An ode to Pangi <3

Pangi doesn't value forgiveness so he doesn't seek it. His battles are written with blood, lost and won with death. Apologies are made with promises of protection and forged with alliances of loyalty so that's love in his eyes .

His love and care for pili 1 ran unbearably deep to the point where he did not want to live in a world where Pili wasn't his best friend.

And then he was forced to do the same. Forced to accept that in his eyes Pili valued being killed by his obsession more than he'd have to keep living for his best friend.

Not just that but also be tormented by someone who has the face and voice and perhaps soul of someone he once loved, now wielding cruelty sharper than an enemies blade.

For years in the null, Pangi had nightmares about Pili 2 and his signs amidst having grief ridden dreams about Pili 1.

Yet he doesn't bring it up. Not in the null because Aimsey is aggressive and Ros is trauma stricken. And not after cause his pain feels too much like a sign of his weakness.

But what do you do when your scariest nightmare holds the face of one of the most beautiful dreams you've ever had

Do you not try to ward it off, protect your friends, shield the ones you love or do you chase after yet another dream, hoping the nightmare fades, even when it has never has, even if it might never will

So Pangi walks. Not in hope, not in fear but because some dreams, even when dead, Still call you home

If they do, ask them to put together a panel for The Dragon Prince! Request the cast and crew be invited to your local conventions! It might not seem like a lot and it may not pay off the way you’d want it to, but it’s a worth a submission and you might get lucky!

Welcome to Deadpool and Wolverine Rom-Com Fest 2025!

Still stuck in DPW hell? Got a boner for rom-coms? Love to create Frankensteineqsue beauties for the world to see? Strap on, this might be the fest for you. Below is a list of rom-coms that can be claimed, starting now. The goal is to make a work for your claim that may be written content or a piece of art (both, if you're nasty) in the plot of that rom-com. Any medium of art and/or writing is allowed, but for fanfiction, there is a minimum requirement of 1500 words. This fest is any pairings (or no pairings at all <3 un-rom those coms) within in the DPW movieverse. i'm approaching my 70th star wars fic on ao3 (incredible amazing mind boggling ive been doing this for forever and also only three years) and i thought that it would be really fun to do something i haven't done yet: a fic giveaway!!

i've created this google form to collect prompts/scenarios that you would like to see me write and am asking for no more than 2 from one person (though i do remember the rampant cheating of google form responses for the christmas fic debacle of 2022 🤨)

they can be as vague as "stewjoni obi-wan, any rating, no DNWs" or as specific as "stewjon is a living and breathing haunted house!planet and when obi-wan and anakin crash land on it, it has no intention of letting one of its own go again. not when its child has been so kind as to return to its lands. rating: M preferred, DNW: cannibalism, married anidala, any fucking mention of the fucking ocean i'm fucking serious kit"

the form will close august 30 and i'll randomly select a prompt to complete on the 31st!! the fic is going to be a one shot, from 5k-15k words and i'm aiming to have it be published in time to be my 70th star wars fic (so, published before my big bang fic, probably around end of november)
