(Disclaimer: this wont be accurate to books as they wont be playing in the same team but they would interact frequently)

Dan Wilds ⭐

Nobody will be surprised by this but I would put her in Gryffindor. Shes a strong and brave woman, who doesnt let others tell her what to do or how to think. Shes proud of who she is and would never change for anyone. Also shes very caring and thoughtful about others. Strong woman 👍🔥.

Kevin Day ♟

Ravenclaw. Intelligent and backed up. This guy would stand back while everyone is doing their things and get in if something gets his attention. Captain of Ravenclaw quidditch team. Hes also very neurotic and anxious do I though he would fit here.

Andrew Minyard 🗝

Originally suited for Hufflepuff, but I ended up throwing him into Gryffindor. This guy wouldnt care less about his home, but he was chosen because of his lack of self respect that was taken as braveness. Also he would be thought how to heal there I think.

Matt Boyd 🌟

Hufflepuff. No questions asked. Nice guy, very caring and protective and very talented. I feel like he would play quidditch as a backliner or goalkeeper. And his fav subject would be 100% transformation

Aaron Minyard 💊

Slytherin. Ambitious and focused on becoming better. This guy would go to Ravenclaw but his ambition was bigger. Also he wouldnt care about his house, only on his studies. His fav subject would be spells or whatever the fuck was it called in english idk I've read it only in polish.

Seth 💀

Fucking dead- I mean probably slitherin- idk do I need to add him here?

Allison 💖

Material gworlll... her whole family was in Ravenclaw but guess whaaaat... my girl went to Gryffindor. Do I need to say that her parents were absolutely devastated? She says that Blue doesnt suit her and she feels way better in red. Shes a walking pride and she would rather die than let her someone tell her what to do. Her main focus at the moment is shipping everyone at school and winning bets.

Nicky Hemmick 🏳️‍🌈

Hufflepuff. Energetic golden retriever, would probably run a school newspaper and spend most of the time causing trouble. Also he would be a muggleborn. One of the most helpful people in the whole hogwarts. His fav subject would be DADM or The astrology thingy.

Renee Walker 🌸

Slytherin that everyone mistakes as Hufflepuff. She just seems so cute and nice but as we know she has a really dark side. Shes also caring and ambitious. Also plays quidditch as a goalkeeper. She likes to hang out with Gryffindor.

Neil Josten 🦊

My guy would be in Gryffindor or slytherin I'm not sure yet. I'm leaning towards Gryffindor tho, since hes selfless and brave (or just stupid). This guy would burn the world for his friends and you know he wouldnt regret it. Perfect for Gryffindor.

Bee would be teaching about these plants yk, I dont remember what is was called. And Andrew would stay with her after lessons for a talk and to help her clean up the workplace.

Neil and Andrew get together after 6th year and they fight in the battle of hogwart together. Neil almost dies defending love of his life but gets saved by Kevin and Jean fighting off the death eaters back to back.

Dan and Matt are the sweethearts that you can always see in the halls together or in the library studying. Dan would sneak Matt to her dorm from time to time.

Nicky meets Erik during the Triwizard Tournament (Erik is from Beauxbatons) and he instantly falls in love. They start dating one year later and proceed to get married at 24.

Andrew was the one who showed Neil Thestrals and Neil absolutely fell in love with them. They proceeded to visit these creatures quite frequently.

Andrew spends most of his time in the Owlery, His dorm or outside the castle. After he and Neil became closer, he started to visit the Wish Room with him as well.

Neil adores numerology and absolutely hates transformation. Andrew on the other hand loves transformation and potions.

Neil escaped hogwarts 4 times. On his 2nd, 4th, 5th and 7th year. But always came back for Andrew.

Andrew still protects Kevin here, mostly on their 4th year.

Both Andrew and Aaron are pure blood, but Andrew keeps telling everyone hes muggleborn.

Dan on her 5th year almost threw a 7th year student off the astronomic tower for calling someone a mudblood.

Andrew indeed beat up 4 guys for bullying Nicky for being gay. He ended up with little to no punishment and the 4 students had to clean the owlery for 4 weeks.

Renee is the best at spells from her whole year

Allison as well as Neil Andrew Aaron and Nicky never goes home for christmas, and almost all the foxes stay for at least a day to celebrate together.

Kevin and Aaron study together and they are actually a really good friends.

There is no Exy championship but the whole mafia and Riko part plays in the "Goblet of fire" when all the schools compete in the Triwizard tournament. Neil does get kidnapped and Riko does get killed.

