6x06 has me thinking soooooooo hard about henren & buddie parallels. like . didn’t like each other in their first meeting. met while one of them was fresh out of a relationship with their first love. end up co-parenting a child from a former partner. witnessed the near death of their partner while they weren’t on duty & then take it on themselves to save their partner’s life. performed cpr on each other. waited by their hospital bedside and would not rest until they knew they were ok.
