Imagine the Orphan Obliterator is literal. Like, the moment someone is killed their parents also die to make them an orphan. But because respawn exists Techno basically starts up a ‘who’s the father’ show where they dramatically run through candidates for each persons parents, then at the end kill the kid and see who also dies. It’s absolute chaos every time.

Techno is basically doing it for the clout and brand recognition. Things are going fantastic since he finds it funny to watch everyone else having insane drama while he just waits and then kills a dude at the end of each episode. Until…the Wilbur special. Things are a little weird bc as far as they can tell only Phil died but hey only having one parent is FAR from the weirdest thing the show has seen (especially since Sally just got confirmed to everyone’s detriment) so they move on…

…until Techno later realizes the fridge in the break room died and he just gives Phil this most horrified tell me you didn’t look.

Was cooking a quesadilla for dinner and was suddenly SLAMMED with the inspiration for another Techno-centric superhero au,,,,,

which I can only assume is in part inspired by that one Tumblr(?) post about a dude so normal he doesn't believe in magic and no magic works on him.

English-major Techno who prefers his mythology and fighting sports over anything to do with heroes. Who is so fixated on said sports that, despite not actively partaking (because that's hard and he's an english-major/gamer) is very well-versed in proper technique and strategy. To the point where his online persona, Technothepig, is very popular for his breakdowns of videos and events he sees.

He ends up with a rather loyal following and some pretty frequent requests for him to analyze hero fights since some of them claim to use fighting styles and/or use weapons he's familiar with. He finally concedes and ends up absolutely ripping into some of these people since, while their strategies work, they're not the most effective or proper technique. So maybe he makes a few enemies as he goes completely viral for it. And maybe somehow he ends up in a fight with someone and - whoops - would you look at that! The power they rely far too heavily on while fighting doesn't seem to work at all for some reason. And now the college student who has basically no practical combat experience is able to beat them because they relied too much on their abilities and their technique ended up very easy to defend without them.
