*taking a pull from my cigarette while languidly lying on my therapists chaise lounge* I understand the drive to explore a positive polyamorous arrangement between veth, caleb, and yeza on a conceptual level, but is it not also worthwhile to explore the facets of veth that have already and desire to do more so engage in acts of infidelity? are all acts of infidelity painted with the same brush of inherent immorality? do we give leeway to infidelity in some cases or do we consider everyone a villain for doing it, regardless of context? in veth's context, would infidelity be understandable? who determines that, us or her, a person who does struggle with the idea of infidelity? how does veth interact with her romantic desire for another man despite knowing it's a bad thing? is it not incredibly interesting to engage with an immoral choice, particularly one that she perhaps spent a great deal of time considering herself, in the confines of fiction and/or transformative fiction? do we dismiss all interrogation of veth's relationship with infidelity out of hand simply because we are uncomfortable with the idea of infidelity itself?

i'm here to peddle my crystal and farrah agenda so that means it's everyone else's problem now too.
i'd personally like to revamp crystal's entire character. like instead of being the snow king's daughter (which is fucking stupid might i add) she's just the snow queen's daughter, and in this version, the snow queen is a very cold and neglectful mother who couldn't care less about her daughter.
i think it'd be cool to have it established that canon crystal's personality is basically what crystal acted like as a child when ashlynn and briar knew her; as a fun-loving, carefree child with far too much power, but ultimately someone with a good heart who just wants to have fun.
but then crystal grows up. she grows up in a cold, isolated palace, entirely alone save for her callous and uncaring mother and hordes of servants who fear and hate her because of her mother.
this crystal is one that grows up and turns into her mother. she grows up bitter and spiteful and powerful, and she grows up with zero checks on her behavior, because the servants are too scared to ever say no to her, while her mother doesn't really care about what she's doing.
i'd like her to grow into someone so confused and upset; someone who very, very badly suffers from a lack of love or a loving home or parent. someone whose only happy memories are of the friends she made so, so long ago. someone whose happy memories are pushed so far back in favor of all the terrible things that have happened since.
anyways then the entire epic winter plot plays out, those shards in her mother's eyes or whatever, and instead of just being neglectful and cold, her mother becomes downright tyrannical and EVIL, and crystal's forced to go down to ever after high to get help from the only people she has left, who are, of course, ashlynn and briar.
and then, instead of having a whiny fucking little bitch who can't tie her laces and complains at any given moment, we'd have a crystal who is numb and unfeeling (something which i want ashlynn and briar to visibly question and be concerned about; i want them to CONSTANTLY be asking themselves about what the fuck happened to their friend and how can they help), and someone who is very, very selfish and is used to taking care of herself and only herself.
but then throughout the special we see crystal grow, we see her mature and we see her learn to love others and realize that she has a lot of people who love her and care for her too; and then gradually, we see her soften and see how her relationships with the other characters deepen.
and here is where i would want to put farrah in, because the crystal x farrah agenda is getting to me i think it'd serve to highlight the contrast between the two of them.
because on the one hand, we have farrah goodfairy, who loves helping people, who always puts people above herself, who risked literally death in order to ensure that ashlynn had a happy ending with hunter. farrah is someone who is said to exist to make others happy, that is her "job" as a fairy godmother; her own happiness doesn't matter.
but then there's crystal winter. crystal winter, who has cared for only herself and has learnt about the cruelty and harshness of the world from a very young age. someone who was not awarded any warmth and love and has learned to turn acrid and bitter and turn away all and any love. crystal is someone selfish. someone who thinks that she's self-sufficient and would not care to help anyone other than herself.
and then throughout epic winter we see them interact and we see them grow through their relationship with each other. farrah is baffled as to how anyone can be so selfish and self-centered and crystal can't believe anyone as optimistic and naive as farrah exists.
soon they get to know each other however, and crystal learns about farrah and her struggles with realizing her own happiness and farrah learns about crystal's lonely upbringing, and we see how crystal learns to be less selfish and care more about others while farrah learns to finally put herself first and prioritize her own needs sometimes.
and then they kiss in the magical epic winter fever dream because i said so and because all of my favorite ships had cute moments in the dream. i'm not really sure about the end, honestly, i'd just like to change crystal's character.
anyways sorry for this horrible ramble, i just have really strong thoughts on crystal and her ruined potential and epic winter, and i couldn't resist mapping something out.

