I've only seen the first one, tbh, so I'm not as well versed with the whole franchise, but I've seen my fair share of slasher movies, so I think I'll give this a go! But I'll be operating on the idea that they're in a slasher film together, so unfortunately, not all of them are going to survive. Sorry! It might not be exactly what you asked for!

1) Andrew Haldane and Eddie Jones - Oh no they don't make it. In fact, they're the dead girls who haunt the narrative. Particularly Andy. But Eddie, too, because Andy would not be dead if Eddie had not died first. They were each other's greatest happiness, and inevitable doom. Their romance is the tragedy, and sets the stage for all the shit that's about to go down next.

2) Bill Leyden - practical, smart, pragmatic, you'd think he'd survive, but he's too skeptical, you know? But he's too logical. Almost to a fault. At first, he wields it as his own weapon against the fear, but slowly it morphs from weapon to shield. Then slowly, from shield to outright denial, and as the tension rises and rises, he struggles to keep from breaking until, finally, he crumbles beneath it. Not completely, but just enough to give their killer an in. He's not surviving the night, unfortunately.

3) Jay De L'eau - he is though! Jay's surviving! out of pure dumb luck! He's so quiet, so small and so unassuming, that the killer will forget about him until it is too late. He's the last minute save you wouldn't expect, the car that comes crashing against your slasher, sending him several feet away and far enough to buy everybody else some time, or the shadow that brings something heavy down upon the slasher's head, enough to knock him out and pull everybody else to their feet, crying 'Run!'. He's the guy they find at the end, maybe in the post-credits scene, hiding beneath the rubble or tucked away amongst the shadows, safe and traumatized. But generally untouched.

4) RV Burgin - I don't think he's surviving. He wants to get out, no question. But he's not desperate enough to throw people under the bus, and maybe that was his mistake. He stops running because someone tripped. Turns to look back because someone calls out his name, reaches out to him. Or makes it out, but then realizes his is a hollow victory if he can't manage to take his friends out with him, too. Man, he should've just run, but that's not who Burgie is. He might come back in the sequel though, maybe in a post-credits scene added by the producers after the test screening audiences demand that he be alright bc they love the character too much.

5) Merriell Shelton - ok if there's a likely candidate for the 'someone from the original group who was the Slasher all along' character, it's Snaf; turns out he was Ghostface this whole time! but that feels like too much of an out and a little unfair, so I'll just say that he'll make it almost all the way to the end, but he's going to slip up. And it's going to be because he's so tired. He's so afraid under all that anger, but he's just so tired, too, and it only takes one little slip. One little swing too late. But make no mistake, he fights back. He will be remembered very fondly because he fights back, and the tragedy of it lies in how close he was to getting out. He was so close. But not close enough.

6) Eugene Sledge - FINAL GIRL FINAL GIRL FINAL GIRL ENERGY ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? OF COURSE HE'S FINAL GIRL he's standing over the bloody corpse of their tormentor and he's the only one in his right mind to shoot it more than once to make sure it's dead. He's the one whose rage far surpasses that of the slasher. He's the who comes out of this ordeal alive and fully changed, covered in blood, blurring the lines between victim and perpetrator, and smoking his pipe at the steps of the house or the entrance of the summer camp; red and blue emergency lights flashing over his face as someone puts a blanket over his shoulders.

1. Are they happy with their body?

Ripley: Yes very much, despite her having been picked on a lot due to being hairy and flat chested/boyish looking and has had fleeting thoughts of wanting to be 'prettier', in the end she wouldn't change a thing. Except that she'd like to be more buff maybe lol. But like in general she feels like it does fit her perfectly. In the au where she stays human her body will change a lot after having a baby in her 30s and then she's still like happy with her body, would also not gaf about 'bouncing back' or whatever. Except she has boobs now and she thinks those are kinda annoying to have 💀. And she loses interest in doing those fem looks that she does in the present sometimes, though that's partly just because she's a tired mom now and doesn't feel like playing dress up anymore lol.

Rex (Blades, orc): He's mostly happy with his body, he loves being big and strong and feeling like he can protect those he loves, I guess. But sometimes, especially when she still lived in Riverbend, it did feel alienating looking so different from everyone and standing out so much. And sometimes when trying on more feminine clothes the wrong clothes can make him feel very ugly and he might get a bit upset. Especially in the context of like a ball or party coming up where she wants to look very pretty.

