You invited me to dine with you"), the statue asks if Don Giovanni will now accept his invitation to dinner. Don Giovanni brazenly accepts, and shakes the statue's proffered hand, only to collapse as he is overcome by sudden chills. The statue offers him a final chance to repent as death draws near, but Don Giovanni adamantly refuses. The statue disappears and Don Giovanni cries out in pain and terror as he is surrounded by a chorus of demons, who carry him down to Hell.

Ryujitaro Saitan was a famous writer and creator of comics, manga and TV series. He was mainly known for being the creator of the Combo Rangers action series which would become a successful media franchise for a decade. He passed away in 1998 and he is succeeded by his four children.

History

Not much is known about Ryujitaro’s childhood other than he grew up in Nyoto City. In 1954, he began writing and illustrating manga and comics and in 1970, he went on to found Saitan Company, his own comic book publisher and production company. Ryujitaro made a caricature of himself with a superhero helmet known as the Mighty Combo which would become the face of Saitan Company as he began to be featured as the protagonist in a new series of comics.

In 1975, Ryujitaro decided to create a spinoff comic series featuring a team of heroes with the Mighty Combo as their mentor, known as Combo Rangers. The series was so popular that he decided to create a live-action TV series based on it. After numerous auditions of child actors and actresses between the ages of 7 and 9, production on the series began with Ryujitaro as its main director.

When the series premiered in 1979, it was a hit with audiences, however from the fourth season, Combo Rangers Zero, Ryujitaro had to entrust the production to his partner Gusman Pigbad. Over the coming years, Ryujitaro was angered at what Gusman was doing, from replacing Wendy Chammel Naral as the Yellow Combo Ranger to even adapting an already-existing work, Himitsu Sentai Gorenger for the seventh and eighth seasons, Combo Rangers Go Go Go. This resulted in Ryujitaro cancelling the series altogether in 1987.

Ryujitaro would continue to create comics and series until his death in 1998 at the age of 60. Gusman, who had already established his own company Pigbad Media, wanted to continue his legacy and announced that he would be reviving the Combo Rangers and creating new comic series. The revival series received a polarising reception from fans and critics due to the overexaggerated humour and drama among other negatives. Many dismissed the revival series as damaging to the image of the franchise and Ryujitaro’s legacy. Together with the executives of Saitan Company, Ryujitaro’s children, being the successors of their father’s estate, decided to sue Gusman and Pigbad Media for the rights to Combo Rangers. They won the lawsuit and Gusman’s Combo Rangers series was cancelled in 2003; his company would continue using their original characters in new IPs and franchises.

Appearance

Ryujitaro Saitan was a man of short stature and somewhat skinny but robust build. He had a round head that developed wrinkles and hollows as he grew older. His eyes were brown, he wore light orange glasses and had large black curly hair, which in his old age, turned grey.

Relationships

Fabio Saitan: Fabio was Ryujitaro’s oldest son. Fabio greatly admired his father but he was never interested in the entertainment business, instead deciding to pursue different careers, with his father being surprised to learn the number of jobs he had. Fabio was close with his father and after his death, he was the one who organised his funeral. After the lawsuit with Pigbad Media, the executives of Saitan Company agreed to share the rights to Combo Rangers with Fabio and his siblings as they had already moved on with other franchises with no intention of reviving it again. He was the one who gave Saitan Company his blessing to produce the 30th Anniversary special Once & Always: Combo Rangers Forever, even though it would end up becoming widely panned.

In 2013, Fabio’s daughter Milika would revive the Combo Rangers franchise with the backing of Saitan Company, respecting her grandfather’s vision.

Curiosities

Ryujitaro Saitan is based on Shōtarō Ishinomori, the creator of many franchises including Super Sentai and Kamen Rider, and Haim Saban, the creator of the Power Rangers franchise which was adapted from Super Sentai.

Ryujitaro’s son Fabio is based on Fabio Yabu, the creator of Combo Rangers and Sea Princesses.

The original actors of Combo Rangers didn’t find out about his death until they were called back for the 30th Anniversary Special, which shows how little importance his death gave them.

Ryujitaro did like Wendy Chammel Naral but was unable to find the truth of what happened to her due to various factors on both sides.

Originally Ryujitaro wanted to play the Mighty Combo but he was discouraged from doing so as he didn’t have the body composition or training.

