Vox, at first, was mainly your friend and your set-up provider, he’d give you the tech for your streaming career and that more casual business relationship turned into an actual one. He had grown to enjoy your streams and yes, let me say, he is actually a fan of yours

Vox eventually wanted to push up that friendship to a relationship after a few months of knowing you and getting to learn about you, so he begun subtly flirting with you, his crush growing every single day and possibly out of luck or out of his own rizz working, you agreed to go out with him. Yes, Vox promotes your merch on his show sometimes and promotes people who like streaming and videogames to watch your Tremor streams. He is a fanboy and he’s proud of how much he likes your work, he isn’t even ashamed of it. He admits it to the Vees without a single ounce of shame

Vox will wear your merch at times. Just randomly in the house you two share or whilst he is privately working as an Overlord. He loves the hoodies and the tees, they are comfortable AF and sometimes, he just goes to sleep in them

“Hey, Koushi? What was it like? Finally saying goodbye to your childhood?” You asked, sitting at the edge of his bed as he typed away on his computer. 

“It was hard, but exciting. I thankfully had my dad to help me with all this adulting stuff, so, it was scary, and I do sometimes miss my childhood, but growing up isn’t so bad,” he responded earnestly. 

“That doesn’t sound as bad as my extended family makes it sound,” you chuckled lightly. 

The former setter turned around to study your face. “You still worried about it? Getting older?” 

Your eyes fell to your lap. “Yeah.” You forced a laugh. Your boyfriend was a year older than you and was currently talking university courses, but you were finishing your final year of Highschool. Graduating wasn’t the scariest thing to you, you were ready to say goodbye to these school halls. You however, weren’t quite sure how prepared you were for the future, the closer it got to adulthood. You knew your boyfriend was there to support you, but nonetheless it terrified you. And there was one other thing… 

“Oh gosh, does it worry you that much, my love?” You hadn’t realized you were crying until Koushi spoke in a lower, concerned tone. 

He moved to the bed, sitting next to you, bringing his hand to hold the side of your face carefully. He wiped away your tears as they fell. He wished he could do the same with your anxieties. When you didn’t respond, it worried him more. “Darling, what’s wrong? You can talk to me.”

You met his eyes with your teary ones, trying to find the words to describe the mess in your mind. “I just. It feels so sudden. I, I don’t really have much of a childhood to say goodbye to, yknow? I feel so.. robbed. I had to grow up way too fast, I missed out on my childhood and teen years, and now I’m being thrusted into adulthood, clueless of how to do anything.” You explained, voice breaking as you spoke. “How can I miss something I never had?” After that, you couldn’t keep it in, and the sobs that were building in your throat finally escaped.

Koushi’s eyes knitted together, his hand on your cheek moving to the back of your neck, gently pushing you to the crook of his neck. His thumb soothingly stroked your skin. “Oh honey,” he whispered, pressing comforting kisses to your temple. He held you there like that, shushing you softly. You were so precious to him, he treated you like porcelain, not as in weak, but because you’re valuable. You remained there like that, face tucked under his chin, one of his hands on the back of your neck, the other holding you. He waited till your sobs had calmed down to sniffles to speak.

“It’s perfectly understandable to mourn that you never properly got to be a kid, or a teen for that matter. I wish things were better for you, you deserve so much more than this.” He paused to look you in the eyes, so he could convey his words. His heart ached seeing the lost look in your eyes, he wanted nothing more than to take it away and replace it with happiness. Then he got an idea. 

“I know it’s not much, but I know of something that might help, even a little. How about you tell me about the things you wanted to do as a child, or even recently, and we’ll do it. I’ll get you the things your parents didn’t let you have,” he smiled, brushing the hair from your face. “Within reason of course.” He added, trying to lighten the mood. 

Your heart swelled up at his offer, tears beginning to fill your eyes once again because of how kind he was. “But you’re busy with uni, I couldn’t bother you, I’d feel too bad.”

“I’m never too busy for you, darling. Besides,” he pressed a kiss to your forehead. “I love being bothered. You don’t bother me enough. I want to do this for you, I promise. I know I’ll never be able to make up for all the years of your life that you’ll never get back, but you deserve better than this, so I want to do what I can.” 

“You don’t have to, Koushi..” you mumbled, feeling bad. 

“True, but I want to. You’re worth this, love, and so much more.” 

You two spent the rest of the evening cuddling, watching a movie of your. He got you tea before bed, which was set on the nightstand before you snuggled into his bed next to him. You laid your head on his shoulder, and he pulled you closer to him in response. 

“Goodnight my love, tomorrow will be better, I love you,” he whispered before giving you a kiss.

