I don’t know how I deserve this and I know hits literally mean nothing but it still blows my mind that so many people have read/are reading my story. IKNBS is in many ways therapy for me, it helped me improve my writing as well as face some of the grief in my own life. And it means so much that people relate to 'strella on such a profound level as some of you have told me in your comments. Astarion: I think Astarion would IMMEDIATELY notice how naïve Hex is and how much of an easy prey he is, pretty much like what happens with Hex as Tav. He sees an opportunity in him, someone he could use to keep him safe, the fact that he's a warlock helping of course. He probably would start flirting the second they meet, even if Hex is clueless.

Wyll: He'd be weary of Hex being a warlock, as a warlock stuck in a shitty pact himself. Hex doesn't exactly look like the most trustworthy person at first glance either, but seems kind enough, so Wyll would give him a chance.

Shadowheart: I don't think she would like his uncanny stare AT ALL, although Hex can't really do anything about that. She would enjoy the fact that he's quiet at least.

Karlach: She would dig Hex immediately, he's a little weirdo and she collects those. Immediate big sister vibe with him, and she tells him when he's being a little too weird for the others and he listens to her.

Gale: Gale would fucking sigh in relief to finally have another "intellectual" in the party only to realize that Hex is weirder than he anticipated. Still, Gale would enjoy having a study buddy he can talk to (even if Hex hardly ever talks back).

Lae'zel: Doesn't trust him, doesn't like him, wants to be out of here and be done with these idiots and she's real for this. He asks her a million questions and she's this close to stabbing him.

This was originally going to be in this chapter because its about how the small control over her urges has given her a new lease on trying things. So why not try it and see how far she can push it? And it turns out it goes further than she would like because she learns that his cum is fucking nasty.

Does Gort know any of this? I have him realizing that she has no idea how to suck a dick (a character trait I have her keep in the game period, you're welcome Astarion/Halsin) and he definitely finds this era of Maeve very very hot. He deep down wants an equal partner and that requires that she control her urges. If he can get off as a result, that's all bonus. I also think Gortash loves a little fear in his sex so the idea that Maeve might just bite his dick off is chefs kiss.

@lunarblue21 I'm glad your problem was able to be solved, and thank you for the tip, unfortunately that doesn't apply to me because I always make sure to turn every one of those features off.

mine is actually different in which my dash simply stops after loading a certain amount of posts, which I submitted a report for and I have run through every supposed fix @support has thrown at me, most of which has to do with things like deleting cache, install or reinstall app, turning on and off the algorithm (with I always have turned off) and even went above and beyond to fix it, and nothing ever comes off of it.

At this point it feels like they're ignoring my reports, because I haven't heard back from them since the last email I shared 🥲