This ends the consecutive Combo Rangers mini-arc as we are caught up with Liam's posts once again. Until more posts come out, this series will highlight a couple more OCs from other creators in the Liamverse before this series returns to either being on-demand or on hiatus with future posts banked for another run.

The American Terracotta Tile and Ceramic Company was founded in 1881; originally as Spring Valley Tile Works; in Terra Cotta, Illinois, between Crystal Lake, Illinois and McHenry, Illinois near Chicago by William Day Gates. It became the country's first manufactury of architectural terracotta in 1889. The production consisted of drain tile, brick, chimney tops, finials, urns, and other economically fireproof building materials. Gates used the facilities to experiment with clays and glazes in an effort to design a line of art pottery which led to the introduction of Teco (pronounced  TĒĒ - CŌ ) Pottery.  American Terra Cotta's records are housed at the University of Minnesota and include original architectural drawings.[1]

The smooth, micro-crystalline, matte "Teco Green" glaze of Teco art pottery was developed independently and wasn't an attempt to copy the famous Grueby green.

[...]The pottery shapes derived from line and color rather than elaborate decoration.  While most of the 500 shapes created by 1911 were the product of Gates' efforts, many of the remaining Teco designs were the work of several Chicago architects that were involved in the Prairie School style as expressed by Frank Lloyd Wright. They had rejected the revival styles of American architecture of the 19th century in favor of using wood, stone and clay in simplicity of design. Any ornamentation consisted of geometrical or natural objects which merged gracefully with the form. Teco Pottery became closely linked with this style and the pottery was often an integral part of Prairie School homes.

Fantastic Beasts Characters As Classical Pieces

What if you could describe the characters of Fantastic Beasts with one Classical Piece?

This particular tune was composed when Dvorak was abroad in America, working for a conservatory. ‘The American Quartet’ was composed during Dvorak’s stay in Spillville, Iowa, which he composed with great inspirations from contemporary Africa-American melodies, Native American tunes and even a songbird called “the red eyed vireo” that kept pestering him while he was composing. This reminds me of Newt’s worldwide voyages and him working on his book on his journey, inspired by people and magical beasts he sees. The piece speaks with a joy of seeing something new, the joys of travelling, meeting and being influenced by new people which is the essence of Newt’s character.

“La Campanella” or “The little bell” is called one of the difficult, most intricate piece on the piano to play. However, in it’s trilling and high notes it exudes an elegance that is both delicate, intimidating and fast. Tina Goldstein is characterized as a short fused level-headed personality. She was described as being "grounded."She was naturally ambitious, and had a desire to stand up for what was right. Her femininity is underrated, especially when she is placed beside Leta or Queenie. However, her femininity is most beautifully appreciated by Newt: the golden traces of her seen through the tracking spell, her emotional expressions when she was bidding Newt goodbye, her pouting at Newt’s “engagement”, all this highlight her unique femininity. This is what the La Campanella will capture.

From the moment Queenie entered the screen she filled my mind with a mystrey and alarm. She was almost ethereal and unreal sometimes and it is sometimes hard to tell what she is thinking when she is smiling and reading about you. That creepy-ethereal sweetness is evoked by the piece ‘Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy’. Feminine yet intimidating, this piece reminds me of Queenie. The character is both popular as a good and benevolent figure, also as a horror figure. ‘Sugar Plum’ is not a real fruit, but candied plum, and what she is seen making on screen for the first time? Strudel.

Ravel’s ‘Miroir’ is a five-movement suite for solo piano written by French composer Maurice Ravel between 1904 and 1905. It was dedicated to his artist friends in Les Apaches (”hooligans”), who identified themselves as Avant-garde, and artistic outcast. Jacob as a non-magic folk, wants to grow as a person: from a dull employee of a canning factory to an artist of baking. From a wizard’s perspective he is a “hooligan”, in a sense: he is a no-maj who must be excluded. He is an outcast, but he celebrates it, a spirit that Ravel captures in the ‘Miroir’. The fourth movement Alborada del gracioso is called “The Jester’s Aubade” or the ‘Morning Love song of a Clown’. An Aubade laments on the lovers separating at daybreak. It can also be identified with his unfortunate separation with Queenie.