Did you do a maceghost post yet with like headcanons or your general vision of it? even if you did... Tell us (more) about maceghost 🤲
i have these two asks from an ask game! first + second. but i can fr talk more.. i gave a rough timeline of how i picture their relationship on a post but i cant find that rn :(c basically theyve just been together but not really together for a long time. like i hc ghost to be trans and mace was there when he first started going on t in his late 20s and before the robas stuff. imo theyre like extremely close basically married but not officially together and not always talking bc theyre just. Like that. ghost doesnt like commitment and mace doesnt push it PLUS he is like, really arrogant, and just sees himself as the best ghost can do. which. lbr... could anyone do better than mace? i dont think so.
i just love the ship to me its the ultimate ghost ship like i think mace is someone who can really, really get to the core of ghost and deeply understand him. mace is not like a perfect person he has flaws but hes very honest about them and because of that ghost's filter is so like Gone with him like he will just straight up say whats on his mind. but like even when he cant get a read on Himself and he acts out of pocket mace can (now) take a step back and like. help him work through it because he knows introspection is hard for ghost bc of ghosts deep anger issues. theyre just FUN theyre literally just the most comfortable couple despite having like really huge disagreements.
like ghost thrives in an enviroment where he can be a cunt and mace can provide that without it actually being like... An Issue of how he handles people bc mace can be a cunt back if need be. idk. i wouldnt call it healthy in the purest sense but its healthy For Ghost and mace enjoys it bc he likes rude bitches. and theyve known each other forEVER.

Sorry I’ve like 95% stayed out of direct izcourse but I can’t sleep tonight and I’m grumpy and I’m not gonna be nice about this at all because…
You’ve like literally bastardized what it even means to exist as a pirate… like even if we take the ineffective comparison that Izzy worked with the cops in Season 1 (police having a Very Specific history that comparing them to British Navy - also a very specific history of atrocity - completely ignores), what the fuck is even the point of having him as a pirate??? What the fuck is even the point of using the real goddamn Israel Hand’s name for the character?? What the fuck is even the point of his character???
Like, if Izzy has just spent his at least decade plus time as a pirate not killing Naval soldiers and just generally being anti-pirate what is the fucking point?? There’s literally no point to his character even fucking existing if they’re not gonna play with the specific dynamics of an old and established pirate as an antagonist. What the HELL is the point?? “I doubt Izzy’s ever killed Naval soldiers before” well shit, I guess he was just Blackbeards first mate For Years for shits and giggles huh, he could just fucking sniff out Blackbeard being gay as all fuck and decided to join up with him to play the long con, didn’t kill a single Naval officer for any fucking reason because apparently being homophobic and evil means that he’s in allegiance with every other evil homophobe in the world because they all believe in peace and love for each other, and they can sense the others evil homophobia in any fucking situation, and there’s no ideological disagreements at all amongst bigoted fuckwads
Like come the fuck onnnnn even the most conservative fucking backwards ass American Republican will kill cops if it suits them, like he’s a pirate, get with the programmm

Roman didn’t have a lot of friends growing up, at least not inside his social circle. He was too rough, too vulgar for the other socialites to warm to even with his parent’s ‘education’ on how to behave around their sort. He did, however, get along with a few, most notably @babydxhl and @sanguine-salvation, whose company Roman liked enough. @brutalscaled was the very first friend he made without his parent’s knowledge, early one spring while holidaying at their country estate. Roman had taken a liking to the scaled boy, preferring his company over the hateful rich kids his parents forced him to befriend.
During his teens, Roman would go on to make more friends. One of these new friends was a boy named Garfield Lynns. Angry delinquents at heart, the two got along like a house on fire, committing petty crimes and even acts of arson together. After Roman was caught sleeping with Circe (and summarily disowned), he knew exactly who to turn to and together they burned down the Sionis Estate, their first crime that result in people’s deaths.
