Alligator Loki is a Loki. Why? Because it makes my heart feel whole. But this then spawns a very important question for me--does this mean Loki has alligator powers (chomping off hands, for example)? OR does this mean that Alligator Loki can enchant people the way Sylvie can? I mean, obviously Alligator Loki didn't need to, but my question still stands.