Gypsies were known to nick things in the past, and they are very mischievous and caused troubles for other non-gypsies. These are also the characteristics of niffler. They are troublemakers, and they pursue after shiny objects and treasures and pinches them for their own fun. Bizet’s Danse Boheme starts with light woodwinds with small movements which later becomes grands with frequent tremolo and hectic and fast tunes on the strings. This reminds me of the niffler’s small sneaky antics and how they usually get out of hand and makes things out of control.

Also known as the Marzipan song, the Reed-Flute song is a piece predominated by wind instruments. The piece also reminds be of birds chirping and woodland, which is considered as the seat of the Bowtruckles. The piece is very cheerful and innocent, like the bowtruckle and has a hint of mischief.

Tchaikovsky composed it in  Clarens, a Swiss resort on the shores of Lake Geneva, where Tchaikovsky had gone to recover from the depression brought on by his disastrous marriage to Antonina Miliukova. The concerto was swiftly composed and Tchaikovsky wouldn’t be able to complete it without the help of his composing pupil Iosif Kotek. However Kotek later refuses to play the concerto, believing that it would damage his reputation, which caused a breach between him and his tutor. Theseus is plagued too, by the death of his fiancee, Leta Lestrange, and finds consolation by his younger brother Newt’s support. The on-and-off relationship between him and Newt reminds me of Kotek and Tchaikovsky(despite the fact that the latter two had some homosexual tension between them). The overall melody is elegant yet majestic, tender but firm and noble with intricate notes, which all together sums up Theseus’ character and magical abilities. And let’s not forget his worldwide popularity and how this concerto (despite its failures in the initial receptions) rose to the position as one of the four greatest violin concertos in the world.

Boléro is a one-movement orchestral piece by Maurice Ravel. This piece begins with a soft beating of snare drums and repeats the same melody over and over again, but each time it includes a different instrument and gradually becomes grand. The melody includes the dynamics of every possible instruments in the orchestra. Seraphina is a martial heroine and an apt leader who utilities every wizard’s power in the ministry, that makes her power formidable. The meticulously crafted melody also expresses Seraphina’s calculating nature.

Schubert’s Erlkonig is an aria that uses the lyrics from Goethe’s poem from the same name. Erlkonig or the “Elf King” is about a father and son riding through the forest in the night. The boy hears whispers and sees the trainy veil of the Elf King floating through the air, who whispers to follow him. However the father sees nothing. When the duo reach the farm, the boy is found dead. This symbolizes that man is always flying away from death, but no matter how hard he tries death will get to him at the end. Dumbledore is a private person who is trying his hard to conceal and outrun his past, but it always gets tangled in the end.

In the Opera, the Commendator was an old man, Killed by Don Giovanni, who wished to win the old man’s daughter Dona Ana. Thus he came back as a spirit to drag Don Giovanni in hell. It is called one of the scariest songs by Mozart, and the process in while Commendator drew Don Giovanni into hell with fire and a legion of Demons reminds me of Grindelwald conquering his enemies and destroying them completely. Both of the characters were hateful, vengeful and absolutist, although Grindelwald cannot be justified like the Commendator, who rage was justified (because his daughter was snatched by a sketchy playboy). However, Grindelwald must think he is right and have thought about muggles like that!!

Credence strongly reminds me of the Odette/Odille Complex from Tchaikovsky’s ballet The Swan Lake. The ballet ends with a pessimistic note, in the sense that the pure and virginal white swan dies and the seductive and evil black swan wins. Up till the end of the Second Franchise, we saw that Grindelwald was able to draw Credence towards him, and I believe Rowling is aiming for a classic pathetic end for Credence, as “the innocent that gone bad” collateral. Ominous, haunting, breathtaking and beautiful, the opening of Swan Lake portrays the ravishment of Odette by an evil magician Rothbart. Originally composed for the soviet dark fantasy film A Story of Voyage (1983), Declaration of Love has been getting the position of classical music. The story of the film traces the journey of two orphan children, brother and sister separated at birth. However when they two meet in the adulthood the brother has become evil and violent. Although they reach a happy ending, but their encounter is as charged as Leta-Mustafa (who is Leta’s half brother from the same mother) encounter. It could also possibly indicate Leta’s encounter with Credence who was almost professed as Corvus Lestrange. The piece is haunting, beautiful and Schnittke’s signature discords lurking about throughout the symphony makes the piece perfect for Leta.

