Saturday morning class at #GyanAdaab . Always look forward to teaching midst of fresh air and nature. Lots of #PositiveEnergy . Today’s class focus was #Core . I always emphasise to engage your core in all the #Asanas to derive complete benefits. However, sometimes I also like to take a class with full focus on #CoreStrengthening .Needless to say, a #StrongerCore translates to a #HealthySpine which translates to overall #Health . It saddens me to see #YogaStudents across all levels not able to get the basics right. #YogaBasics must be taught from the beginning.