“Goodnight, I love you too.”

The next morning you found a plushie you wanted since you were little sitting on the bed, a card with your name on it resting in front of him. You smiled to yourself, grateful to have someone like Koushi in your life.

...Or my uh, tasteful Alucard mousepad with uh “wrist support” Emmet would NOT be having it. You don’t need those body pillows, or mousepads, or posters. All you need is him, and he will make sure you know it by the time he’s through with you. You’ll practically be a babbling mess covered in his spent by the time he’s done with you. He’ll make sure you never feel the need for those pillow cases or mousepads again! Meanwhile, poor Ingo being SO upset that you might not find him as a suitable mate, just from a pillowcase. Belated Bday post for best boy Ryuji!!! Here’s pretty much all my little headcanons/analysis/observations about his character because I love him!!!

(Yes some of these are me projecting onto him mind your business)

Ryuji has a teddy bear that he’s had since he was a baby. He used to hold onto it for comfort whenever he was hiding from his father and he still pulls it out if he’s having a rough day. The teddy bear’s name is Huggles.

Ryuji suffers from undiagnosed ADHD. His mother took him to a couple doctors as a kid but he never got a diagnosis because they either couldn’t afford to see a psychiatrist or they didn’t have time to follow up because his mother works 2 jobs

As a result of his ADHD he suffers from chronic muscle pains due to a lack of dopamine. He mostly feels it in his shoulder and pectoral muscles which is why he rolls out his shoulder a lot in idle animations. After Kamoshida broke his leg he suffered chronic pain there as well due to both the dopamine deficiency and him not being able to afford proper physical therapy after the injury.

His mood swings are another result of his ADHD. It’s difficult for him to control his emotions (i.e anger, embarrassment, excitement, happiness) so he tends to over-express himself to the point where other people are annoyed or put off by his behavior.

He works out because that’s often the only thing he can really focus on. The first time he noticed a hint of abs showing he was totally ecstatic and doubled down on his workouts for the next week but ended up hurting himself in the process.

He tried a bunch of team sports throughout his childhood but he had so much energy that he could never slow down long enough to think and cooperate with his teammates. This is why track ended up being perfect for him.

Ryuji loves hard. He’ll be willing to lay down his life for someone he’s known for like a week. You could call him at 3 am to ask him to help you move your couch because you’re in a manic episode and can’t sleep until you rearrange all your furniture and he’ll be on his way with energy drinks and your favorite flavor of chips at the drop of a hat.

Ryuji is very physically affectionate and gives great hugs. Futaba lets him scoop her up in a bear hug when she’s having a bad day and he’s happy to oblige. Ryuji and Ann will often just subconsciously be touching in some way any time they’re hanging out. Most of the time they’ll be chilling on the couch and she’ll be lazily draped across him or he’ll lay his head in her lap while she scrolls on her phone. They’re very comfortable around each other.

Ryuji volunteers to assistant coach a boy’s soccer team the summer after Ren goes home and discovers that he loves working with kids. Coaching quickly becomes his passion and he decided to work on making it a career for himself. The kids adore him of course and admire his hair and hang all over him while he tells jokes and encourages them to have fun and try their best. He brings the best snacks and if they lose he’s always there to cheer them up.

His mother has some moderate health problems that she really needs to take care of but she can’t because she’s always had to work to support herself and Ryuji. The reason Ryuji drops everything to go help his mom all the time is because he knows she needs the help and won’t ask for it. He feels incredibly guilty for all the stress he’s caused her and wants to succeed in life so she doesn’t have to take care of him anymore. He secretly saved most of the money he got from phantom thievery to help pay off her debts. She took the money out of necessity, but still doesn’t know where he got it all from.

Ryuji is actually partially deaf from the explosion in Shido’s palace. His hearing is getting worse and worse as time goes on and it scares him. He worries that one day hearing aids won’t be enough and he’ll have to learn sign language. However, he doesn’t regret his decision for a second and would risk his life again for his friends given the opportunity.

