Week 7 of My 2020 Quarantine Challenge!

✨ Thu ✨ If you were ruler of your own country what would be the first law you would introduce?

i think the first laws i would introduce would be regarding education. firslty free education for all up to the age of 18 and then i would also create a curriculum based on what students need to know. i would probably also have a strong focus on history because i think that is one of the most important things for everyone to have a strong basis 

i would also definitely also make laws on equality and anti-discrimination because no one should be treated differently for who they are

2. Tea, coffee or neither?

Right now, I’m drinking hot chocolate but I love coffee and I always bring my thermos to school with coffee in it ☕️☕️

3. Today’s study setup:

Today’s study setup is me trying to finish my English paper that’s due in 20 minutes lmao - I was at my Ancient Greek course this evening so I only just got home. Thankfully the paper is only 500 words and I’m mostly done 😅. I swear I’m normally better at getting things done in advance !!

hey all ! it’s been a while since i made my own post.

here are some highlights and lowlights (anyone else listen to gals on the go?)

lowlights:

☽ i’ve struggled with gathering mental and physical energy to do my work

☽ i’ve spent lots of time on mandatory events, classes, and assignments that i don’t particularly enjoy (as much as i love my extra curriculars and my majors, there are aspects to them i don’t always enjoy)

☽ because of these two points, i haven’t spent as much time on my studyblr as i would like

highlights:

✰ i’ve created room for activities with friends that i genuinely enjoy and don’t feel obligated to do

✰ i’m representing the organizations i’m a part of with pride — whether on a shirt, instagram, or stickers, i’m actively choosing to remember why i choose to be a part of them

Day 4 of waking up at 5 am: I woke up at 5:30 am, yay! They told us class would be a bit late, so I slept for half an hour more. I did drink cold water in the morning, so I was able to stay productive.

Tutored for 2 hours

Practiced 3 chapters of math

Attended my sibling’s high school play

So if you ever have to wake up early in the morning, drink cold water, wash your face and start your work. But you need to sleep early for this to work, sleeping at 2 am and waking up at 5 am is not worth it.

Usually, I like to make my notes on a post it, and stick them on a textbook, so that my summary points are more concise and I don't go on writing long sentences or copy straight from the book.

it’s been a very long day today! I didn’t have any classes today, so I spent the morning in the library and then continued doing readings for my course at home after lunch✨taught a ballet class in the evening too and I’m soooo ready for bed now😴
