So you may have wondered why Habersham's story followed so quickly on the heels of Lucky the Bear's, and the reason is, it was a bit of a teaser.

Over the past few months, I have been interviewed for almost 2 hours by a reporter for the LA Times. Then a photographer came out to the hospital and took photos of me and the hospital and the patients I had at the time (for another two hours!). And then a few weeks ago, another photographer came out to take portraits of the patients I had then. Including one of Habersham. Then, yesterday, September 10, this appeared as the cover of the LA Times Calendar section:

That's Habersham before his surgery. And a wonderful play on Tears for Fears for the title of the story. :-) There's a two page spread inside the paper, and you can read it, and see a lot (if not all) of the photos online here. If the link doesn't work, you can also go to the LA Times and search "toy hospital" in the search box on the site and you should find the article that way too.

Anyway, as you may imagine, I've been doing a bit of a happy dance about the story all weekend. And I really wanted to share it with all of you because a) I thought you might enjoy the article and b) the reporter found me in part because of this blog which you all have chosen to read and follow and like over the years, so you all deserve thanks for the article too!

Maybe I’m just a bitch but I’m hoping Inessa is going to get some big revenge on these bitches. Daemon and Rhaena are #EnemyNo.1

He’s proud of his daughter for stabbing a girl who was defending her brother against four people? He’s mad that she got a dragon (a beastly and dangerous that could wipe theirs out at that) before his daughter? His daughter may have just made her barren, as a woman back then that’s her life ruined and he couldn’t care he’s proud? Rhaena is now all sad and scared because the girl she stabbed for nothing could easily kill her. She stabbed her for saying Vhagar isn’t a heirloom, which she isn’t, she got stabbed for no reason. I hope this sweet little angel gets her revenge I really do.

I love reading your guys reply of Inessa deserving justice which she does! The girl deserves nothing but the world, and has such an amazing heart. You could tell how different she is from her entire family, which is what makes her special and a gem.

I love reading your guys input of the stories, it makes me excited to see what you would think on the upcoming chapters coming soon.

Headcanon: Lucifer problem-babysitter Morningstar

It's canon that baby-angels, before becoming an important component of Heaven-society, are taken care by one angel-guardian. An example that we all know is Simeon with Luke.

That means that the brothers (expect Satan) and Lilith had a guardian, back when they were little angels.

So I have this headcanon that Lucifer had to babysitter all the problematic angels that other didn't want/weren't able to handle.

-Mammon: He is canon. Michael asked Lucifer if he could try to speak to him, and somehow he end up with the first one.

-Leviathan: After all angel saw how he was able to handle Mamm, they thought "Why don't try to give him this anxiety-walking". And boom- (Spoiler 3 season) an Heavenly Admiral.

-Asmodeus: And so, when an "give me attention" come out, who everyone thought? Lucifer

-Beelzebub and Belphagor: Twins? Having to take care not 1, but 2 angels at the same time? He already got 3, why they have even try to take care of them: let's give this couple to the Morningstar.

-For Lilith (Nightbringer spoiler), a direct girl, without a filter when talking, and extremely competitive, not-want-to-lose... Lucifer adopted her without thinking twice.

That also explains their family-relationship.

For Lucifer, he either grows up by himself or maybe his guardian was Michael. Why him? I don't remember any part that say that they have the same age and that could perfectly explain why this angel is always interested in him and his family. Probably 1st dad want to know how his son and grandchildren are.

In the end? Lucifer is a tired mom.

Oh the contract and similar between Q!Phil and Q!Bad make me go fuking CRAZYYYYY. Oh, how cc!Phil and cc!Bad nailed so perfectly in describing what an immortal would look like.

Both are immortal species who live through thousands and thousands of years, fought in hundred battles, watched kingdoms rise and fall. Two of the most experienced members on the island are the most hypocritical.

They are so full of themselves. They always think what they are doing is right, is the only way, are for the best outcome cuz they lived through it all. And the way they justify their actions, even come out of their way to make people think they are right is just GHHDGSHSHJSJ!!!! (I love them so much)

Most of the time they are right. They DID see it happen lots of times, their actions always have a good motive behind them. BUT AGAIN they believed their actions were so right they did not talk to others about it even to the ones they love and care for, they just did it.

Oh, how the higher beings are so blinded by their knowledge they refuse to see what they did is not all the times good, not every thing easy to justify.

Like, Raphael is a high-ranking angel. A whole-ass Seraph. You'd think he'd be able to come and go as he pleases. But no. Apparently Michael just tossed him down like "and don't you think about coming back until the year is up im not letting you in"
