Another thing so interesting is the way midnights is as an album. Looking at the vinyls, in the middle there is a clock (obviously) and it really made me look into perspective what midnights could be viewed as, 13 different midnights, one whole sleepless night (with each hour representing a new anxiety, fantasy, revenge plot and so on) or even the opposite, a dream, a full dream you wake up to and remember so vividly, you create an album showing the ups and downs of it. Now of course, only one of these are true, that being the 13 different nights, but midnights as an album is so interesting to look at in different ways, especially the one sleepless night, as each hour passes your at the height of your life, or in the deepest pit imaginable. Or a rocky dream, starting in a purple mist and ending in you revealing to the love of your life that you calculated it all, and waking up with the vision of their knowing smile.
Wo0o0o0o0oo0ooo. Feels good, doesn't it? Hits particularly spooky. Scratches an itch you didn't think possible. You can just feel it in your bones, which, incidentally, is what this most wonderful time of year is all about. 'tis the season to be spooky, falalalala, etc. Face down, pumpkin up, that's the way I like to... celebrate spooky season. So why not indulge this insatiably seasonal appetite and give it once more, with feeling: wooOOoo0o0oo0ooo00oo.
It's October, after all, but it's no mere October. It's #friday the 13th in October. It's the first time it has happened in six years. Well how about that?
And, apropos of nothing, have you ever asked yourself what Taylor Swift's favorite number is?
Taylor Swift was actually at an exclusive thank-you dinner she threw for her 200-strong tour team, after following the threats in Vienna. After flying in London, Taylor hired the entire venue for the night — plus six 52-seater coaches to transport her people.
“Taylor is one of the most generous pop stars out there and she threw this party to thank her team for their hard work. She hired out Annabel’s for the night and put on a free bar so her team could let their hair down. They will be back hard at work tomorrow for the first night at Wembley. It was packed in Annabel’s as there were 200 of them there, but it was a great night. Everyone was so appreciative of Taylor’s efforts. After cancelling the Vienna shows, Taylor wanted to give something back to the people who work for her. It has been a difficult time for all of them and she wanted to boost morale.”
