There’s so fucking much in his ear. Fak’s screaming whatever bullshit he’s sure will help absolutely nothing, Richie’s harassing Sydney and Tina’s trying to keep them all in line and will of that goddamn chaos, he shouldn’t be able to make out anything.

Prepping this whole thing, the opening, Richie biting his head off for fucking sending him to the best kitchen in the city- it’s all a bit fucking much.

He barely hears the door open (she has a key, because of course she does) and he doesn’t even look over his shoulder as he calls out her name.

“Hey, baby,” he yells back towards the entrance. It feels good, chopping the vegetables. It’s actually one of her favorite dishes that he’s making, and something inside him preens that he gets to feed her tonight. Everything feels illustrious under her gaze. He remembers the first time he’d cooked for her, how her watchful gaze felt a bit like sunlight; equal parts burning and doused in light.

She’d said she liked his hands, then. Said he looked pretty with a knife and a cutting board. “Will you try this sauce for me?”

He hears her heels click, the soft thud of her purse landing on the couch. It’s a slow saunter she does to him, but he’s razor focused- what does it need, garlic? Oregano?

It only breaks when he sees her. And she looks gorgeous. Wearing a black dress with a cowl neck, shimmery eyeshadow that catches and dances in the low light of the kitchen, a crimson lipstick neatly applied to her beautiful pout.

She smells like vanilla, and Carmen has the privilege of knowing what real, rich, Madagascar vanilla smells like. He’d loved the scent so much that he’d bought her a perfume made from it, and there’s a warmth blooming in his chest when he realizes that she’s wearing it.

Wordlessly, she opens her mouth and leans forward to try the sauce covered wooden spoon he’d raised to her lips.

Even when she’s in front of him, he can’t believe she’s someone he knows. That she’s wasting her time with someone like him.

“Jesus Christ you look beautiful,” he says without thinking, and he kisses her quick. It’s true. She’s a vision, plucked out of an old movie shot on grainy film, warm to the touch film.

He abandons the spoon and the sauce without much fanfare, a rough, calloused hand meeting her soft warm cheek.

“Thanks, Carmen.” she says, but her doe-eyes deny the joy she typically exudes in his presence. It’s his proudest achievement, how she glows around him. She’s tight lipped, smile betraying her words.

“What’s wrong? Is it the sauce? I know it’s a mess in here, I’m sorry, I didn’t think you’d see it-“

“No! No, seriously, it’s okay, honey.” She tries to insist but it really doesn’t work. He moves the pot off the burner and twists himself completely to face her, placing a gentle hand at the small of her back, pulling her closer to him. He tries not to let it sting, how she stiffens for a moment before softening again.

“What happened?” He asks again.

“It’s the first,” she says, a rueful grin on her pretty lips, before gesturing down at her outfit, and oh.

The dinner. The fucking dinner that he’d promised her. His sweet girl, who waited up every night, who dutifully tasted every recipe, who soothed him on nights where nightmares stole his sleep-

“Fuck,” he says, more to himself than her, but god, he can’t stop looking at her, “Fuck! God, I’m such an asshole, I’m so sorry-“ he insists, suddenly so grateful that she’s letting him touch her, even more aware of every point of contact with the sudden fear that it could escape in a moment’s notice.

“Y’know, Carm, if you could’ve just told me that would’ve been one thing? But I left the reservation, and this was the one night we both had off!”

“I know, baby, fuck, I forgot-“

She backs away from him, and there’s a sick feeling in his stomach. Sitting on the chair he keeps by the stove (he put it there for her, because she loved watching him) she pinches the bridge of her nose.

“It’s just not fair, Carm. To either of us. If you don’t have time for this-“

“I have time for this! I have time. Don’t say things like that.”

“Carmy, I’m not trying to hurt you. You know that’s the last thing I want.”

And it is. It’s the last thing she wants, and Carmen fucking knows it. Knows that three months in he’s supposed to have brought her flowers and taken her out and done more than cook for her and spend hours in his shitty apartment, and lately she’s been asking if he has time for being in a relationship.