Mollie (AME): She's a trans woman and in the past was definitely very unhappy with her body. But after transitioning and getting a lot of work done unrelated to her transition she's mostly happy with how she looks and stuff.

Devon (ILITW): In general he's pretty content with his body, he especially thinks he has a pretty face. And ever since going on T (he's a trans guy) he's only become happier with his body, aside from the acne it's given him but that's worth it to him. The only thing he still wants to do is get top surgery. Through the book he'll get some scars which he's very unhappy about, especially due to the memories attached and in the future he'll cover them up with tattoo's.

Billie (QB): Very happy with her body and also works out a lot to maintain the muscles. Would get very distressed if she'd ever be unable to work out for a while and would lose a lot of muscle.

WOW that was soo good??? what the hell. I mean it already looked good from the previews but still crazy to see it in action. I was a bit worried after how disappointing the mashle anime was, but UU is in much better hands god bless. really looking forward to see everything in motion, tho curious where it'll end since it's confirmed 2 cour. we'll have to get some more episodes to see at what speed they're going to have a better idea. but anyway, UU is very good and even if you don't read the manga the anime is really good so check it, just be warned the start is a bit crude with a bunch lewd stuff going on (like andy being naked most of the time) but it gets better and it's a really fun series, give it a shot

hey that was pretty good. I didn't know what to expect but it was nice. you can tell it was made for older audiences like that had said it'd be with them talking about some more mature topics and even saying stuff like the 2nd pic. anyway, no action or anything, it was just setting up (mostly) nozomi and rin a bit and hten meeting the rest of the cast. from the preview it doesn't seem like they'll transform on the next episode? so it'll prob be on ep 3. I just hope they have new cure forms as adults instead of transforming into their younger selves.

while this would've been a billion times better with traditional animation I gotta admit the cg models weren't as bad I expected, at least for the characters, there was some rougher looking ones for other stuff. however, I Am Not Immune To Idols and they got my ass, regardless of cg or not, so I can't complain much. I'll be very much looking forward to seeing my girls animated and this makes my expectations for the shinymas anime a lot better

Jujutsu Kaisen Ch1 - 238

where do I even start huh. I hadn't read jujutsu cause it started at the time where I wasn't really reading anything but I've always had a general idea of what's going on cause of other people talking about it. my goal is to be reading everything on jump so I was gonna get to it sooner or later but because it seems it's getting close to the end that turned out to be sooner, but anyway. from the first few chaps I could see why it became so popular, the art's really good and the interaction between the characters was fun, but I didn't think it was THAT good to warrant it's popularity. that is, until I got to shibuya. up until here the series had felt kinda weird to me, like it was aimless or there was a lack of stakes but the shibuya really put things in motion and it was well structured. ofc the main point of the arc was to get rid of gojo since akutami wrote himself into a corner with how op he made him but yknow (I'm a gojo supporter btw). after that came the culling game, which was my favourite part of the series, you could really tell akutami was in his element and having fun just writing creative fights, however I could see why people would be getting tired of it cause it went on for a WHILE, and by the time it moved on it felt like it was more of the editor making akutami do it then it moving on naturally but oh well. if akutami ever does a series after this I hope it'll just be like the culling game with him being able to spread his creative wings and go wild with strange power fights. now the culling game is over and we're in what feels like the final arc. gojo got unsealed and fought sukuna, in a very cool fight, and despite being a big gojo fan I was content with the result. before catching up it just felt like he got unsealed and then immediately was gone again but the fight went on for quite a while so it wasn't actually that bad. idk how our cast is gonna get out this pickle now, but I doubt they'd let the bad guys win in a jump series so they'll make it somehow. anyway, I gave it a provisory 8/10, but it might go up or down depending on how things go from here. OH also I forgot to say but.. yuji is not a very good protagonist, he grew on me over the series but he's still p weak compared to most other jump protags OH ALSO ALSO, my favourite character is maki, I always love the "character with no powers that's strong enough to go toe to toe with the super powered people" trope, like rock lee or kenpachi, and she is that and I really liked her path until she got where she is