Bonus: Ship headcanons for each of the PTs with Ryuji (excluding Morgana of course)

Ren and Ryuji like to watch movies together. Ryuji’s a huge fan of The Cake Knight franchise and Ren loves to listen to him ramble on excitedly about the lore and characters. Ren likes renting the crappiest movies he can find at the rental store and laughing at them with Ryuji. These two are chaotic and dumb and in love and get each other into trouble a lot. Sojiro came to Leblanc one morning and Ryuji was stuck in the doorway in one of those fake sumo wrestler suits while Ren was desperately trying to push him out from the other side. Basically they’re perfect for each other. and then they kith

Ryuji and Ann in a romantic relationship wouldn’t be too different from their platonic relationship. They’re still super physically affectionate and they still tease the hell out of each other. They eat out all the fucking time because Ann can’t cook and she won’t stop cuddling Ryuji so he can get up and cook. Peak dumbasses together. and then they kith

Ryuji constantly compliments Yusuke and feels so damn lucky to have him. He and Yusuke try to just sit in comfortable silence together and do their own things but eventually Ryuji will get bored and want to run around. He drags Yusuke with him to get the boy some damn sunlight for once in his life. Ryuji makes sure that Yusuke eats every day and drinks enough water because he gets so in the zone when he’s drawing or painting. and then they kith

Ryuji and Makoto are the crazy workout couple. Honestly Ryuji likes a girl who will take charge and tell him what to do because he never knows what’s going on. Makoto will do the smallest thing for him that he’s been putting off forever like take that one shirt to the dry cleaners and he’ll just fall in love. They balance each other out well with their work hard and play hard mentalities respectively. and then they kith

Futaba and Ryuji go to each other’s houses just to nap together. They game together sometimes too but Ryuji always gets crushed anyway. Ryuji pushes Futaba to get out of the house more and actually makes her exercise because it’s good for her health. Futaba feels safest with him out in public because people tend to be put off by his looks and therefore won’t get so close to the two of them (delinquent looking bf go brrrr). and then they kith

Ryuji and Haru are the most wholesome couple you’ll ever meet. Haru’s very touch starved from her childhood and Ryuji is Ryuji so they match well together. Ryuji has a surprisingly good green thumb and loves hearing Haru talk about her plants and things she wants to grow for her future cafe. She thinks he looks really handsome in suits so she buys them for him a lot. Accompanying Haru to business events can be a little uncomfortable sometimes but he loves being a trophy boyfriend and takes full advantage of the free food. and then they kith

Tsuzuru: okay this ones me projecting but whatever Aro/Ace Tsuzuru. He doesn’t feel romantic attraction, and instead just feels a family-brotherly kind of love towards his friends and fellow actors. He doesn’t really want to romantically be with someone, and yet instead just wants to be there for them when they need it and love them the same way he loves his family at home

Citron: Also pan!! But Pan-Romantic specifically. Citron literally just wants to love everyone ever because he’s just awesome like that, but won’t go pass kissing someone. It just makes him uncomfortable which is perfectly fine because he is Citron Lastname! But yeah, also no gender prefermance

Itaru: Bi with a male preference. I can’t really explain why I think this, I just do. Maybe because most of the woman he has ever shown interest in are his 2D anime waifus. Also I mean come on he totally had a whole thing for Lancelot he thinks knights are hot and that is so valid.

Chikage: he is a gay cabbage. Listen the only time he has said he liked a woman it was because he said they weren’t like his mom and I am just- I’m sorry I don’t trust that. This man is a gay, he is never had a boyfriend but he has definitely thought of hooking up with his boss for a raise, thanks for coming to my Ted talk.

Tenma: Also bi! Bi-Ace specifically. I wasn’t really sure where to put him because on one hand I feel like he has a lot of MLM energy but on the other hand his solo song so I just, bi. I feel like his gay awakening came when he played the token gay best friend in a romcom because gay actor erasure but Tenma didn’t really understand, but later he was in a scene where he was with his boyfriend who shows up for one second to remind the audience he’s a homosexual and Tenma was just: crap he’s not

Yuki: okay at first I didn’t know what to put for Yuki cause on one hand sexuality erasure Yuki has specifically said he likes girl and he defies stereotypes and stuff but on the other hand he never said he didn’t like boys so he’s bi with a female preference. I feel like Yuki is the kind of guy to just happen to fall in love with whoever and just go “oh crap did I just fall in love?” And while he likes girls more sometimes it just. Happens.

Muku: Surprise surprise he’s Pan! Muku totally reads shoujo manga with all sexualities and is very livid about good representation, will write a “negative review” (and in Muku terms that’s him being very polite, 4.5/5 stars and linking research resources) about how inaccurate a sexuality was portrayed. I feel like at first he just thought he was a very active ally and now he is just: “oh crap boys. And girls. And enbys. And genderfluids. And everyone.”

Misumi: Misumi is very homosexual, which at first he was sad about because homosexual has 2 o’s which are circles but then he realized he can just say gay but spell it like: G🔺Y so he got happy again. I feel like it was one of the reasons he was kicked out of his home, he just likes boys Jeez Ikaruga parents no rights. (I also Headcanon him as autistic but that’s not what this post is about).