And maybe he doesn’t, but fuck it if he doesn’t feel like he can breathe around her. This was the point of the dinner- take her out, be a boyfriend. Have her wait a little while on him. Show her he’s worth it.

Instead he fucking missed it, stayed home and made sauce no one would even eat.

“I’m sorry,” he says, grabbing her hand and lacing it through his own. It always shocks him, how it fits his own. “Okay? I’m so, so fuckin’ sorry. Tell me what I can do. Tell me, cos I’ll do just about fuckin’ anything to get you to stop saying shit like that.”

Her voice comes out small.

“I was alone, Carm. They kept trying to take my order and you weren’t there, and eventually I had to leave.“

She looks up at him, eyes sparkling and kind and Carmen. She looks beautiful, and if he wasn’t with her, he’d see her in the street and hate whatever fuck was lucky enough to be who she got dressed up for.

“I am so, so sorry. It’s just with the stove, and Fak, and Richie fucking calling me to bitch me out every thirty seconds,” she reaches her delicate fingers to brush his cheek with concern, “I should’ve remembered. It’s just about the only thing this week worth remembering. And you look…stunning, I should’ve been there. I should’ve. Please.”

Her expression softens and he loves the sight of her, warm and kind and lovely in both form and temperance. She’s so patient with him, responds with kindness- a gift.

She brushes her soft lips on his cheek and he tries to savor the sensation, note how warm and wonderful it is to have her form pressed against his, how her arms knot themselves around his waist.

“I know you’re stressed, babe,” she murmurs against his cheek, eyes shut, “tell you what. Why don’t you make me something better than what that place could’ve, huh?”

After he kisses her for so long that excess is no longer the right terminology, he makes her the best pasta she’s ever had in her goddamn life.

It’s better this way, anyway. She’s gorgeous in a way that’s just his to look at tonight.

yeonjun was laying on your bed, one hand underneath his head and the other holding his phone. you were writing, one headphone in your ear and the other dangling loosely. well, you were almost finished with your homework.

your boyfriend was patiently waiting for you to finish up so later you could cuddle and go on a walk. it was something that made your heart melt. yeonjun could simply arrive at your place later when you’re done with your homework or go to the living room and watch tv. but instead, even though you weren’t taking, he stayed in the room. you could feel his presence, sometimes he even giggled at some memes he saw. you love him so much.

and it’s just that he’s beautiful inside and out. closing your text book quietly, you turned around on your chair to take a look at him. to simply admire your boyfriend.

because he was an literal angel. kind, loving, caring. his stubbornness and ambition inspired you every day. regarding his physical appearance, there wasn’t even a tiny bit of him you wouldn’t love.

his pretty face, kissable lips, strong arms, long legs (that made you sometimes jog up to him because he’s just a fast walker) and toned body. you especially loves his soft hair (well to be specific, you loved playing with them).

“what?”

his amused voice made you come back to reality, realising you were staring at him. due to his outstretched hand his t-shirt rode up a bit, revealing his stomach. and you felt a sudden urge to pepper it with kisses.

you stood up, dramatically stretching to think about your attack plan. yeonjun watched you amused, a smirk on his lips.

“i know i’m handsome, baby. but just come here already” he whined, putting his phone away.

“okay, okay” you murmured and sat on the edge of the bed. and while he looked at you confused, pout on his lips, you quickly grabbed the hem of his shirt and pulled it up a bit.

“yah–!” yeonjun gasped, his hand moving from under his head.

you giggled and quickly moved onto his lap, attacking his stomach with kisses. pecking random places, giggling between them.

“what are you–?” your boyfriend breathed out, stunned by your actions.

“mwah!” you chuckled and pulled away when you had to catch a breath. looking at flabbergasted yeonjun you laughed again. his face was bright pink, almost as his iconic noona hair.

“y/n, you’re actually insane” he exhaled shakily, his hand reaching to tuck a strand of your hair behind your ear.

