Oh i remember getting that affinity note thingy a while ago, i am not sure, but i think it's him seeing us more than just a patient *because this note appears in the beginnings of the 50s* , so the hugs we get from him isn't just something he gives to anyone.

Maybe it's something like "hugs aren't a privilege reserved for patients, they're only reserved for you"
