Yeah we watched it on Christmas! I liked it a lot, not quite as much as Knives Out personally but I did think it was really good and the performances were *chef's kiss*
I just discovered the web series Blark and Son, and it is legitimately the funniest shit I've seen in the last 3 or 4 years. It looks like it would be grotesque and mean spirited and stupid, but it's actually really clever and genuine and warm-hearted when it needs to be and so very, very stupid (affectionate) that it made me genuinely burst out laughing harder than I have in a long time. I'm a sucker for puppets, especially the weird ones.
The best day on the internet if you ask me. The collective breakdowns, people going through the 7 stages of grief in real time, big accounts deactivating never to be seen again.
Past and present clexas coming together to clown the shit outta blarkes 🥹 my god it was the best of times
Blark and Son is a series from comedy central made with creepy puppets about a dad named Blark and his son.... Son. The main joke is Blark is a nuts Vietnam vet who barges in on his son all the time to do whacky shit.
i hate to be that repetitive binch, but bellamy really thinks she's dead.
like, bellamy bradbury blake really thinks his partner, best friend in the world, the first person to treat him like he was worth something, the only person to put him first, the first person to believe in him, the one person (besides his sister) that he cares about more than anything, the girl he loves, clarke fucking griffin, is fucking dead.
he for real like 100% thinks she’s dead and he’s never going to see her face again or hear her voice again or hold her again.
god, remember when Blarke were a perfect team, who would work together and risk their lives together to save everyone, and then the writers ruined it all by seperating them again and again, as if the entire plot of the story wasn’t Bellamy and Clarke: Ultimate Parents of the Space Children? Cuz i do, and i’m bitter. They better come back together and just work together all the time im so annoyed.
so, apart from still star crossed checking all the fucking boxes to be a potentially fantastic show (diverse cast, great source material, amazing sets and costumes, competent dialogue, multi-dimensional characterizations, actor chemistry, etc), the leads are LITERALLY BELLARKE AF. seriously, if you are suffering from post-praimfaya bellarke feels go watch this show. too bad it’s not sticking around :(
I’ll be honest I’ve lived through about 30 of these collective fandom meltdowns over actor’s interviews and there has not been 1 time that it has been truly warrented. We have a little over a month left till the finale, and until those final credits roll no one’s fate is decided. Stay strong and also stay off Twitter 🤪
Dark days, indeed. I was finding myself curious about what was happening with the greasy couple and had to take a minute to stop that shit from taking up my precious time again. Back to the entitled fandom that, thank Heda, they didn't get what they wanted for real in the show.
The only thing jrot ever did that was iconic was string blarkes along until he obliterated their hopes and dreams by having Clarke kill that man. He was v real for that and I loved watching them cry about it
I don’t think about blarkes or the greasies like at all anymore because I’m hyper fixated on shoni and that takes up a lot of my thots. Sometimes they’ll pop up on my ig recommended or my explore page and it’s usually miss greasy doing unemployed things so
