Bittersweet Reunion AU

TFA AU wherein the jet twins are Starscream's offspring specifically produced by the autobot government, and their finding out kicks off an entire domino effect storyline

Blitzbee Baby AU

Exactly what it sounds like. TFA Bumblebee gets Blitzwing sparked up and neither of them realize until he enters emergence

Cross Dimensional Shenanigans

- Umbrella tag for anything that involves more than one iteration of transformers interacting with each other

Cross Dimensional Starblitz

- How the CDS started. Focuses solely on TFP Starscream and TFA Blitzwing’s weird friendship

Cryptid Seekers AU

- Everything is the same except seekers are terrifying cryptids. Nuff said

Cybermorphs AU

- An AU in which a group of warframes working off planet accidentally stumble into an ancient, buried xenomorph nests, and come back to Cybertron bearing what becomes the first generation of cybertronian-xenomorph hybrids, aka the Cybermorphs. Features a lot of world building, Cybermorph Queen Megatron, a lot of fun alien biology, and some angsty MegOP among other ships

Cybertronians Are An Invasive Species

- No war AU wherein cybertronians are an invasive pest species that have moved onto earth and cause the most havoc

Cybertronians Are An Invasive Species: The Soap Opera

- Takes place in the invasive species AU, but specifically is about a goofy soap opera created by humans with the bots as the inspiration

De-Extinction AU

TFA, the autobots have finally run out of stored Allspark energy and, seeing as the artificially created population is completely sterile, are now an officially endangered species. Their only chance at salvation lies with the decepticons and their ability to produce "sparklings"... whatever those are 🤭

Hindsight AU

- Aligned continuity. Arcee goes back in time in an attempt to stop the war with the help of Vector Prime, accidentally creates a much worse world. Goes through several crazy timelines, currently on the Self Imposed Exodus.

OS×BB AU

A TFA storyline wherein Omega Supreme wakes much much earlier than canon, becoming truly self-aware and sentient. He and Bumblebee form a connection and Things Happen

Shadows House AU

- Exactly what it sounds like. All of our favorite bots and cons are parasitic fae members of the Shadows Family. Megatronus is plotting to bring it down from the inside. Lots of secrets and spooky stuff

Subnautica AU

- Starscream and Skyfire (and sometimes the other seekers) stranded on the terrifying hell planet, 4546B

Terran Task Force

- An angsty AU that involves GHOST getting their slimy hands on the Emberstone and making legions of their own little terran warriors

The Repopulation Project

- A dystopian future AU wherein the autobots won the war, and in an effort to save their species from extinction, implemented the repopulation project. It warped and twisted over time til the war frames are kept as nothing but livestock to be bought, traded, and harvested. In an attempt to change the horrific conditions of their present society, Optimus gambles by having decepticon high command reborn in the hopes that they'll be able to overturn the huge mess he made

Unicron Reborn AU

- Technically an AU/what-if of the 5th timeline of Hindsight. Unicron is killed and later reborn as a sparkling on Cybertron; Megatron adopts him. Later gives rise to The Spawn

I’m really sorry about your ongoing work situation. I hope you get some sort of relief and rest when you can. As for asks, maybe this is standard knowledge James lore, but what are your favorite Transformers continuities? Top 5 TF ships (across the franchise)?

My favourite continuities are TFA (how I got into TF proper), IDW1, the Sunbow G1 cartoon, Cyberverse and then. You know I probably do like Beast Wars: Uprising enough to give it fifth spot, lmao. It's too unhinged for me to not give it that. I mean. It's just TOO ridiculous and there is nothing I love more in the world than something utterly committed to its own bit. The final piece of canon is an academic paper written in-universe, for gods' sake. There's a virus that turns people into Galvatron. A character speaks in hashtags. Eject runs the hunger games. First neopronoun in Transformers canon. Incredible.

My top five ships are IDW rodimags, taraprowl, arcee/aileron, cdrw, and the fifth is a constantly rotating list of whatever currently has my attention, traditionally, lmao. Right now I am thinking a lot about megop, they can have the spot.

Minimus decides to visit Rodimus at work in his true form, despite all the stories the other bots are still caught off guard.

Ultra Magnus is in a Very Important Meeting and is not to be disturbed under any circumstances. That means you too, Sentinel. With the doors locked, Minimus slips out of his armor and sneaks through the vents to escape (it'd be unexplainable if someone saw him coming out of that room)

Roddy is so surprised to see him! And everyone else is so surprised; they had no idea Rodimus's boyfriend was such a gentleman! He showed up with crystal flowers and everything! They're quite an expensive rarity, considering Cybertron no longer has acid rain to make the crystals grow naturally. They get put into a nice vase on his desk, and he goes on break to show his partner around the (non-restricted) parts of the office. Even introduces him to some coworkers, especially those that are part of Team Athena! They all love the quints, but somehow haven't been introduced to their sire yet. Well, here he is!