Kill Blue Ch24

haven't talked about this in a while but we're just coming off a short arc where a lot happened, including ogami turning back into an adult somehow, tenma learning he's an assassin and noren getting hyptonized into thinking she loves ogami for real. that's what this chap was about, ogami going to school and trying to avoid her for that reason hoping the hypnosis would wear off. it was a good chap, especially that little action sequence at the end, good luck next week ogami you'll need it

a new school year has started and with that we get new cast members to shake things up a bit, tho I don't really like the idea of the new girl butting into taiki's and natsu's relationship when we just got done with the love triangle plot with hina but we'll see

With sleep still lingering heavy on his eyelids Keeho becomes incredibly clingy, and to an extent he can be quite sensitive as well. Asks of you to “Please don’t be mean to me” when you’re trying to source any viable excuse to get you out of the devastatingly comfy bed and into the kitchen so you don’t over sleep, he just takes it very personally, but it’s hard to deny him the comfort of your body moulded into his when he’s unintentionally being so soft and cute about it. He either struggles with waking up so bad and will drag the process of your soft kisses and coaxing words out for as long as he can, or he just lays at your side, smiling to himself as he traces your features with the tips of his fingers.

But also maybe a cup of water if you’re getting up since it’s on your way, maybe a little snack too? It’s hard to deny him, sometimes he tugs on just the right strings and you’ll come back with breakfast prepared and ready to eat. He likes morning like this, watching tv, catching up on each others lives, the warm glow of the sun keeping you warm even when you’re sitting up and out of the nest of blankets. He catches glimpses of a secure future spent with you doing exactly the same thing, only the two of you will be older, and free from worry. Sometimes he’ll think about it for a little too long and his throat will start to tighten, he swears he doesn’t mean to get emotional, you’re just one of the closest feelings to home he has, and he’s just so grateful you’re sticking around. Leans his head onto your shoulder when he’s finished eating, silently kissing your hand.

Draws shapes and secret words against your back that you can’t focus on when he talks with his morning voice. Getting him to continue talking doesn’t take much effort, and he doesn’t fight it knowing how tired you are struggling not to fall back asleep. Talking about his music and any upcoming projects really gets him going, sometimes he talks in circles, and then laughs to himself whilst kissing your head, apologizing for not making any sense. When he’s not talking he’s singing, it’s not a conscious decision, it just slips, and he doesn’t try to sound good he just does, there’s something so perfect about the tenderness to his tone and how he sings for only your ears, you’re always the first to hear his new demos and experiments.

Even when he’s less than half awake he still seems so conscious. Will pull you into him if you’re a little too far, adjusts your arms so he can get a better hold on you, tucking you under his chin nice and comfy so he can go right back to sleep. You can never tell if he’s actually knocked out or if he’s just laying there with his eyes closed, but he always answers to the small curious pokes to his chest with a raspy “hm?” But that’s all you’ll get, so don’t expect much more. When Intak’s got you in his bed he’s a complete log, stays stuck to you all night and throughout most of the morning. After he’s fully awake then he enjoys small morning overviews of the previous day if you weren’t with him, and what you want to do today. He’ll do anything to keep you talking, to him there’s nothing better than a cozy morning in his bed accompanied by his lover who sounds so pretty when he makes you laugh.

The easiest to deal with, an absolute angel. Shota’s so content with anything you have to offer, he doesn’t mind if you get up 29272 times, as long as you come back to him he doesn’t mind at all ໒꒰ྀི´ ˘ ` ꒱ྀིა‎ accommodates to your morning routine as much as he can during the weekdays, but when it comes to free days when the two of you have nothing to do, no one to see, then he’ll ask of you to just stay in bed with him for as long as possible. Holds you if your body temp typically runs on the chillier side, or keeps an adequate amount of space between the two of you if you become hot quickly. He doesn’t say much when he’s tired, only small sounds and nods, but when he’s more awake he’s a little more talkative, not by a lot, but he enjoys playing with your hair while talking about a recent interest of his that you just have to know about too!

Mornings with Seob are always very quiet and easy- at least that’s how he tries to make them, his day-to-day schedule varies, but somehow he still manages to cut through any unexpected changes to sustain the tranquil nature of his room for even just a few more minutes spent with you in his arms. Not necessarily a possessive person in general, he can live with his members being physically affectionate with you, but when it’s early in the morning and the suns just barely creeping through the window all he wants is you, and all to himself at that. Asks where you’re going if you’re shifting in any way that indicates to him that you’re getting up, if he can come, why you’re going. Immediately settles once you’re back in bed and he can nuzzle into you.

