Found this awesome flow for prepping for vasisthasana which you can totally do on your forearm or knees if the full variation is too demanding! By the way, it can be awesome to generally think of poses that you can't do as "too demanding" instead of thinking that you are not good enough to do them! Hard poses just require elements of which you are not ready to give - once you are ready you will totally give the pose what it requires of you! Until then, respecting yourself and your limits, respecting the resources that you have and how to delegate them!
