Hey-ho! I'm back again with some Apex Polarity art, but this time it's some designs for the humans' snow gear!

It started out with me just trying to figure out a design for y/n in my little comic, but then I thought it would be fun to also try and visualize the other humans, so here's my take of y/n, Vanessa and Michael! I really like how they turned out, although I don't think I got Vanessa's "patchwork" look quite right, but I still like where I landed. I added a blue scarf and I was really tempted to give her those red goggles, since it would've made her resemble Vanny even more, but in the end I desided against it.

So yeah- nothing too big this time, just something fun and easy!

But to round this off, I will of course credit the wonderful author @naffeclipse who is writing Apex Polarity, which you can go read if you click right here (can 100% recommend, especially if you like stories with a bunch of fluff, mystery and drama~!) and today I give credit to myself for the designs of the humans! ;P

Buck hits the rocky ground below. He lets out a pitiful, sad sound of pain that echoes across everyone’s radios before going absolutely quiet.  Eddie drops to his knees and crawls toward the edge of the cliff. He finds Buck immediately, sprawled out on a fat slab of rock a dozen or so feet below the hikers, who try to reach for Buck. Ravi shouts for them to stay where they are, to not put anymore strain on the half-rotted log they’re balanced on, and they listen to him, cowering and feeble.  There’s no blood, thank God—thank fucking something, at least, that’s greater than Eddie because if it was him in charge nothing bad would ever happen to Buck again—and he’s breathing, too, clear and deep and full, but he isn’t moving.  “Buck! Can you hear me?” He’s so loud his voice cracks halfway through, burning his throat. “Buck! Answer me!”  Buck rouses around and lolls his head to the side. He reaches for his walkie with a slow, shaking hand, and fumbles at the call button a few long moments before whispering, softly, “Wow,” and then he laughs like it’s funny, like him getting fucked up again is something hilarious, and Eddie wants to shake him till he gets it through his brain that he is not the only one that has to hurt.

Katale and Rudyard but as little crime babies. Since he's known her for a while and just thought she looked like a little street thug despite being higher ranking than him in the crime organization at first, the cat-ear hairstyle was just A Thing for her. And it spawned the nickname he would use in private of "Kitty" and even when she grows her hair out and he grays even more he still calls her Kitty in private. They're literally just bffs who do crime and what more can you want of them??

Not saying he was sane before, we know he very much wasn't, but judging by the change in his fashion sense, commiting fratricide against his last surviving family member really took its toll on him. He pretty much just went batshit crazy after that. Just look at him. Like, yes, his trausers were ridiculous since the begining, but he got much worst afterwards? XD Plus, he seems way more unhinged now than he did in his youth, he really lost it.

For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

East-Central Subtropical Atlantic: An area of low pressure located about 900 miles northwest of the Cabo Verde Islands has been producing a small but persistent area of showers and thunderstorms to the east of its center since this morning. However, the low is forecast to move southwestward at 10 to 15 mph into an area of stronger upper-level winds tonight and tomorrow, and additional development is not expected.

No additional Special Tropical Weather Outlooks are scheduled for this system unless conditions warrant. Regularly scheduled Tropical Weather Outlooks will resume on May 15, 2024, and Special Tropical Weather Outlooks will be issued as necessary during the remainder of the off-season.