“no, not really. i just love you” you scoffed, pulling his shirt down “and sometimes i feel like i’m gonna explode if i don’t cover you in kisses”

“i don’t mind, really” he hummed, a boyish glint in his eyes “but i’d rather you kissed my face…”

“oh really? will do then. whatever my jjunie wants~!” you cooed and cupped his face, pepper-kissing it everywhere. this time yeonjun started giggling with you, the feeling a bit ticklish.

his forehead that scrunches when he’s confused, his perfectly shaped nose, his squishy cheeks, his sharp jaw, his eyelids that are perfect to put eyeshadow on, his cute chin.

with a smirk you kissed a corner of his mouth, only to pull away short after. yeonjun didn’t let you though, chasing you.

“you’re a meanie” he grunted, pulling your hands down from his face

“mhm” you murmured and let him kiss you. pillowy lips moving against you, causing you to hum in delight.

yeonjun pulled you closer (however that was possible), now his hands on your face. you smiled into the kiss and leaned away.

“but you love me?” you teasingly rose your eyebrow and he let out an airy laugh, flipping you over so now you were laying down next to him.

“i guess” he giggled, wrapping his arms around you and caging you in a bear hug so you wouldn’t notice his red neck.

“asshole” your grunt was muffled because of his arm but you both knew the real answer.

bristles of the brush stirs up thin clouds of red, dusting his fingertips.

“keep moving,” he says, “and i’ll make you look like a clown.”

“when it comes to you, i’m already one.”

he huffs, leaning in.

it softly kisses your skin, just for a second, before it starts stroking - so subtle, gentle - akin to a feather. in each and every stroke, his hand carries a softness to it that you seldom see in him and that each time you do, you feel afloat, airy, that he’s sharing it with you of all people - more so, to you and you alone.

and that alone feels as though it stretched on to something close to an eternity that you wished you could’ve held onto, even if for a selfish second more. (little did you do, so did he.) you feel his breath against your skin, cheek, and how shallow it is, barely there - you can feel, see, ever bring about him there is to. the faint shadows of his eyelashes against his cheeks; the slight stutter of his breath whenever he leans in just a bit more, the catch in his throat; his lidded eyes, locked in concentration in one moment, and lost in yours in the next.

and you’re no different. the feeling of the brush grazing the crest of your cheek, moving onto the next eye, was something barely there. you’re taking in every little thing there is to him, whether something small, or something you’ve already seen, each feature is soon met with your silent coos and words of adoration that is bound to term and overflow your lips did you not bite them.

he caught that slight shift. (of course he did.) his eyes flickers to your lips, and the soft luster to them made him look away.

you caught that. (of course you did.)

“you were staring.” there’s a smile in your voice, something that you can hear as much as he can.

“so? i wasn’t the only one.”

“so you admit?”

“…tch.”

you feel heat simmering in your skin, and a soft color touching his at the same time. there’s a quiet in the air, and not the one before, wherein the two of you found yourselves familiar.

it was something simple, small, that you wanted to try after days, weeks, months, years, of admiring his eye shadow - there’s a certain charm to it, when it comes to him, that made you stare and, if you could’ve, never pull away from. in other words… pretty. attractive. (you’d always say those words, and he always ends up with a sigh at his lips, that same red in his skin.)

and here you are still. admiring said shade of red, bright, passionate, underneath the rim of his eyes, you couldn’t pull back your hand as it skim the contour of his cheek.

he stills. so did the brush, already on its last stroke.

the words are already at the tip of your tongue as you say, “you’re so pretty.”

you feel him stiffen underneath your fingertips, and it brings a small smile to your lips. it matters little how many times you say it, and so out of thin air as well, it always coaxes that color into him, and it only makes you fall farther and further for and into him.

and he can tell.

and again, he huffs. this time, he leans away. (your hand feel the dust motes in the air instead.) he sets the palette in its place. and he finds himself in your space once again, leaving little to no air between the two of you, as he pecks the corner of your eyes (a bit away from the eye shadow, of course - he isn’t going to smear his art) - all in a less than a few seconds.

the heat of his breath comes from his words as he whispers, as if to keep it within you, even as no one else is around, “and you? if i’m pretty, what does that make you then?”