Kazunari: In Kazunari Miyoshi’s world he never has to make a decision in his life and that includes sexuality. Show him a guy and a girl and tell him to pick one and he will simply overload until he picks the person who knows the most trivia on classical art or smthing. Kazunari just: adores everyone ever, and that’s okay! After a lot of internalized homophobia and fear, he was able to come out to first a small group of college friends and eventually felt comfortable with the label and was able to express it openly, now he wears it with pride!

Kumon: I really don’t have any explaining to go here, Kumon just feels gay to me. My head can’t wrap around him wanting to be intimate with a girl. I do think there was this big moment of him coming out to Juza and Juza just going “s’okay.” Then they hug and get ice cream

Banri: Banri is bisexual with a straight pride flag and a Juza Preference. Catch him at the straight pride parade telling “those Homo’s that they’re going to burn.” While making out with Juza against a wall. That’s canon I don’t take criticism

Juza: Also Gay, I feel like Kumon came out first and Juza did research and was like “oh me too.” And just thought about how he’s never actually liked a girl and thought boys were kinda pretty and oh crap Settsu slicked his hair back oh crap oh crap pretty men.

Taichi: Taichi is bisexual, with his preferences being as random as his hair. Except no weird 1/4 quarters going on. Idk where I was going with that analogy I’m sorry. Taichi just likes the humans and wants to go kiss kiss with them all, and then bring them along on his journey for fame and popularity!

Omi: Listen, Omi is the mother of Mankai, and as the mother he loves everyone unconditionally. He also totally wanted to kiss Nachi I’m sorry. I feel like Omi has a male preference, but only by a bit as he loves everyone! He is a good boy and brings all the snacks and water to the pride parades so his friends stay healthy :)

Sakyo: Sakyo is the straight~ supportive dad who doesn’t care if you’re gay straight bi pan anything as long as you pay your taxes. Was probably a little confused at first just because. Probably said “LGBT? Isn’t that a sandwich.” But he got informed did research and is now a huge ally! After more research he identifies specifically as graysexual/romantic as he feels rarely any romantic attraction at all unless under certain circumstances aka Izumi Tachibana. I akso think he suspected that Azami was LGBT for a bit before he came out so he wanted to do research so that Azami would feel comfortable coming out when he was ready. Also he can’t like, not support Sakoda (who I Headcanon as gay :) )

Azami: Azami is bi-aro. Sex? Nah he won’t even hold your hand before marriage, however he will love you no matter your gender. I also see him with a female preference just from his straight upbringing and it’s the title he feels most comfortable with after some internalized homophobia, especially with how his dad shamed him for liking makeup. He is still getting used to the LGBT community and I feel like he is still taking baby steps, learning about different identities and wanting to do all he can to support both himself and his fellow actors due to simply not knowing where to start. Don’t worry Azami take you’re time! There is no rush, you are trying to figure yourself out and we all love you so much for it, there is no shame in changing your mind later. We adore you all the same. (If you couldn’t tell, I wasn’t only talking to Azami. If you are still questioning yourself it is 100% okay, because honestly I am too. There is no rush to figure yourself out, and I hope you know that we are all here for you!)

Tsumugi: Tsumugi is gay, but I feel like he also had a lot of internalized homophobia. I feel like when he was younger he really liked Tasuku but didn’t really understand the difference between platonic and romantic, and it took some time before he was able to really discover himself and come to the identity he has currently.

Tasuku: Tasuku is gay and homophobic.

Hisoka: Hisoka is homo-demi-romantic asexual. I feel like it won’t want to date anyone without really earning their trust and feeling safe around them, and after that point he still will be pretty shy romantically, but it is very much understandable and we all still love Hisoka

Homare: Homare is pan. He doesn’t really care about gender, he just wants someone who will love him and his poetry without seeing him as broken. I feel like after his last relationship he was hesitant to date again, but after some time and help from the rest of winter troupe he was able to rediscover himself. (Also autistic Homare go brrrr)

Azuma: Azuma is an old gay man who just thinks boobs are neat. That’s it that’s the post sent tweet turn off replies.

Guy: New color who this? This is because I didn’t know what to put for Guy, so he simply doesn’t identify as anything. I don’t know a lot about Guy but I know enough to feel like relationships would be very awkward and touchy for him due to his problems with emotions and expression. He isn’t straight, but he doesn’t really identify as anything either. He’s just: Guy. Which is more than valid

Life update! It'll all be under the cut since there is a little venting!

First, thank you to everyone who reached out to me when I was all "anxiety going brrrr". I really appreciate it since I've always had a lot of trouble reaching out and asking for help or comfort.