Flamel was a strong positive force in the film ‘Crimes of Grindelwald’. Unlike Dumbledore, who is more ‘hovering over and watching’ rather than participating in action (except in rare cases), Flamel’s presence and entrance fills the people around him with hope. Holst’s ‘Jupiter’ has a similar effect. In Indian Astrology ‘Jupiter’ is called the eldest, and ‘Adviser of Heaven’ who counsels with gods and protects the mortals from fatality and evil. Flamel’s presence was something like that.

Saint Saens’ Aquarium, is a doleful piece that evokes the image of the dimly lit, and often creepy aquarium. This so called aquarium is not visited at the daytime when the people are bustling, it is visited during the nighttime when there are no people. The Snake, is a creature that is fluid, smooth and meandered like water. This piece not only reminds me of an abandoned carnival, a place where Nagini belonged as a ‘freak’, but also a dimly lit, damp space where a snake inhabits.

WHEW! The UFC often is very hit or miss when it runs a show in England as evidenced by some real clunkers (the Corey Anderson vs Jimi Manuwa card) and some really damn good shows (Bisping vs Akiyama, Bisping vs Anderson) and mostly a ton of soft stuff in the middle. This journey to London is actually really deep if somewhat light on name value. Granted the idea of seeing a guy who headlined a PPV (Darren Till) vs a 10+ year veteran of the sport who happens to also be popular (Masvidal) is a solid headliner but the rest of the show is really just a bunch of damn good well put together fights. Volkan Oezdemir tries to snap a two fight losing skid vs LHW's most well rounded prospect in Dominick Reyes, Gunnar Nelson vs Leon Edwards is a FANTASTIC fight with a slight snoozer potential behind it, Nate Wood vs Teco Quinones is a fantastic bantamweight tilt and the prelims are loaded with good fights like Tom Breese vs Ian Heinisch, Dan Ige vs Danny Henry, the debut of well known prospect Mike Grundy and the return of Arnold Allen.  An early start time + a lack of superstars means you'll probably forget about this one before the weekend is through BUT I can think of worse ways to kill a Saturday morning.

Twelve Precarious Ponderings

1- This main event is tricky and I'm wondering if the UFC are maybe expecting a bit too much from Darren Till. Till's 2018 was complicated; he struggled with a weight cut in a spotlight show designed to make him into a big star, beat Wonderboy in a very close fight and then made a quick-ish turnaround to fight Woodley in September, getting smelted in the process.  Till has said all of the right things, he did wind up jumping back in at welterweight (after talking about middleweight) and he's fighting a guy who you have to be REALLY special to make look bad. Masvidal is the king of the close decisions and while he's taking yet another road game fight, he's fighting a guy who is prone to lapses in activity who also is coming off his first career loss and in dominating fashion. Stylistically Till should be able to do whatever he wishes against a bloated 155er coming off a 15 month layoff but I think Masvidal is a more than live dog here. There's also a damn good chance this doesn't happen because Till whiffs on weight and comes in at like 174 and Masvidal passes.

2- So we're 100% sure that Askren vs Till is next if Darren wins, right?

3- Often times I'm reminded of an important quote in sports twitter when it comes to prospects. It has many variations but the most common prospect joke is "Learn 'em on Friday, fall in love by Saturday and ready to divorce them by Monday." MMA prospecthood is often a journey of learning, falling in love, violently falling out of love at the first sign of trouble then getting to say "I was in all along!" if it ends positively. It feels like Dom Reyes is currently somewhere between Saturday and Monday. Dominick Reyes has had rarely any trouble in his stroll through the undercurrent of 205 lbs, walking through the likes of Jared Cannonier and Jeremy Kimball before getting a big test in OSP. He pretty much dominated the fight although he couldn't leave with the finish (essentially robbed from a magnificent buzzer beater). Fans aren't judging Reyes by whether or not he can be a sizable contributor to the middle of the division, they're judging by him by whether or not he can beat Jon Jones. As such, there are some folks who think he's going to be amazing and some off the bandwagon entirely. The journey is dependent on what you seek. He gets Volkan Oezdemir in what is the next major test.

4- Why is Jack Marshman vs John Phillips on this main card? I mean I know all of these fights are on the same network and nothing matters but come on now.

5- If I told you that Claudio Silva was undefeated in the UFC spanning nearly five years now, would you even believe me?