You scrolled through Tik Tok mindlessly on FaceTime with your best friend Saylem in silence, until she broke it.

 “Nahh what this bitch said she got eczema” she laughed, trying her best to catch her breathe. “Send” you replied smiling, feeling the vibration of your phone in your hand while pressing the message in your inbox. “Get out, how am I making you cry you literally have a hickey on your neck!” The boy with blue sweat pants said, “What do you mean like it’s literally my eczema..” you paused the Tik Tok now screaming and laughing. “NOOO BRO BECAUSE SHE THINK SHE SLICK OH EM GEE THATS A GOOD ONE.” tears now leaking out of your eyes, “wait bitch” you sighed “Imma *gasp* do that to mine and see how he react” The idea made your eyes brighten, “Bitch you smiling like the Grinch right now stop” Saylem said laughing.

 “ Girl I can’t wait, but anyways toodles I have a prank to set up.” “Mwah later boo” she replied hanging up, it was currently 4:56 and your boyfriend came home from work in less than an hour, so you ran to get your vlog camera that sat cutely in it’s red case and began recording. The curls of your lace front bounced while you ran to the kitchen, your orange victoria secret fluffy sweater and shorts set hugged your body, protecting you from the air conditioner. It was hotter than the devil’s ass crack outside, so you knew your boyfriend Eren would be hot and irritated until he took his shower. You pressed record and backed up, “alrighty.. 3..2..1.. HI LAB RATS, welcome back or to my laboratory you already know Y/n the Scientist in this bitch okay so” you interrupted yourself while giggling, covering your hand over your mouth and cackling a bit harder.

 “Ahhhh my bad y’all okay so boom today ima do a prank on my lil boo thang and it’s gonna be this hickey prank, so me and my homegirl Saylem was on the phone and I was telling her.. and then she was tellin me.. hold on lemme remember the conversation.” You paused running to get your phone. “Alright imma show you the tik tok,” laughter escaped at the idea of your boyfriend’s attitude, but you needed to move fast since time did everything but slow down. “Okay im going to be using the Fenty Beauty eyeshadow for a darker effect and then im going to throw on some of this Morphy blush and then put some powder and setting spray because i need this shit to last for real.” You ran to your desk, rummaging through your makeup bag. 

Finally you finished and checked yourself out in your hand mirror, then..the front door unlocked. Eyes widening, you cursed yourself for not setting up the camera, but you had an idea “okay guys” you whispered quickly, Eren called your name, and you heard the confusion in his voice since you weren’t there like usual to greet him. “fuck fuck, imma put yall in my dresser drawer and imma flick the collar of my sweater up, and hide it until he get out the shower, while he in there im gonna set yall up in the kitchen mkay bye.” Basically throwing the camera in the drawer, you did as you said you would and greeted your man at the front door. “Hey baby love!” you chirped as he kissed your cheeks, then forehead, then lips, “whats goin on gorgeous” he smiled, you missed him, and prank aside you did feel a little bad for the headache you were about to bring on his pretty little head. 

His bun was messy, chains hanging low on his white tee, he had on some simple black shorts, and his  white nike socks rested above his black cats. “Boy you smell like outside..awww my poor baby sweating go wash up” you said kissing his lips, wiping the sweat off his forehead. He placed his pouch on the kitchen counter and nodded, making his way to the bathroom and grabbing a towel on the way there, you listened for the bathroom door and when it closed, you grabbed the camera, ran to the kitchen and set it up in between your red blender, red candle, and red toaster. “Camouflage” you whispered. Maybe the matching appliances wasn’t such a bad idea. After about 20 minutes, Eren came out with a towel over his shoulder, in some grey sweatpants. 

