I redesigned the Diamonds to look more alien-like

I always found it weird that the Diamonds, the rulers of an alien race, looked human despite being multiple stories tall. So I came up with these designs.

I gave each of them those kitty faces because I liked the idea of them, and I also gave them each large ears and a tail. The ears have little bulbs on the tips and lobes that tie in with their personalities and behaviors. Also, the longer a Diamond's tail is, the older they are, which is why White's tail drags along on the ground behind her and Pink's is just a tiny little stump. Blue and Yellow are around the same age but Blue's tail is longer.

No fucking way that was on the SU Wiki all this time. I didn't even know that symbol existed! Rebecca, have boundaries please, it's a children's cartoon, we don't need to go that far

And the best part, besides the name of the symbol also being diamond, is that what each color represents in the symbol has a bit to do with the corresponding colored diamond, at least I think I managed to find a parallel

Red: Informs about the risk of fire, which reminded me of how unstable and "explosive" Pink was, "catching fire" at times

Blue: Blue could cause damage to your health as she deals directly with your emotional state

Yellow: Yellow is not a very patient person and we can see that at the slightest sign of being contradicted, she goes into attack mode. A reactive person

White: Here I couldn't connect it very well to White, but in this part is the information about whether the substance is radioactive, corrosive and etc, so I think it would be the most dangerous part of the whole symbol, which matches the most dangerous Diamond of all

💖⭐️-After going to Earth, Pink picked up a bunch of flowers and turned them into flower crowns for her colony

💖⭐️-When she's bored she draws a random gem she finds interesting to look at

💖⭐️-When she's locked in the tower she counts gems based on their colour like "457 blue gems, 627 purple gems, 246 green gems" etc

💖⭐️-When they saw her, humans thought she was some goddness and bowed to her (Pink was extremely confused)

💖⭐️-she absolutely loves making stuff from the things she find on earth and sometimes she steals from organics

💖⭐️-she likes to climb stuff and is an expert at doing so. (Blue sometimes finds her climbing upside down on the wall and gets scared)

💖⭐️-White did fucked up something about Pink while she was still developing (which is why she's Pink and is KINDA immune to whites powers)

💖⭐️-On earth she would literally pick up the most disturbing most horrifying most cheek clenching most nightmare inducing most giant most devilish thing ever with ease and call it a cutie

gonna rant on why I think white diamond was misunderstood in the series. Let me start off by saying we don't hear any mention of white until the very last season, we don't even know of her existence until we see her mural. This alone makes white very mysterious and not known about. White diamonds vendetta was thinking she was flawless and that every gem was her. "your apart of me, the part i always have to repress." this is her stating that she believes that gems are apart of her. This is further backed up when blue diamond says "we have to present her with our best possible selves." This is because white diamond is considered "flawless" so all other gems must be the same way and if they aren't then they aren't apart of the gem empire. The reason why white never attempted to bring pink back is because she knew that pink would eventually return. I personally believe that white KNEW about pink still being alive. Hanse her saying "did you have fun? did you get everything out of your system." She fully knew that pink solely did what she did for fun. which she isn't wrong about. This also really plays into her reaction to pink diamond really being gone. Her blushing showed that she wasn't as flawless as she thought she was. This made her question everything she believed up unto this point. I also really love how they made white sound SO condescending and manipulative, props to her voice actor. but yeah that's my thoughts on whites "redemption" but i wanna hear other opinions as well. blue diamond is still my favorite btw