And now, on to why my anxiety was so bad. So my (now) ex-boyfriend was upset with me and didn't know how to express it, so he defaulted to retracting back and not speaking to me, and due to a relationship before the one I had with him, it made my anxiety go through the fucking roof. My ex before him used the silent treatment to punish me when he was angry.

While I know my (now) ex did not mean to do that to me, it does not excuse his actions in doing so. We had a conversation today about it and I told him how that made me feel. We agreed that we weren't working out and decided to break up mutually. He's a great person, don't get me wrong! He's always been very kind and sweet to me. But the reaction of going silent and not telling me what the issue was will always be an immediate red flag to me and I know what's good for me. And what's good for me is someone who will be open and willing to communicate with me when they are upset instead of almost entirely blocking me out.

And this has also lead me to think I might be somewhere on the aromantic spectrum? I'm not sure yet, but I've come to realize that both "romantic" relationships I have been in ultimately boiled down to "aaaaaay this is like mega friendship hell yeah". I'm still figuring that part out.

You have the good senses of a Hellhound and yet the ferocity of a Ghostly Cannibal. You’re a perfect little helper, somebody he could use as a personal assistant and Vox basically bribes you to work for him when he spots you within the streets of Pentagram City. He’ll pay you handsomely, you just have to help with his Television Show

Overtime, Vox falls for you and he ends up quitting the whole on-and-off relationship he has with Valentino to be exclusive to his little Hellhound. Of course, Val isn’t happy about that but don’t worry, Vox won’t let his ‘ex’ harm you

Vox finds you simply adorable. You let out all kinds of dog-like noises; pants, ruffs, whines, growling, howling. Anything of the such. He links you to dog noises and when he hears a dog noise, he suspects it’s you and he, on purpose, scratches your weak spots to hear you bark or pant out. It’s precious

Vox sits you in his lap and scratches down your back whilst working on his computer. The best way to get through an annoyingly long night of maintaining the Pride Ring’s entirety of electronics is having his adorable dog BF sleeping right before him. He feels a boost of energy everytime his claws brush through your fur

Vox may or may not throw his Hellhound-hybrid boyfriend at his mortal enemy, Alastor, as a last measure to chase the Radio Demon away. Knowing very well that Alastor despises dogs but this also pisses Vox off since Alastor is rude to you

Vox could be described as a man with zero acceptance for specific things he doesn’t like but he is quite accepting of you and facts about you so when you come out and tell him you were assigned a female at birth but now identify as a male, he doesn’t even flinch. He supports it and he pets your head, telling you he doesn’t really care and it doesn’t impact how he feels for you

Basically. Vox is a supporter of you being a transmasc demon and he won’t tolerate anybody throwing shit at you for being more comfortable in a different body than the one you had upon being born

However, Vox isn’t a big fan of your cannibalistic urges. Since your other parent is a Ghostly Cannibal, you are cannibalistic yourself. He always proclaims ‘as long as you don’t eat him or his workers’, he’s okay with whatever you do. He just won’t watch it himself since he isn’t really into it… he is supportive but not going to be included

Vox wants you to always keep yourself modern and not be like your older-fashioned Ghostly Cannibal parent, so he teaches you to get accustom to phones, laptops, technology, WIFI, all of that. Because he doesn’t want his boyfriend to be a old-timey fool like his rival is

Vox is doing his best to be patient with all the fur you’re leaving around your shard bedroom but he is losing it… he may have to comb you and he starts to throughly brush your fur before you two go to bed so he doesn’t wake up covered in dog fur

Vox is a naturally bragger and his ego is quite prominent so of course, he talks about you on both his own Television talk show but to the other Overlords, he wants them to know HE has a rare demon hybrid as his boyfriend, and that HE is so unbelievably desirable to somebody as rare as you

Vox actually trusts you to always have your sensitive yet refined ear out to hear him out. He trusts you to be insecure and himself with, he trusts you to keep your snout shut and never tell anybody about who he really is behind the television screen. That’s how much he likes you

Vox will, just like Alastor, tug on your tail to get a response out of you. He’ll just pass by and immediately grab onto and pull your soft long fluffy hellhound-like tail so you’ll either yelp out or moan. Nevertheless, he loves how mad you get

Vox has bought you a dog collar, as both a naughty naughty gesture for the pantsdown dance in bed, and as a general claiming gesture. If you wear a collar with his name on it, everybody knows who is your owner

Vox has his best friend and his boyfriend in one demon. Trust me, he LOVES your Hellhound side and whilst he is uncomfortable with your Ghostly Cannibal side, he loves you as a whole, no matter what