6- Leon Edwards is one of those dudes who seems sort of stuck in no man's land at 170 lbs. He isn't a violent finisher, he's not a big talker and he's not a guy who is going to draw a ton of attention in any sort of a fixed market. As such, he's just running through a lot of guys and not getting anywhere a la Santiago Ponzinibbio minus the Ponz finishes. As such, this Nelson fight is BIG for him. Gunnar still has plenty of clout at 170 lbs and while Edwards SHOULD in theory be bigger by virtue of beating Cowboy Cerrone, that fight took place at 6 AM on Fight Pass which is pretty much like running your show on incognito mode. Gunnar is also a really odd stylistic match up for Nelson; the kind of guy he hasn't struggled with in the past but the sort of athlete he hasn't had to face in a run with dudes like Peter Sobotta and Bryan Barberena. It's a risky venture either way for two very good fighters.

7- Even though she lost in her debut, I'm not giving up on Molly McCann. She missed weight and was in her debut which are normally two tough factors to overcome. Keep an eye on her on the prelims.

8- Jose Quinones vs Nate Wood is going to be a ton of fun as Quinones is activity and accuracy over power and pacing while Wood is all pacing, incredibly active with his hands and developing even more of a ground game. This one has some spoiler-ish tendencies to it with Quinones a more than live dog in my estimation.

9- This show feels so naked without a HW fight. Like why even have a show?

10- If Saparbek Safarov can not beat a Romanian can crusher on like two weeks notice then I honestly don't know what you do with the dude.

11- Ian Heinisch vs Tom Breese is a great fight that has some snoozer potential. Heinisch cut his teeth in LFA (and the DWCTS) before upsetting Cezar Mutante in his debut and Tom Breese was a good WW prospect who has all the potential in the world at 185 lbs. Keep a real close eye on this one.

12- Are we going to FINALLY find out the elusive 5th main card fight for UFC 236?

"Such is the end of the evildoer: the death of a sinner always reflects his life" This essentially dives into the life 707 leads as he continues his agency work. Based on this song from Don Giovanni.

A mission he was sent on to infiltrate for information seemed easy enough. All he really had to do was watch for patterns, draw up a calculated plan, and proceed. The genius hacker had these down to a science, especially when he did these so regularly. He wasn’t proud of the things he had to do for these, but he couldn’t deny that he almost had a talent for it. But talents only proved to be so reliable.

‘Quick, swift 707. Success at once!’ quickly became a taunting thought in this moment as he felt his hand pool with blood from clutching at his wound. He didn’t account for the trap that was set up, ready to take him out with a step that he perceived as calculated, but proved to be fatal. 

His body froze in place, the ringing in his ears were overwhelming and consuming any other sounds around him. His vision blurred from the tears that threatened to spill. He could only describe the sensation he was feeling as going completely numb, feeling nothing but the stinging of his wound. He wasn’t aware of the way his knees gave out under him, the way he was gasping for air as he felt his insides collapse. He knew this was bound to happen, he just didn’t expect it to be so soon.

His other hand clutched at the cross around his neck, silently begging God that this wasn’t happening, to wake him up from this dream. Though the pain he felt below his rib brought him back to his reality, instead begging to be forgiven for all that he’s done. To forgive him for all his wrong doings, for the things that just weren’t in his control to fix, and to understand that he only did this to live. To live a free life that would someday lead to his brother. His brother who he wanted to protect, and yet he had to abandon.

Then he felt it, the empty feeling that he so desperately tried to shut out for years started to surface. The realization that he was alone, no one to hold his hand or console him in his last few moments. No one that truly knew him or his identity passed the mask of 707 that he wore. He was a ghost to those around him, no proof that he existed.

Once he was gone, that was it. No tears would be shed by loved ones, no funeral held to celebrate the life that didn’t have a trace to it. The true insignificance he had hadn’t settled with him until this moment, and he couldn’t do anything about it. He could only accept his fate, knowing full well this was his demise.

The slow suffering he felt as he bled out had him choking back tears, the pain finally outweighing the numbness. And yet, he wasn’t thinking about his pain, his thoughts went back to his twin. Openly pleading, begging God to keep him safe, to protect him after he left now that he wouldn’t be able to. He asks for Saeran to never have to endure this type of pain, that he could be going through enough torment for the both of them.

