Welcome to my special hell <3 I'm Crash, he/it, 21, and this is my multifandom multimuse blog! Here I will write for multiple characters across many sources with other blogs via reblogging ONLY - which means no trying to start anything in DMs.

Communicate with me. Whether it be about potential plot ideas, just to chat, or if you want a plot we're writing to take a different direction!

Do not hijack threads. If I am playing with one person, I do not want other people jumping in and trying to take control of the story unless it has been specifically asked for. If you do this, you will be ignored, or blocked if you continue to do it.

Please be literal. I don't mind if you use square brackets or asterisks to indicate actions, you can format your replies however you like! But please don't come with one-sentence replies or *attacks you*.

Please do not try to incite a romantic storyline if I am writing a character that I do not want to write romantically with. If this happens, I will turn you down. (However, if you want to try to romance in-character, that is fine! just be prepared to be let down :)) Additionally, if you are under 18, please don't try to start anything romantic. It's incredibly uncomfortable for everyone involved.

I'd like to ask that minors under 16 years of age to not roleplay with me, or at least exercise caution and communicate with me if you ever feel uncomfortable or unsafe. I cannot help you police your experience on the internet, nor sanitize each and every little thing I do. But, I can at least try to help if you are nervous or need advice!

I will NOT write anything 18+. Romance will stop at kissing/making out, and there can be flirting but nothing too explicit. Please message me if you want to make sure something will be comfortable!

If I or you want to write a child character, please be mindful of the situations the child character will be put in. Nothing too violent or mature, please. Again, message me if you want to make sure of something.

In threads where fighting is prevalent, please ask before trying to seriously wound or attempt to kill one of my muses! I will not kill off a muse, but if I am comfortable with it, I will allow you to try to or to seriously impede my muse's ability in some way.

If you dislike a fandom I write, you're welcome to block the tag I use for that particular source, but please don't send anything trying to force me to stop or incite discourse about it. I don't care, I am critical of the media I consume, and your messages will be deleted or ignored.

Hi there! Welcome to the pinned post!

So what's this blog for? It's where I get to share my silly and non-silly headcanons, ideas, theories, and OCs for Team Fortress 2! I will have at least 2 OCs in the cast, but that number may grow (... maybe, they'll probably be NPCs if I actually make any more...)

So let's lay some ground rules and basic info, yeah?

Is this an ask, RP, or fanfic sort of blog?

Yes. Just yes. I've been running blogs like this for a literal 10 years at this point that are part story driven, part RP with other peoples' muses, and part ask. It's my bread and butter lol.

Are you games or comics based?

A bit of both, mostly comics based because I'm coming in super late and the comics are silly and I love the shenanigans in them

Silly? Angst? Absolutely batshit nonsense?

Generally a mix of all three. This series is based in nonsense, but has potential for angst (which I'm a big sucker for). So expect half a dozen of one and six of the other.

Is there a story here or?

Much like the two above questions, yes and no. I'm more or less inserting my own characters into the lore and sharing how I feel that affects events in the way I understand them. To that end, there's really only a Team RED and a Team BLU, but I may make mention of other teams aside from Fortress (given they're mentioned in the comics, it isn't a stretch!). And I have an idea for handling how I think the comics would have ended, but we'll get to that in time.

Be respectful. Remember that I am 25+ years old (yeah, yeah, I'm old), and I'm honestly iffy on many minors interacting here (if I post any NSFW writing, it'll be tagged, but that's a BIG IF), but I can't control what others do. This is actually one of 2 big fandom project blogs I run, with the other being on an unannounced hiatus, and I will draw for this blog occasionally but that does take time.

Also we will have no hate here, cringe or not, this blog is to have fun, either for me or for those interacting. This is the only blog to this account and I am not shy about using the block button. That said, I am friendly, I am down for sharing my steam to queue up every now and then, and I do play games aside from TF2 that people might want to join me for. Remember the first rule and it'll be good! ^^

Who's on this blog?

Mostly, just the 9 Mercs and my two OCs, Retriever and Assassin (hence the blog name!) But, I am a sucker for writing multimuse and I'm sort of sharing a storyline, so expect others to pop up such as Pauling, Saxton, NPC OCs, the Mann Bros, etc. I'm getting a handle for the characters, so bare with me, but it's fun for me so far!

