need to worry about being too much for the other.

They can have comfortable home life while also always being able to run free and happy with each other. Sally doesn't have to worry about the boys being too fast because they'd feel comfortable and free enough with her to either always have her nearby or to just slow down for her. Shadow and Sally can be traumatized red head buddies(/j) and sonic can give them the small shows of his grand love that they need. No one overwhelms each other it'd be beautiful
