So uhmm I haven’t been watching S10 but I heard that Ren and Doc are married now? So OBVIOUSLY I drew them in wedding outfits. Why wouldn’t I?
I do hope that this leads to them having a Minecraft wedding, and @inthelittlewood should crash it since apparently he’s very jealous lol

Just uploading all the table art cards from my wedding last November. It was Godzilla and flower themed.
I didn't get to do all the table art in color but I had enough for all the tables. I'll post more as the days go on.
Table #10 (#12 in the original order) - Mecha Godzilla and Sunflowers
I had a request to make sure to include Mecha Godzilla so he rounds out the completed table art. And I like sunflowers. I think the drawing came out nice as I'm not great with robots. It's one of the few that I like the weird static pose. I didn't like the new design in the Godzilla vs Kong movie.
The table numbers get a bit wonky because I ran out of time as we got closer and ended up not needing all the art. So I had to pick and chose what I could get done and what I wanted.

🌻🌻🌻SUNFLOWERS--THE FLOWER OF LOVE: RYUJI SAKAMOTO'S HANAKOTOBA🌻🌻🌻
I meant to make this post a while back but never got to it. I know it's kinda seasons late but...it's about our favorite boy Ryuji so it's never too late! Besides what with the ''wedding event'' that happened in p5 Tactica this is actually pretty relevant--- because sunflowers are romance flowers in japan and are commonly used for weddings!
So In this post I'll be discussing the Japanese meaning of Sunflowers , (or it's hanakotoba which means 'language of flowers), it's uses and why Ryuji was assigned said flower. Though his flowers are sunflowers and red geranium (red geranium means 'true friendship' and 'I am happy with you') sunflowers are a very important cultural symbol in Japan so that will be the focus. Sunflowers are aignificant enough that festivals like "Himawari Matsuri" exist specifically for sunflower viweing and sunflowers are often given to brides.
The sunflower is probably an unorthodox choice for romance in the mind of westerners. But the Japanese believe love should make you happy. So the sunflower which exudes joy is a popular choice for romance. Specifically it's a flower for lovers, just like red roses are and Gerbera daisies (also japan)
That's because the general message conveyed by japanese hanakotoba for sunflower means 'I adore you' ,'I only have eyes for you' or 'I only look at you',I worship you', 'desire' or 'I desire you'. ( These are images from a site I translated. The original page is linked below)
(original japanese site)
It is said to be careful gifting sunflowers...love confessions, wedding proposals, weddings and ocasionally Valentine's day and even White Day are times when people people exchange sunflowers. [examples: 1 2 3 ]. So it is not to be given lightly.
So what does this mean for Ryuji?
Someone who had love and devotion to Ryuji thought of him as a beautiful blushing bride💛🌻.
However, gay marriage is a tricky topic these days in japan. That's why even yaoi and yuri rarely ever depict gay marriage. So it's not surprising that it didn't end up getting into the game. ( In fact, no marriage took place between any characters at all. Period.)
But still, Ren and Ryuji are undeniably close. The closenes of their bond is very easily depicted throughout persona 5. So clearly they are very fond of each other if nothing else.
And they certainly have plans to be in each other's future.

This one's kinda complicated.
So, while we aren't playing Ravenloft right this second, me & Roland talk a lot about what we want to do for Curse of Strahd. Most of our conversations come back to Lovinia and how I want to play her. I've been throwing around the idea of having her start with some kind of trinket or memento from her time as Tatyana to hopefully help her in tying her life back together, or just to make the mania of harbouring like, upwards of ten different versions of yourself within her very fractured mind a bit more justified. I already settled on her having her wedding ring from her marriage to Sergei, but somewhere I decided it wasn't enough, so I designed a music box as well. The brooch next to it is actually the winding key for it: a mechanism on the back fits into a slot in the center of the sunflower on the box's front, and the loop at the top is so it can be worn as a necklace.
Roland helped me a bit with the wedding ring. I based it loosely on the one she got from Strahd that I designed awhile back, and tried to make it, just, absolutely tasteless while still being sincere, hence the heart cut (Sergei seems like the type of guy to both me & Roland that would find the biggest, prettiest thing he could for his wife. The phrase we've been using is "golden retriever boyfriend"). I took that idea into the design of the music box too, and triedto use bright colors and happy themes, like sunflowers, to utterly juxtapose Sergei's general aesthetic with Strahds whole spooky-vampire-in-his-big-haunted-mansion vibe. We even decided what song it plays: It's a pleasant melody, one that has an almost heroic twinge to it despite the solemnity of wider Barovia.
It's the Wintergatan Marble Machine music. It just.. really fucks, alright? It's like, perfectly sad and hopeful at the same time, and what is this huge contraption if not a giant, really cool music box?