The visit doesn't last too long; Magnus's meeting can't go on forever, after all. But Rodimus is glad to have Minimus sit with him while he writes emails (90% of which are gossip with someone from the communications department). He probably tries to get his minicon partner to sit in his lap while he works, but Minimus gets flustered and refuses 🤭

Ends the visit by asking to take Roddy out to dinner after work. He accepts, of course 💖

Hhhhh my only gripe with earthspark would be if they go an 0p//L1ta route, only because people tend to get lazy and just pair them up because <insert obligatory cishet couple here> and tbh full-blown crushes/romance would likely slow down the show (regardless of pairing).

I'd like it more I'd we can see they have a super strong history between them? And chemistry?? Which is what I get out of megop ships... but as I said this show seems to have a lot of ground to cover in its plot so I'd eventually get annoyed by lovey dovey episodes regardless if they were my otp or not lol.

I liked the potential in tfa 0p//L1ta for example. It had strong history. It had them changing as people and then meeting again under new circumstances. It showed some mutual respect, implied battle synchronicity. It had angst and intrigue and faction lines...

Idk just... if feels rare for 0p//L1ta to actually work. Honestly it's kinda rare for me to like any ships on the same side of the war... cross-faction pairings tend to have a very fun push-and-pull, will-they-won't-they thing going on. But being on the same side it's like... this was the most convenient choice. I think an exception to this would be something like RodiMags or Dratchet, as the personalities involved really carry it.

Idk maybe it's cuz I mostly want Elita-1 to shine on her own w/o being relegated to being "Optimus' girlfriend"...

Writing Requests

I want to do some robot writing so I guess I'm opening myself up for requests. I'm willing to write almost anything. My big no-no's are child endangerment/abuse and non-con. If I don't want to write something I'll be sure to explain why.

I could do reader insert I guess but I would prefer keeping it to the existing characters. I wouldn't mind trying to write someone's OC if they would like.

(this is basically a sneak peek into my wips folders but i just want to rant in a messy, sloppy way about them)

pining kobd fic:

a lenghty wip/multi chapter idea of Knock Out helplessly pinning for Breakdown through TFP but struggling to do anything because the idea of changing his relationship with BD is too daunting. What they have is good, is safe, is perfect and comfortable and home and- the prospect of changing that, even potentially for the better, is not something KO wants to risk. The idea of change is terrifying for him when BD is a place of stability and comfort, especially in prime where things are kind of always in flux/danger/at risk.

A good portion of the fic is KO trying to keep BD safe- ie, joining the decepticons and answering Starscream's call as a way to provide safety, a source of energon and protection -and finding out that each move he makes, puts them further apart or in more danger- ie, BD getting injured repeatedly, MECH stuff, yaaya. KO blames himself for their predicament in wanting to protect BD, but him ultimately getting hurt and taken advantage of by Starscream/Megatron/etc

tfa percy meeting mtmte brainstorm, simpatico fic (the outline for this is over 12 pages):

MTMTE Percy and TFA Percy being swapped and Brainstorm missing his Perceptor but growing utterly fond by this other universe Perceptor that appreciates him and values him. A lot of brainstorm contemplating his relationship with mtmte perceptor while tfa perceptor helps him navigate his feelings, culminating into tfa perceptor offering brainstorm to come with him back to his universe. When mtmte perceptor comes back and see brainstorm packed, they have a very emotional reunion ;__;

rodimags berthsharing fic (the reason i havent slept in 4 days):

it started off as an aimless fic but now i'm at 4k words and too many ideas of writing about their tense, but clingy relationship throughout the years. Rodimus that wants to take but withers at the idea of being vulnerable and open vs Magnus that struggles with addressing anything personal yet wants to be close and connected. I want to write their complicated relationship with each other but their own self images and being open with someone else. they make me insane and rabid in the way they can act as reflections for each other and they do care for each other in a complex way. They have a trust for each other, despite how much their differ (even though in so many ways, they are achingly similar but acknowledging that shatters the self image they hold for themselves that they don't want to face) I want it tender and tense and complicated. ive read nearly everything in their ao3 tag multiple times and im breaking down and writing something lengthy for them too now.
