WHY!!!? INSTA POSTING TROUBLES! Heeelp!??? 😭

Guys! Help! I dunno why but Insta keeps doing this weird crop thing whenever I try to post more than one horizontal drawing! I don't know what to do and I'm worried for the future posts I'll make. Can anyone tell me what's going on and how to fix it? I've tried resizing, posting with my phone instead of tablet, trying it out on other pictures bedsides the ones you see here that are also horizontal, but of different sizes and still, NOTHING!!! Would appreciate any help!!! Pls!!! This happened before, but I can't remember how I resolved it, all I know is that I did. It's really stressful tho. Google and YouTube has been no help whatsoever either. They keep telling me to resize the photo and I did, but nothing changes! The empty black space besides the photos are the problem. Those spots are supposed to parts of the drawings themselves and when I try to post it as is, it fully crops my picture to the size of it you only see. I know how to make it so Insta will accept a different sized picture than the usual 1x1, but it's not letting me get pass the editing phase this time. How am I to share my art like this??? -Bubs.

also read something about slow dopamine and high dopamine release to do with fandoms and found it interesting. When something new comes out we consume all the official content quickly giving a fast rush of dopamine but when that rush runs out we feel depleted. Basically it was some therapist saying slow dopamine over time is better. How do you get that in fandoms? by creating!! I know the wait for official content (even an announcement) is killing us but basically writing fanfics making edits and art and headcanons even just talking helps with that slow dopamine

I always get very disappointed when I’m trying to find any kind of alternative fashion thing to wear, and have to wade through a sea of Xtian imagery and crosses. (Especially in looking for anything remotely goth.) It’s kinda made me think a lot about what it would look like for people to make alt fashion in various styles inspired by other cultures/religions that aren’t really represented. I am alright to admit I was wrong then I in fact was wrong, so today I can admit I was really wrong about threads as valid option to replace tumblr.

I still have my account so from time to time I see posts from threads pop on my instagram (because both accounts are connected and I use instagram) and what I see is so sad...

At first it was so wholesome: people sharing art and making connections, but now I see so many complaining posts and toxicity from people who acted all nice just few weeks before...

It seems a lot of people with very shitty behaviour issues came to threads because they failed on instagram and once they realised they can't make a killing in numbers on threads either, suddenly it's everyone's fault again for not giving them follows/reblogs/sales (first they blamed instagram now threads is equally at fault).

I mean it sucks if you hoped more, but come on...

Now threads is shittier version of twitter, but instead of toxic social justice warriors, you have toxic artists ruining the platform they preached will be safe Elysium fields for all the small artists...