Shipping?

Yes. Refer to the rules about no hate. Specifically two OCxCanon ships with RetrieverxSniper and AssassinxScout, and I'm a HeavyxMedic shipper. That's what I have so far, and that list may grow over time as I get more of a feel for how I write these characters (also later there will be ZhannaxSoldier).

And who are you?

You can call me Cherry, or Cherena. As said, I am 25+, she/they pronouns (interchangeable), and a self taught artist who primarily uses traditional mediums (I'm branching into digital, slowly). If asked, I may share my main and other big project blog. And honestly? I've learned to just be cringe and free, so yes I know and I don't care (edit; I forgot to tag my main, it's @cherry-blxssxm-chaos)

Tanith was originally a self-insert! named me back in the day, and was in the TF2 universe! she's changed a bunch since then but her design has sort of aged (and i need to update it LMAO)

i recently added this, but i base my Hazbin muses on this artist's redesigns! i'm not a big fan of V.ivzie's designs but i'm a big fan of how they do these pieces!

i base a lot of the shit my South Park muses do on the old 2018-2019 tiktok humor; yknow those old videos of kids in highschool doing this trends? like the Wikihow trend? they'd do that shit but worse/better

As an android built for the purposes of television journalism, he’s perfectly engineered with all aspects of that task in mind, especially his “top-of-the-line” social skills, which grant him a friendly disposition, a curious nature, and a kind desire to help others, especially if all strangers are just future friends. This loyal hard worker sticks to his allegiances and his work, always toting around his equipment should a prime opportunity to create content arise. Despite his high-tech nature, he still does have a lot to learn about others, the world around him, and himself, all of which he’ll discover through the viewfinder of his cameras and the lenses in his eyes. Tanfour - he/him (she/her determinant) Kevin Fouris-Tan - Fouris Variant #35 - early 20s A mall-based wasteland fixer from the SF Bay Peninsula with the tenacity, spite, and gay audacity to do whatever he can set his mind to, for better or for worse. With a well-stocked collection of questionably-acquired goods, he distributes, trades, and otherwise sells weapons, vehicles, garbage, knickknacks, and information. While he’s decent enough to tolerate in passing, it’s only up to you if you’re willing to stick around for his smug and mildly sleazy attitude, bad and snappy comebacks, ill timed pop culture references, and blunt personal statements. Quick to call things out as they are and even faster to run away from trouble thanks to her swift acceleration speeds, she's the queen of "if it sucks, hit the bricks'. President Tanner - he/him (she/her determinate) Jason Carson Tanner - Tanner-Markov Variant #14 - late 30s The 'eternal president' of a small, heavily militarized but extremely glamour-coated nation-state, President Tanner is a mostly-benevolent leader of his tech-forward and economically successful light-cyberpunk country. Though polite, he's known publicly for having a bit of a fun side, as he very much indulges in his assorted vices and is known for being more approachable than most world leaders- but under his layers, there is no doubt an ability for cruelty and a swath of dark secrets. His words are weaselly, sweet, and long, but all to hide the true meanings of what he has to say.

- Please don't hassle me for any responses. Turnaround time will vary due to my fluctuating life.

- I aim for literate and semi-literate responses and prefer not to do one-liners. Length will sometimes matter depending on what you give me, so I'll either match length or just do what I can. If you don't give me much to work with, I may not be able to give a longer response

- No unreasonable "godmodding", if for the sake of your plot, you need my characters to go somewhere or do something, that's fine, but don't just make him do things that I haven't made him do. "Unreasonable" is at my discretion.

- If I am uncomfortable with something, I will contact you, and you should do the same! However, I still do reserve the right to end communications if I feel the need to do so for my own well-being, with only a follow up message afterward.

- "Dark" or suggestive topics aren't off limits, but please communicate this to me beforehand and I'll decide on a case-by-case basis. Any suggestive situations especially must be outlined explicitly beforehand (and don't even think about it if you're under 18.)

- If you want to stop RP, no problem. Just let me know.

- Multiship is allowed! Just talk with me- but I have many characters that would like to have a relationship build over time, rather than just have an instant ship.