I was wondering if I should put it in the marauders era but I maybe will write other post about this. For now they exist along with the golden trio. I hope yall liked the hc AU thingy.

what would make renee angry in your opinion?

I had a really hard time answering this one actually. I thought about it for a while and asked a lot of my friends to see if they had any ideas, and here's what I came up with:

1) A professor or TA who is super shitty to her

Just a really shitty teacher.

as she goes through college, she’s bound to run into some assholes, and I don’t think Renee has perfect grades in the past or present. her not knowing academic terminology and feeling out of place in the college setting would make a lot of sense for a lot of the foxes, and Renee is good on putting on a smile, but she still eventually gets that one professor or TA that scoffs at her questions and “doesn’t have time for the likes of her” and the constant complete dismissal digs painfully under her skin and brings out her anger.

2) People who are intensely rude to her despite her best efforts to be as kind as she can be

Renee is patient, but we all have our limit. similar to the one above, but Renee dealing with someone who is just rude all the time and she struggles to keep reminding herself “we all have bad days, I don’t know what they’re going though.” Renee working in a coffee shop and a woman bumping into Renee and spilling her coffee on herself, only to yell at Renee for an hour, ignoring all of Renee’s pleasant customer service smiles. said customer later on becoming a regular and repeating this behavior, cutting off people in parking lots and flipping them off, Renee being kind and trying to give her a free scone only for the woman to tell her she hates scones, Renee offering something else only for the woman to tell her to shut up. that shit wears you down, and Renee still dumping her kindness onto someone every time only for it to backfire or be dismissed would make her have to take a few deep breaths in the back room before deciding, fuck it, she's cut off from active kindness, now only passible neutrality and not being aggressive is enough. 

3) someone who refuses her help

her knowing she could really make a difference, but some people just don’t want help, and she feels helpless and angry. she's not angry at the person, but the situation of them not being ready to accept help or even able to accept help makes her so frustrated she would start to grind her teeth in her sleep. She understands how it is, how hard it can be to take the first step to change or giving up pride or whatever the hurtle may be, but that doesn’t make it any easier than her thinking in her head “just let me fucking help you!!! or anyone!!! just let anyone in to help you!!!! fuck!!!” inside her head. she knows not everyone needs help or saving, but some people do, and when they shove her back, unwilling and not ready for it over and over while she’s trying to save them, she gets frustrated that she can’t.... do anything. and just has to wait. but Renee can be patient, and she’s willing to wait. 

4) Someone actively trying to wear her down and get under her skin

okay so this isn’t something that happens often, the closest Renee has really come to it is with Andrew when he first was scoping her out. but– if someone was actively trying to aggravate her, laughing at everything she said and making fun of her, pulling at her looser strings and picking at her ticks, watching to see what brought out her reaction, they could eventually do it and get under her skin. i think she wouldn’t let herself blow up at them since thats what they want, but she would silently excuse herself from the situation to take a breather. no one really does this with her, and Andrew only does this to size her up and even still his interrogation isn’t the type of harassment i’m imagining. i mean like old school bullying, not locker shoving, but the middle school girl shit that leaves emotional scars. and them being older, they’re less afraid to show it and be more straight forward mean. people don’t really do this to her tho, its too much effort to get a reaction, and when they do, its never what they would have wanted, like crying, but instead is her smile falling and then finding a way to make them feel like shit. Renee is kind, but she also knows how to play on a similar level as them, not just with fists. i HC Renee as plus size, and fuck it is hard to be different in anyway as a kid. but childhood bullying was the least of her worries and these people dont see how deep her personal self assurance has grown and how she has learned to stand with her head held high and her face serine. her and dan are quite similar in this, but dan is much more active and direct while Renee is passive in her letting it glide over her, dan has even gotten annoyed on Renee’s behalf and then annoyed that Renee was not affected and why she didn’t fight more directly back. 

