Hello, here's a default replacement for female teen basegame bottoms tfbottomminishorts. It's been replaced with two different meshes; Esotheria's vagabond skirt and Godlimpingby's wrappedpants conversion by Meduza.

The meshes both have fat morphs, and the colours used are above. The thumbnails don't line up grouped nicely in CAS because, well I didn't think of it and I'm not messing around with it now haha

I made a website!

Now you've probably seen the attempt before, people getting mad at tumblr and then making a 'Simblr' (Tumblr clone). Though, despite tumblr being sometimes a bit frustrating because of their changes, that's not why this site came to be...

I wanted a place where Storytellers, Creators, and just generic sim players can all be together and get the exposure and fun that they deserve.

Not only that, but also for a place where the TSM community and TS1 can belong somewhere too without the use of a forum.

And eventually, I hope we can make it the home for Life by you and Paralives when that comes out :)

Plus, it's also NSFW friendly! While the site is initially PG-13, we've got tags and profile settings that allow you to browse NSFW items as well.

What can I find on Simblr.cc exactly?

Anything for all sims games, really! TS1, TS2, TS3, TS4 and TSM

Practically anything you technically can find on Tumblr and really other sim websites. We've got...

Mods

I've specifically made filters for different games, and their needs in mind. For example, for TS2 there are so many awesome game fixes out there and clean templates, that you'll be able to navigate and find this easily.

Not only that, items can also be put in multiple categories! Especially great if you've uploaded a set!

You can also find Testers wanted only mods here if you feel like helping out fellow simmers with testing!

NOTE:

Mods do go through a "queue", but not in the same way as you may have experienced on MTS or TSR. I merely check if it's flagged as NSFW correctly, and then it's good to go! :) So the waiting time will be much less!

It's really difficult to find new Sim stories or Legacies on Tumblr, let alone for these writers to get people to read their awesome stories! Hopefully this should make the process much easier now!

What about moderation?

While there's a report system in place, and the items in the queue are checked for NSFW, but users could still turn their non-NSFW to a NSFW, items may be stolen. So do report these as that will never be condoned!

Additionally, all comments you get on your mods, story, etc. Those are primarily moderated by you. You can delete them, you can turn comments off even if you'd like. If things really go wrong, you can always ask an admin.

Let Them Eat Bread! | Custom Food for Sims 2

Alternative Title: I made CC - can you believe it? (Because I surely can't!)

So I was recently searching for bread for my medieval NH @arendholmislands that I liked the look of, didn't require any cooking skill and was eaten with hands not cutlery. I didn't find quite what I was looking for and I decided why not try to make it myself?

So here are some barley bread loaves for your medieval sims (or modern day bakers!) to munch away on!

The mesh is a TSM conversion by Zx_Ta, which you can find here. And the wonderful @creesims made it into usable food to stock your fridge here, which I think would go along nicely.

A few things to mention:

The bread is cloned from the toaster pastries, which are a little smaller than I wanted the bread to be. Because of that the sim's fingers will kind of vanish inside the bread and they will shove the loaf a little bit too far into their face while eating.

Because I cloned it from the toaster pastries, there's no real "preperation stage", your sims will simply take the unbaked loaf out of the fridge and put it into the oven.

The bread also has no "half eaten" stage when eating, since I can't mesh for the life of me.

But if - like me - those things only mildly bother you, feel free to download and enjoy! :)

Hi everyone, it's been a good while since I made a clothing default replacement, let alone a historical one! I've made one for female teen teenstyle outfit tfbodyskater. It's been replaced with LetoMills' edits of IamLiz13's Middleclass layered medieval dress on Leto's TF conversion of a Tiggerypum mesh.

I used colours 1, 3, 12 (purple, medblue, orange) from Leto's swatch. Mesh has fat and preg morphs, and I've categorised it for formal too.

You guys, I played my game for like, an entire DAY over the weekend! I did it! I think I’ve now been playing the Waif household for well over a year or so because I haven’t played long enough to move on from here. Oh well. The kids (Arley and Amity) were a couple of days out from becoming Teens (and therefore adults) so I had to really start thinking about their futures. They’re both creative with Arley wanting to be a painter and Amity a scribe. 

Baby Eos is also due to age up so Sister Golda will still have at least one kid left when the other two have left the nest!. 

Tell you what, this rotation was honestly pretty meh. I’ve spoken before about how I dislike that home-schooling your kids makes them all super-geniuses and I’ve been thinking of a way to calculate their grades manually based on dice rolls and traits, but I almost feel like I will just wait till I make a new game to implement those kinds of rules. I don’t want to abandon learning at home, as it feels more realistic to me, but I gotta do something! 

On another front, I have decided to go ahead with the start of what I’ll call a “Patronage” program for my artistically-minded Sims. These two will be my first in the community and while they already have an advantage from being educated by the Sisters, they will still have to start out at the bottom with a small stipend once they leave the Foundling Home. IF they can garner a patron, then their start will be significantly easier, with them paying for city accommodations, membership in the Guild and University admission when the time comes. I’ll get more into how it’ll work when we get there...still working it out myself!

My yet-to-be-named Medieval neighborhood! Made using the 'Greylings' terrain by @nimitwinklesims and I'm super proud of the layout and plan for it thus far! The walled area is the central village, which I hope will grow into a broader city as I play and generations pass, to encompass all the outside lots I plan to have bring the whole kingdom to life. At the moment I'm working on the three sections of the royal complex, which is really coming together as I'm building it. Credit to my current favorites in terms of medieval simblrs, @ts2cambremon & @clouseplayssims,for reigniting that want to dive back in and convert this game to fit my storytelling goals! Stay tuned!

I know that people who follow me probably don't care for a medieval playstyle, or are maybe too scared by how daunting the task of gathering all the CC is.

Well regardless, I'm creating a carrd that provides links to many defaults so that it would be easier to find and download default clothing, functional items, food, jobs, and other things !

Given the vast amount of defaults available, I'm open to allowing people to join the carrd and help to make finding medieval CC a whole lot easier.