Lately, I’ve found Noah Aronson’s work a bit hit or miss.  Sometimes, he shoots for the moon but misses, and there are times when his melodies don’t quite match the mood of the text.  But let me tell you . . . when he is on, he is on.  Pair his music with the right text, and he’ll give you intensity of feeling, openness, endless love, and that sweet combination of enough musical depth to be interesting, but something that you can still sing along with.  I think this piece really hits that Noah Aronson sweet spot.  It’s a commissioned piece that I’m pretty sure was intended for the Neilah service on Yom Kippur.

Neilah is actually one of my favorite services of the High Holy Days.  I love me a good first day Rosh Hashana, of course, but there’s just something about Neilah.  It’s the last service of Yom Kippur, the last thing that happens in a physically, emotionally, and spiritually intense twenty-five hours of prayer and fasting.  By the time Neilah rolls around, you are starving, exhausted, completely wrung out, closer with your congregation than you have ever been.  And then, Neilah starts.  And Neilah is forty-five minutes of intense, last-minute pleading.  The gates are closing, and it is your last chance to be let inside.  All of the energy that you have left, and then a little more, must be put into getting into those holy gates.

Neilah is also a service that takes place in the evening.  The light is dimming, your attention span is fraying.  The majesty and bombast of Rosh Hashana are long gone, and the funeral marches of Rosh Hashana Shacharit, Musaf, and Maariv have given way to something quiet, intense, and very personal.  Even the hazzan is tired at this point.  But somehow, we all rise to the occasion, every year.  That’s what this piece is for, and I think it succeeds brilliantly.

i'm glad you've been enjoying your holidays !! the break certainly is wonderful <3 even if you didn't end up writing again, i'd still be more than happy you're here. i stopped writing for awhile as well (like so many months fkjd) but i've since started again and i've really been enjoying it (other than the bouts of no motivation dfjdk)

outside of tumblr i've been doing sooooo much better than last year !! i've been at my job for over four months now and i LOVE it. it's a full time job and i'm still a full time university student so it does get a bit difficult sometimes but i've been doing really well and i love it. i also live in an all girls house with my best friend and three other roommates. i'm not close to them and we don't talk much, but i don't mind ! we all keep to ourselves (other than me and bff) and that's okay. it's been great to live in a house with other people my age and not stay with my aunt and uncle (who are lovely and i love them very much but living with them was not ideal). but yeah ! i'm doing well and my family has been saying since i moved back here and started my job that i look really happy (much different than their constant comments of "are you okay?" "you look so sad." etc.).

at first, he’s hesitant to let you borrow any of his stuff !! he’s still working on sharing. overtime, through deepening bonds and trust, he begins to let you borrow some of his toy trains and planes, and his little dollies.

he trusts you not to break it! if you do, it’s okay !! he promises! he’s a little sad, but he’s had to fix it before.

Brahms tilts his head down.

"I love you," your words meld into each other. He thinks it's super cute, even if he can't quite make everything out. He's heard the phrase enough from you though, that he knows what you're saying.

He shakes his head, curiously. "Nuh-uh. I love you even more."

Brahms lifts his mask up ever so slightly, and pecks a kiss atop your head. "Are you tired?"

"mm-mm, no. . ." your grip on him loosens and you rub your face against his shirt. "I can still pway a bit."

Brahms still had the energy- he was quite the night owl. But he knew you always tucked him and made sure he was ready for bed when he was tired (even if he often protested it). Surely he must do the same in return.

Showing his love was carrying your sleepy, tired self from the couch in the living room up to your bedroom. Checking just in case that you have your favorite blanket and draping it over your body- then came your covers, in your favorite colors. And sticking a stuffy in your arms (even though REALLY, he should be the one in ur arms but whatever :/).

Lastly, he slowly peels back the blankets and rests himself beside you. He sets his mask on the bedside table, next to two glasses full of water for the morning. He pulls the blankets back over, in such pristine condition. He likes to play with your hair to help him fall asleep. He gifts you a good night kiss on the cheek, wordlessly reminding you that all your worries will soon melt away.
