Orlando is once again experiencing seasonally appropriate cooler weather! It's time to light a fire, don some boots and grab a hot toddy. Our recent visit to @waldorforlando's Peacock Alley lounge had us appreciating the balance of a nicely crafted hot toddy. Using Rum, White Creme de Cacao, Bittermens Mole bitters & Monín peppermint syrup- the first sip of elevated toddy flavor evolved into a smooth, pleasantly minty finish. Get yours while they last! 🍃 . #WaldorfOrlando Peacock Alley Peppermint Hot Toddy Recipe courtesy of @waldorforlando & @goepicurista 🍵 . 1.5 oz Santa Teresa Rum 0.5 oz White Creme de Cacao 1 oz Monín Peppermint syrup 0.25 oz fresh squeezed strained lemon juice  Half dropper Bittermens Mole bitters  Hot water . Combine all ingredients in an Irish coffee mug. Garnish with orange peel.