“Boy where are your drawls..” you asked looking up from your phone, you nearly forgot you were on camera. His white teeth showed as he smirked, walking closer to you, lifting your chin up to kiss him. “FUCK THE PRANK IS IN EFFECT” your thoughts were so loud, you felt as if he could hear them, and his sudden halt made your heart drop to your ankles. “Y/n L/n I know that this isn’t a hickey. You are on your period, and your head isn’t big enough to suck on your own neck when your fingering yourself.” “NIGGA?” you sucked your teeth at his remark “man move around, and I dont even touch my private areas..” you said getting fake mad. “Girl you think I can’t hear you in the shower.. and fuck you mad for stop playin wit me I know this shit is make u-“ he said trying to wipe the makeup off with his hand. 

His eyebrows furrowed and looked at you, “babe stop it’s hurting I rubbed my neck too hard in the shower with that exfoliating rag i be using with my African black soap, but my skin smooth and you love that shit” you said in an attempt to butter him up. “Girl bye there’s no way that’s from a fuckin rag” he said now getting serious, “the fuck u been doing all day?” he asked, damn your act could have won you a grammy, but pause.. The fuck is his issue for real? “Wait nigga u think im cheating on you?” you asked getting up, moving his hand away from your neck “Yo I never not one time said that you was, but nah for real what you was doing all day that made you get so defensive?” This joke was no longer a lil jokey joke.. he really thought you would cheat on him for real? I mean in his defense that’s the point of the prank but unless he was pranking you on your own prank, there shouldn’t even be a “if” or “but” leaving his mouth.

 “I was waiting on your ass to get home thats what I was doing” you said rolling your eyes, walking closer to the camera to catch his reaction. “ Eren is a smart boy, so he had you fucked up when he was trailing your ass, actually thinking you did sum. “Nah bro don’t play dumb wit me now the fuck was you doin? The mark is fresh , do I play with you like that Y/n?”  you turned to face him and you decided to play along, just for the camera… “So what if I was doing something, whatcha gonna do about it huh?” you asked crossing your arms over your chest. You gave him some of his least favorite sass, the same bratty attitude he always tried to control but to be honest, no amount of sex would let your mouth stop running, so he was always careful when it came to handling you. “Watch where you throwing that damn attitude. I am not a wide receiver so trust and believe I will throw it right back to your ass. 

When you’re speaking to me, lower your tone.” his hands slid into his pockets. His ass is so sassy like this not-so-nigga wanna be a girl so fucking bad. However, the bulge in his sweats caught your attention..”He don’t got a roll of quarters in his pocket, so I don’t know what the fuck is lookin at me through his pants,” you said to yourself. This was when the realization that the video was boutta turn into a movie..ya know..the ones you get viruses from! “Okay Eren Yeager my deepest apologies,” you said smiling, rubbing your hands together like a teacher during a parent conference. Pointing your hand towards the red camera, his head followed,” My baby boo boo bear sweet cheeks vanilla muffin thick dick baby boy it is indeed a prank” you grabbed the camera quickly and ran for your life. 

Eren didn’t lie about being a wide receiver but damn his ass ran fast, your final words to your audience was “HELP!” as you locked yourself into the bathroom, turning the camera off. “Baby I just wanna talk! Open the fuck up.” Eren knocked on the door, then slid his fingers under the bottom trying to get you, “Nah Gang baby not in here” you put on your manly voice trying not to laugh. The door knob stopped jiggling, but you heard a key enter the door knob and you had no choice but to hide in the cupboards under the sink. “Y/nnnnn where are you…” he asked, “Are you..here?” he said opening the shower curtain to reveal nothing, “I know your little gremlin ass can’t fit in the toilet, your forehead make the toilet seat stand up. His ass so fucking annoying.

 “Alright n/n you win..”, but then the doors to the cupboard flew open, and your ass so happened to be dragged out. The camera remained in the bathroom but you two were actually boutta make a film of your own, “you finna handle my ass aren’t you bae” you sighed in defeat, “Mhm” he replied before you could even finish, “You tryna make fake ones Imma give you some that you won’t be able to hide”……

Doing Kenma's Makeup (drabble)