5) People who are overtly cruel and she struggles to sympathize with

okay so, you ever see someone so mean and rude for zero reason to someone else and you’re just like... what the fuck??? Renee doesn’t let others get to her really, but damn.... someone going after someone else in ways that are just so uncalled for and so harshly.... it gets to her. She once watched an episode of catfish where the catfisher laughed at the girl, uncaring that he crossed so many emotional lines and manipulated people without really any care. and she wanted to throw the remote and punch the tv right where the guys face was on the paused screen. nothing like someone just, kicking someone else while their down with no mercy, or making fun of someone behind their back and them not knowing, making fun of the deaf kids voice behind his back and he doesn’t see them doing it, and she’s like, man, Fuck. You. in her head. I don’t think she was like, always a nice person, in fact, i think Renee used to very much so not be the type to sit with the alone kid at lunch but instead ignore him and think “yea he’s weird, kinda ugly” without thinking much of it. But then she decided to change, and she took everything she thought it meant to be a good person, and became that. she started sitting with the alone kid, she started doing charities, she started to smile instead of punch, and she started going to church. and so when she sees cruelness she was once passive in the face of, maybe even active in, she uses kindness. Renee is she good at using taking the high road in such a graceful way it makes others feel bad. like when she tells Nicky calmly “thats not very nice” after he jokes about Seth dying in a car crash on his way from the airport book 1, and Nicky feels like shit. it feels like shit to get called out sometimes, and while its not her goal, she does know it is an effect of it. (i don’t think she’s mad at Nicky in that scene, but she did say something since she is there to protect hers and she redraws that line in that moment, especially without Allison or Seth there yet to say fuck you themselves.)

6) Injustice and systems of oppression

for these i feel she gets more frustrated, overwhelmed, and sometimes resigned. she knows how dark and shitty the world is, but she stays up at night with her hand on her heart as she breathes deep, thinking about how... utterly fucked everything is. its pretty easy for me to HC that Renee is politically far left and has seen the dark side to lack of resources and systemic issues that are just... so overwhelming she doesn’t even know what she does as just one person. world pollution, corruption, class divide, flint water crisis, the homeless crisis, the prison system, functioning segregation in school systems, just... it all. she’s had nights after volunteering where she thinks “i did something, i did.” and she has days where she realizes “...i’m doing nothing, in the end... its all for nothing, there’s just too much.” just a bad day where she sits there, thinking about how much is wrong and wont be fixed and how ‘doomed’ things are, how broken, and she doesn’t feel at a loss, but rather this deep anger that comes from who she was before. 

7) herself. 

Her being unable to live up to her own standards. she still thinks mean things, she has mean and cruel urges, and when she has them, she remembers that she’s still a bad person trying very hard to be a good one, and she thinks she’s still a bad person at her core. she’s not self loathing with it, but she does think to herself “i’m a hypocrite.” and sits with that thought for a minute. sparring with Andrew has helped her, to balance the two sides of her in a way that feels both self indulgent and honest to her path forward. but sometimes while sitting in that church pew, she thinks of her dead mother, her dead step father, those she turned in without batting an eye, stabbing in the back to save herself, and she thinks “i should feel something.” but she doesn’t, she wasn’t sorry then and she’s not sorry now. and she thinks, “the others call Andrew a monster, and they don’t realize that i’m one too.” and she tries to muster up something deep inside her, but she cant. and it can frustrate her, how after all these actions, all those hours of beach clean up and homeless shelters and building houses in some other country and going around clapping her hands to the songs, but she’s still the person she is deep down. and it gets to her. i think her having a conversation with Neil one day, on what it means to be a real person, is she pretending who she is? is she her thoughts or her actions? which is the real her? and Neil saying, it’s all of it. every facet of the self is still the self, he is Nathaniel and Neil and Abram and every other person he has been and will be. we change but we are also always ourselves, and her actions are just as true as her thoughts.

“Dont keep going on “ Andrew growled down the phone “ I said  ill  be there, all right. “

“ Theres something I wanted to talk to you about”

“I know I know “ he said bored “ don’t say anything do don’t do anything “

“ what if “ Aaron gulped “what if I wanted you to”

“what do you mean?” andrew questioned.

“ what if I wanted you to do something?” Aaron asked nervously.

There was a pause “you’ve change your mind” Andrew guessed. 

“ I suppose I have” Aaron confirmed.

“so you want me to stop this, is that it  ? “ Andrew said.

“  No, no, no!” aaron yelped “ of course not! Thats not want I meant “

“Then what did you mean? speak plainly “

“ Ive decided .. realised  I ..  I need your help.”

“with what exactly?”

The was a lengthy silence before Aaron continued “ kates parents are coming her sisters .. aunts uncles    her fucking grandma Andrew ..everyone  

“ and ? “  the silence that followed made Andrew think that the phone had cut off “Aaron?”