His body going slack, vision slowly leaving as his eyes shut on their own. The peace he was supposed to be feeling at this time as his senses were fading didn’t seem to happen. Instead, he felt an anger bubbling up. He couldn’t quite place why, but he suspected it was a mix of the injustice he was going through, no true answer as to how the only thing he treasured was doing, or at himself for not being as careful. He only had himself to blame for these, thinking of all the possible outcomes had he done it slightly different.

But the most anger he felt towards was whoever could have prevented this. He had always thought that someday, someone would be able to pull him out of this agent life. Maybe it could have been Saeran once they reunite, or V who had got him here in the first place. Or maybe it was someone he hadn’t met yet. Someone who could have changed his outlook on life and made him want to be better. And he cursed himself and God for not meeting them sooner.

Unemori Architects and Teco Architects create "park-like" health and childcare centre

Japanese studios Unemori Architects and Teco Architects have turned a commercial building in Kitakami, Japan, into a health and childcare support centre, adding a new facade as well as undulating floors and ceilings.

The two studios gutted and converted the first two floors of the eight-storey building using materials including corrugated polycarbonate, wood, and textile mesh to give the space a more tactile feel.

The 4,000-square-metre space encompasses health and childcare support facilities as well as a public meeting space for the city of Kitakami.

A glass-fronted facade and sliding doors now welcome visitors into a large entrance area and further into a multi-purpose indoor plaza, with spaces designed to feel more open and relaxed than is usual in commercial buildings.

A curved ceiling opens the interior up

"In contrast to the existing rigid and closed space, I imagined a space like a park where many people can freely interact and spend time," Unemori Architects founder Hiroyuki Unemori told Dezeen.

"The idea was to create a paradigm for a contemporary conversion of a rational commercial building, which can be found in any city, into a park-like place where people can relax," added Chie Konno, architect at Teco Architects.

The centre welcomes both children and elderly people

The ground-floor plaza, which houses a reception and a cafe, functions as the entrance and waiting area.

From here, visitors can enter surrounding rooms for medical checkups and consulting, as well as an exhibition room, cooking space and childcare support centre.

On the first floor, a community space, temporary nursing room, indoor playground and conference room complete the interior.

An undulating floor functions as a playground

The architects playfully subverted the building's original interior, which was laid out in simple rectangular grids, by adding undulating ceilings and floors.

By creating the undulating ceiling on the ground floor, the studios ensured there was enough space for medical vehicles, while also adding a wavy floor for the playground above. This floor is partly made from mesh, creating a fun, soft surface for children to play on.

"We deconstructed the existing rectangular grid with softly undulating floors and ceilings that overlap the rigid structure of the room," the architects said.

"This creates a shift and softness in the space. The dimensions of the undulating ceiling are determined by the height of the ceiling for the examination vehicle and the duct space for the equipment."

"In addition to such functional aspects, the height changes little by little, creating depth of space, also creating the shadows of the light ceiling," the team added.

The architects decorated the exterior of the building, which was built in 1999, with an undulating eave to mirror the new floor and ceiling inside.

The architects choose materials to underline the building's structure

Unemori Architects and Teco Architects also wanted to draw attention to the space's existing structure.

"To show the structure of the original building, we chose transparent materials such as punching metal for the pillars, polycarbonate corrugated sheet for the ceiling, and expanded metal for the slab section," the architects said.

Wood adds a tactile feel to the interior

Materials were also chosen to give the space, which is used by everyone from the elderly to very young children, less of a clinical feel.

"We aimed to create an intimate space by using wood as much as possible for the touchable areas so that it can be used by children and the elderly," explained the architects.

The centre is located in a commercial building

"In addition, the central entrance square is a versatile space where events can be held, and we aimed to create an open space where anyone can freely visit, for example students for studying, parents that are chatting with other parents and children, and for club activities," the architects added.

The decision to convert an existing building into a care centre, rather than building a new one, could help people reassess existing architecture, according to Konno.

"Even if it is a modern building that does not necessarily have historical value, I think that by making use of that stock and changing its meaning and experience, it's an opportunity to change our perception of other existing stocks," she said.

Unemori Architects and Teco Architects designed the project

"I think the diversity and continuity of time created by combining old and new things does have a huge potential," Unemori added.

Unemori Architects and Teco Architects worked together on the project under the moniker UtA/Unemori Teco Associates.

Unemori Architects has previously designed an "earthquake-proof" community centre as part of the rejuvenation of Fukushima, as well as a house in the city of Takaoka that is raised on stilts.