You always told kenma how pretty he'd look with makeup and he finally relented one day and let you do as you please with his face. You sat him down in front of the vanity but couldn't get the angle right for the eyeliner for some reason. Suddenly kenma grabbed you and made you sit on his lap, you were stunned at first but giggled and realised it was the perfect spot for doing his eyeliner. His face was bright red as he blushed and you teased him bout how he didn't even need blush coz of how red he looked right now. You pecked him when you were done with his eyeliner and proceeded to apply mascara, blush and a nude lipstick that complemented him well along with some neutral eyeshadow that wasn't too bold on him and God did he look pretty. You couldn't stop yourself from grabbing his face and kissing him harshly. At first he was shocked but slowly eased into the kiss which soon turned into a make out session. When you finally broke for air,his lipstick was all smudged up. You giggled as you said that you ruined it but he bashfully admitted that he loved you doing his makeup if it gonna end up like this 🤭

hiii nene <3 going to answer this for both of them!!

facts for theo:

every year when summer would roll around and theo would be sent to boarding school, he’d always be given the exact same dorm room which he’d have all to himself. same bed, same covers, same drafty windows. he was constantly losing things in his room. he’d set his cardigan down on his desk and the next day it’d be gone. countless things disappearing while he slept. his memory playing tricks on him. but there were some summers where he’d come back and he’d see that same cardigan right there on the back of the door, almost like it’d been waiting for him. things popping back up that he thought he lost so many summers ago. it was unsettling. when things started coming back, he began to develop nightmares.

theo cut most of his hair off when he was seventeen. he did it himself so it was... a mess. he cried a lot. he felt lighter from it just the same as he felt like he was being crushed all over. then his parents saw what he'd done... they were always angry with him for acting out as a teenager and making it impossible to get his hair cut, but at least his hair still looked somewhat presentable then. after he chopped it all off himself it just looked horrible, almost unsalvageable, so they punished him for it. it felt like he was being punished for so much more than cutting his hair.

theo first started playing with makeup as a child. his au pair would let him dig around in her purse for it and he'd grab fistfuls of makeup like they were buried treasure and pull them out triumphantly before investigating his spoils. he liked to draw on his face and arms with her lipsticks, just these cute little scribbles that she’d have to wipe away afterwards with her thumb.

facts for matthias:

matthias technically died when he was a teenager. he was dead for minutes on end but the frigid state of his body at the time was such that he was still able to be resuscitated, even when the other parties were reluctant to give urgency to his medical aid. he nearly didn’t make it out alive. though, in a way, i guess you could say he didn’t. not really. he certainly wasn’t convinced of it. nobody other than himself and a handful of people who were actually there even know about what happened. truthfully, i don't know that he's ever fully processed the trauma of it. it's centered in a lot of his nightmares.

while matthias's body is littered with scars, the one his mother gave him on his chin is the only one that he can still feel. everywhere else is numb to him, but that one... it's like the phantom sensation of something tugging and stretching over the bloody gape of the wound never went away, his skin forever stuck trying to stitch itself back together. it's been years, a decade for him, but it still feels so raw. being touched there is almost unbearable. it's like he's being ripped open again every time. (fully aware the above image shows theo covering the scar with his thumb... smiles.)

similar to theo, matthias used to play with makeup as a child. imani had a small compact with eyeshadow in it that she’d apply on matthias’s eyelids with her fingertips and then he’d do the same to her. their boarding school had strict rules about no makeup, so she could only get away with with this light golden color that was almost imperceptible. it looked pretty and subtle on her but on matthias it was nearly invisible except for a slight shimmer. it was kind of pointless to put it on him but matthias liked it anyway. she'd always apply it so carefully… that young in age, matthias wasn't used to being touched at all—not unless he was being punished by a teacher. so it was... well, it was nice. he learned how to reciprocate such gentle touches while applying the eyeshadow on her.

That’s it! I don’t use any shaders or anything as I need to do everything I can to stop my game from lagging lol. I find that looking at a reference image for your sims helps a lot with proportions tho. For example, my glorious, beautiful, wonderful, sim Aeri was based off of wonyoung from ive. (obviously very loosely). She was literally the first sims 3 sim I ever made, and I’ve been playing with her in my legacy for the past month lol. She’s also a part-time model for my conversions. (ok maybe full-time...)
