How did you start writing?

it sounds dumb but I just started writing one day. I’ve always had a lot of plot ideas in my head but never the confidence to try actually writing them. but one day last year (like almost exactly a year ago wow) I sat down and wrote the first chapter of my on hiatus jake fic because I could clearly see the story in my head? I could picture the characters and what they were going to do and say. it finally felt like I could actually bring my ideas to life and so I did! and now a year later I’m closing in on 100,000 words written (though not all published yet) and it’s absolutely insane. I’ve had so much fun writing and making friends over these last twelve months 💖

🏅 What is the fic you’re most proud of?

I think the current one, A Shirtless Rioter (I'm finally writing a plot I've wanted to write for a long time, and also Frozen (a Blind Channel fanfic). I put a lot of effort into it and low interest discouraged me from writing for them (but I think it was caused by fandom getting smaller with time, not my writing... still, I like to have more readers and more interactions with my readers, you know?)

Oh, and one more A Television Hero (also a BC fic), it's set in a similar world to my current fic, both were inspired by Cyberpunk 2077. But I like the world in A Shirtless Rioter much more, the higher class is less weird in it.

I almost forgot! I wrote another sci-fi AU set in a cyberpunk dystopia, A Victim Of The Holographic City (Blind Channel), it's also very good!

In general, I love writing sci-fi and urban fantasy AUs a lot and I tend to feel best about those even if they aren't the most popular 💖 (but somehow I made it work in the Käärijä fandom, maybe his vibe is just more fitting for it!)

✏️ What is your fave fic from another writer?

Just one? I remember this fic (Blind Channel) was very relatable to me, the way the author wrote Joel there is what I feel like, so I adore it so much 💖

As for Käärijä fics, this käsh fic has been my favorite so far and I can't wait to read more 👀

💡 What’s the weirdest thing you’ve been inspired by?

I think it's pretty unusual, but I rarely get inspiration from someone's writing (and if I do, it's usually fanfics, not books or a certain writer), but instead it's the movies, videos, photos, aesthetic, politics? I often imagine a certain aesthetic and vibe, and write based on it. I don't know if it's weird enough for you... I usually stay pretty conventional with my topics (my vibe is usually angst, dark, countercultures, bdsm kink, etc), but I like to play with the popular tropes a bit and like to bend the rules, because no one can tell me what to do 😂 (though not always... sometimes it's good to be predictable)
