I hate to ramble in your inbox, but I really like the direction you took with Rei's character! Most people's tddk kids are sweet and kind (nothing wrong with that) but Rei also seems like a very realistic outcome of two people who were hurt and deprived of love as children, doing their best to never hurt their child, and only lift them up, while never instilling real consequences. It's really clever to have the child of two of the top heroes to be one of the main antagonists of the next gen. It really turns the story on its head!

When I started to develop the Minetaverse more I started to make Shunsuke and his friends have a running theme of at the core being good people but also being jaded due to unheroic backgrounds and being treated harshly by those around them.

I thought it would be fun if the opposite was true for the other next gen members, being bad people but having heroic backgrounds and being treated favorably by those around them.

While I wouldn't say the other next gen characters are monsters (they are kids after all), but I thought them being a bit meaner or unintentionally passive aggressive would be more fun to explore.

I am still working on my fics, I've just faced a few setbacks in life. A lot has happened in the last few months from my sick leave being extended to my grandpa passing to currently moving houses. So my schedule has been full 😅 so I haven't had all that much time to work on everything, so I focus on the things that work for me right now so I don't stress myself out.

But don't worry! I will be continuing my tddk fics, as well as a few other fics I have going that I plan on rewriting. It might just take a bit before I get back into it.

They both suffer from sore muscles pretty often, so learning simple massage technics isn’t any special. Being the soft caring boyfriends they are, they don't need a reason to turn the other into jelly by gently getting rid of soreness in his back and shoulders

I can only imagine the type of muscle injuries they get from fighting, especially since they have no time to stretch during emergencies! They absolutely give each other massages if the other is injured, paired with ice/heat packs, bandages (if needed), and soft kisses since they make the pain go away faster. Like you said, they also definitely give each other massages after a hard day at school (or work if they're older), during a movie, or when they're going sleep. Todoroki is better at giving the massages and Midoriya will always compliment him on his amazing massages. If anyone has any cute headcanons, please feel free to enter my inbox!

Of the prompts/reqs that you already post & still in your inbox, are there any of them that you find particularly difficult/challenging to write?

I just 'Ooooooo'-ed out loud, that's a good question! :O There are a few requests that I have found/am finding challenging to write - through no fault of the people sending the requests though!

The main difficulty I come across is trying to keep things short asdfghjkl. I've gotten a few prompts that could easily be 5000+ words, and while I'd love to write that much, it's just not feasible at the moment, given that my life atm consists solely of work, exercise and writing, and I don't want to get backlogged :'D

I'd also say that because tddk fluff is my main jam, some requests have been challenging purely because they're something new, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, it just means they take a bit longer to write!

since you've had so much angst in ur inbox lately, consider, tddk hanahaki au BUT it's actually a quirk that presents as pollen-type allergies in proximity of the person you're in love with. 1-A finds out that midoriya would sell you to satan for one corn chip when he has a cold, and also that todoroki has the literal most adorable kitten sneeze and it kills them all on the spot
