I would like to share with you all a little fact about me: I have an incurable case of Fluke Pusit Heart Eyes. All I asked for Christmas was more Fluke, then all I asked for New Year's was more Fluke, then all I asked for my birthday was more Fluke.

So while that may admittedly be coloring my judgement, I'm gonna ask ya'll to let me cook here for a second.

A few days ago I ran my lil self over to Petty to share a bit of news I came across, which was that Fluke stated in a recent interview that he had a project coming up and that it was maybe a BL.

THEN, a couple of days later, Be on Cloud announced that Ta, Copper, Bible, and Bas would be at the One D press conference and it began to be speculated by some that Bas would be paired with Bible in the upcoming series 4 Minutes. Nothing was announced or confirmed at the press con...

BUT!

In an interview with The Standard, the relevant portion of which has been kindly translated here, Pond Krisda stated that the script for 4 Minutes had just finished being revised and:

THAT AN ACTOR HAS BEEN CAST TO STAR ALONGSIDE BIBLE.

Now! I love Bas. I'm very excited to see him in Man Suang when it gets released on Netflix at the end of the month because by all accounts he gave a fantastic performance. If he is paired with Bible in 4 Minutes, I'll be seated for it. I'll be seated regardless.

But! I HAVE FLUKE PUSIT HEART EYES! AND NOT ONLY DO I HAVE THEM, A MONTH AGO FELLOW FLUKE PUSIT ENJOYER CHICA PUT THIS IN MY HEAD:

DO YOU SEE WHERE I'M GOING WITH THIS? DO YOU SEE?

Fluke shares that he has a project coming soon but can't share any details and then TWO DAYS LATER Pond gives an interview and says that they have a co-star for Bible! Is the co-star Bas or one of the other BOC boys? Very possible! Probable even! Is this all just coincidental timing and Fluke's new project is something else entirely? Maybe!

BUT WHAT IF IT ISN'T? WHAT IF IT REALLY IS FLUKE WHO HAS BEEN CAST TO STAR WITH BIBLE?

*secures my clown wig, completing the clown transformation, and takes deep breath*

There is absolutely no reason for this post to exist or be this long other than my profound desire to see Fluke star in something, and these may very well be the delusional ramblings of a freshly 30-year-old lady in a "-I've connected the dots/-You haven't connected shit" situation.

But I just want ya'll to consider that much like the chances of being attacked by a bear in everyday life, the chances of Fluke being in 4 Minutes with Bible are slim, but not zero.

“buffy ended the show single :)” ok but only because her current love interest just DIED!! (he near quite literally died in her arms! in sacrifice for her!) her last words of the entire series were telling him she loves him and then saying his name in admiration. she isn’t single; she’s a widow.

This one really obvious lip glance Mike does at the roller rink WASNT RANDOM.

When Will admits that El’s been lying to him, Mike calls bs, and then Will NUDGES HIM. He does it when he says “no listen to me” but his hand is offscreen. It’s very subtle but I swear u can literally see Mike shake like Will grabbed his arm and shook it a bit to get his attention.

That’s what that look was, it wasnt a completely random lip glance from Mike, it was cause Will shook him. Mike was defensive at first, calling bs, but then Will touches him and suddenly the defense is down and he believes him. His tone of voice completely changes and everything.

Something something Will has a tendency to nudge Mike like that during all their arguments where they aren’t seeing eye to eye and Mike is getting defensive. Something something Mike has picked up on that and now takes that as a sign that Will is being serious and he needs to slow down and listen to him. Something something theyre such a good team even when theyre arguing.

going into manner of death you may think this is a show about an adult man with an adult job (performing autopsies on his childhood friends), but the further you get, the more clear it becomes that this is actually a show about an adult man with way too many adult jobs (he also treats patients in the ER, gets called in for emergency surgery, and juggles several potentially connected murder investigations as an unpaid side gig). no wonder literally every single person around him keeps randomly handing him food, even though we know he's a good cook. with only twenty-four hours in a day, it's a miracle he even finds the time to be weird and domestic with his prime murder suspect and their pet cactus

Maybe they've both been in a situation were they weren't allowed to speak freely for 6000+ years and have had maximum 4 years to try to adjust to a new normal and they haven't quite found their footing yet becuase one of them is stuborn and the one is reactionary and they're both still feeling the pressures of the system they were subjected to for (once again) 6000+ years but they still know each other so well and they are both at fault and they are both trying!

Fanfic prompt: the chain talks about bad relationships

He tells everyone about his “brother's” relationship with a demon

“that poor thing doesn’t deserve that nihilistic and pessimistic attitude 24/7 no idea how he has managed to stay sane…wait he has willingly endured the worst person ever for years no way he is sane”

Everyone feels bad for the brother because obviously the demon is in the wrong and the bad guy

(the colors overpowered Vio in that one not that he did anything to stop them because he was busy mopping about not getting to be with shadow )

And for weeks they feel bad and extremely uncomfortable that four never did anything about the situation

Demons are no joke and bad partners can be damaging

When they see the brother in question they immediately realize that the demon was not the bad guy in this

Vio really is this bad

Shadow(to the chain): “You know, I find his eternal pessimism... kind of charming.”

Sky *pointing to Vio who is laying face down on the ground*: “Wait. You find that charming?”

Shadow : “Oh, sure! Most demons are all fire and brimstone, but Vio? He just sits in the corner and contemplates the futility of existence. It’s nice to have someone who’s not all about chaos and destruction for a change because trust me I know bad relationships”

Warriors:“But... he’s so depressing. How do you live with that?”

Shadow *shrugging*: “Oh, it’s not so bad. He says the same things every day, so I know when to tune him out or else I would have lost it already”

Green (pretending to be four at the moment)*mock whispering to the chain*: he is in fact insane don’t let his charming demeanor fool you…,probably because of Vio”

A very very sweet fic in which Edwin and Charles temporarily have mortal bodies again. It's got a really interesting case, a lot of newly-alive shenanigans, and an emotional punch that I'm still feeling several days later (but don't worry, it's a happy ending). Can't recommend this enough!

2. To the Boy I Wish I'd Never Loved by @countloser

Pairing: Edwin/Cat King | Rating: Explicit | Word Count: 38,153 | Complete? No

Boarding school au with suuuuper fun Cat King/Edwin characterization. The central romance plot unfolds in a very intriguing way, accompanied by sweet boarding school shenanigans featuring the whole gang. I'm on tenterhooks waiting in between updates for this fic, it's one of my faves out there!

3. Dance the Night by Gruoch on AO3

Pairing: Edwin/Charles | Rating: Teen | Word Count: 42,671 | Complete? No

A very fun casefic with some brilliant development of Edwin and Crystal's friendship. I am eating this fic up, the characterization is so good--I've read Gruoch's fics in other fandoms, and trust me you are always safe in their capable hands. Lovers of creature lore, you should give this one a try.

Of course I have read many many more lovely fics since I first watched the show, but alas I do not have the time and space to list them all. But with over 1,000 already (1,049 last time I checked), I'm sure I missed some! So play along and rec your favs* :D (was this a ploy to get people to rec me fics? perhaps. but i think it will spread positivity also, so it's not all selfish ;))