Aaron sighed “ no ones coming Andrew”

“Lots of people are coming .you just said so . sistsers aunts grandma…”

“ Theyre coming for her , not for me. No ones coming for me .  Ive haven’t got anyone. No family , not the foxes no one “ he admitted gloomily  

“ we’ll be there,” andrew insisted “ now stop bothering me about it.”

“ Whos we ?” Aaron asked there was a slight hope in his voice

“ Me and Neil

“ oh . Neil .  “ he considered “ well  I suppose thats better than nobody.”

“was that all ?”

“ No . I … dont hang up yet …Andrew ?

“ yes.”

“ will you  … will you be my best man?”

“ Are you sure about this?” Andrew returned

“No one else has  ever stuck with me so long . through all that . through everything “

“I meant about me.” said Aaron

"So did I.  I mean who else I am going to ask?  I dont even know if anyones turning up .Will you do it?” he pleaded wondering what to do if he said no

“ All right. Im not going to make a speech though

Aaron had  resigned himself to the possibility of a half empty building   when he went in. “ hey “ nicky approached .

aaron smiled “ i thought you werent coming

“ nicky reached to redo his tie “ you really think we were going to miss your big day?

“we?

“ Hey kid “  said a gruff voice he turned to see wymack and abby her there and then that matt and Dan and Allison were the front row . “ renees coming with katelyn “  Dan said as she hugged him . kevin was on his other side and thumped him on the shoulder before going to sit next to his father “ im glad you all came “ he said “ I thought i was going to have talk to kates aunt”

Andrew followed him around with a distinctly  grumpy look “ you could at least pretend to be happy for me” Aaron scolded

“I am happy for you “ Andrew answered halfheartedly 

“you dont look very happy “ 

Andrew tugged at his shirt collar “Its not too late” he said in conspiratorial whisper . “ we could just  sneak out,  take the cake ,go home now.”

“No , we couldn't” said aaron sternly “whats the matter with you?”

“ im losing you “ he said quietly

 “ im not going anywhere.  im getting married not dying .”

“  It wont be the same . you wont need me anymore.”

“ ill always need you “ he said honestly “ but im ready do things on my own now.   you dont have to worry about me anymore.  this is a good thing , its a happy day  okay ?”

“okay

“kate would never hurt me”

“okay”

“ Theyre late “ aaron said .His hands clasped and unclasped . “ You dont think she changed her mind , do you  He paced  up and down as excitement toward to panic and then humiliation and heartbreak. Shes not coming is she “ he blurted  out  as the time went on the chatter turned to anxious whispers “ she doesn’t want to marry me

“Did you ask her “ said Andrew

“ Of course I asked her .” aaron snapped

“ and she said she yes , when you asked her

“ obviously she did  or I wouldn’t’ve …“

“ do you know most of those people” Andrew waved a hand towards Katelyn’s  collection of relatives

“Not that well . they are her family and-”

“ and they came here for no reason?”

“ I suppose not.”

“ Then she’ll be here.” Andrew promised him “because if she doesnt show -”

The doors opened  and Andrew watched his brothers face soften and the anxiety melt away as Katelyn finally came in . she had flowers in her hair and on her dress and had one arm linked to through her fathers and the other hand clinging tightly to Renee. she was already crying  as her sisters followed her down the isle . he watched as there was light and love in his eyes and pure joy in hers .suddenly it was hard to hate her but he still didn’t want to let go of Aaron just yet so he stayed by his side until she retched him .

“ Hello Katelyn “  andrew greeted her coldly but she smiled at him . she didnt remember him ever using her actual name before . “ thank you “ said quietly “ for coming she added but that wasnt entirely what she meant .  Andrew nodded slightly“ This doesnt mean you like me I know” she teased warmly bringing herself up to her full height showing the few inches she had over both twins .

“of course not.” Andrew said stubbornly but it was without the venom she been accustomed  to hearing from him and he wiped her eyes before gently pressing Aarons hand into hers. “ No refunds “ he said . she gave him the softest smile he had ever seen and then gave Aaron’s hand a tight squeeze.

Andrew’s eyes flicker to Neil’s, who’s blue eyes are fixed on his own not the couples .There was love there too . Andrew  wondered if Aaron would be there for him when they got married he hoped so. Neil smiled slyly and nodded. Andrew winked back at him.  “I promised I wouldn’t make a speech” he said “ but you see- i’ve changed my mind  “ Aaron groaned loudly and Katelyn laughed.
