This file is required for my soon-to-come custom plants and produce.
At present, this file just allows the harvestables to have custom notebook entries and be purchasable in seed packets (e.g. Fall, Uncommon... etc.).

🌿 Sneak Peek: Greenhouse Haven Reloaded CC Pack – Part I | BGC Sims 4 Custom Content 🍃
If you're looking for quality Sims 4 greenhouse CC, you're in the right place! After 5 intense days of full-immersion work, I'm so excited to finally share a preview of Part I of my very first custom content collection for The Sims 4: Greenhouse Haven. 🏡🪴
This project is a big milestone for me — it’s not only my first official release but also the result of countless hours spent learning and improving my skills. While this collection doesn’t feature fully original creations, I’ve poured my heart into extracting, optimizing, and reworking existing assets to create something special and unique for the community.
For the first time ever, I opened Blender, and over the past 5 days I’ve been working non-stop reworking models, retexturing, and optimizing meshes. This includes:
🛠️ Reworking and Extracting Assets: Extracting and reworking objects from Base Game, Seasons, and the Greenhouse Haven Kit for added depth and detail.
🧠 Mastering Conversion: Learning to convert EA decorative meshes into fully functional Sims 4 custom content.
🔨 Mesh Optimization: Using Blender to separate and optimize meshes, improving geometry and overall quality.
🌟 Detail Refinement: Rebuilding shadows, creating object slots, tuning behaviors, and reworking textures to ensure everything feels polished and functional in-game.
📚 Self-Taught Journey: Digging through tutorials and the S4S forum to perfect the entire CC workflow.
🎨 Fine-Tuning: Reworking specular and normal maps, tweaking object slots, and making those small adjustments that bring CC to perfection

can you actually be nonbinary in that video game or can you only mix and match "male" and "female" cosmetics on a character that still nevertheless always counts as one of the binary genders in the eyes of all the npcs and game mechanics

Published: 7-14-2024 | Updated: N/A SUMMARY 100 posters, tags, and area signs to organize sale items on your commercial lots. Customize poster images, infographics, and barcodes/currency labels. Labels are color-coded in Simlish and English to make sorting objects easier: COOK (white label/for cookables, ingredients), DRINK (red label/ for edible beverages), EAT (pink label/for edible foods), GROW (green label/ for harvestables), HEAL (orange label/for functional medicines, motive boosters), CRAFT (brown label/for craftables, ingredients), STOCK (yellow label/for stockable foods, supplies), USE (blue label/for all other functional items), VIEW (gray label/for deco only items), and “other” (black and purple/barcode). These are general deco items, so you don’t have to sort by function/color unless you want to.

Breakfast At Twinsimming’s by Twinsimming 🥞
This mod adds six new breakfast recipes converted from The Sims 4, along with one new custom Avocado harvestable, and one new custom Butter ingredient!
The recipes, harvestable, and ingredient can all be placed in your Packages folder. They were created and tested on 1.69, but should work fine on 1.67.
(Yes, the title is a play on Breakfast At Tiffany’s, and no, I have not seen the movie lol)

This mod requires CCLoader to function.

All of the recipes are breakfast themed, but they’re enabled to be prepared at any time of day. They are also all Vegetarian safe!
Cooking Overhaul mods make the recipes require more ingredients, but they are not required to use this mod. Cooking Overhaul ingredients will have an (*) symbol next to them. From left to right in the preview photo:
*Edit: Cooking Overhaul mods are required for this version of the mod. If you do not have one, please download the [No Cooking Overhaul] version now included in the latest update.
Baleada (Level 2): Cheese, Egg, and Avocado

Avocado Harvestable
The Avocado harvestable is a conversion from The Sims 4: Jungle Adventure. It can be bought at the grocery store for §6 or planted and grown at Level 6 of the Gardening skill.
Note: There is no auto soil for the Avocado tree at this time. Hopefully I can find a working tutorial and make this a reality in the future!
Butter Ingredient
Butter is a new, non-plantable ingredient that can be purchased at the grocery store for §5. It can also be made using my Pasteurize Milk Mod.
If you have my Pasteurize Milk Mod already installed, you do not need the Butter file included with these recipes as it is the same ingredient as the one included in that mod.
Note: This Butter ingredient is different from the one included in icemunmun’s Baker's Basket Plants, Ingredients and Recipes mod, so both can be installed at the same time.
Conflicts & Known Issues
This is a new script mod so there shouldn’t be any conflicts.

Midge The Tree's Supernatural Garden Edits - Planting Overhaul Edition

While working on Planting Overhaul Mod, @lamare-sims and I tested a whole bunch of custom plants, and I noticed that some of them could use a tiny bit of help to make them even better.
So here's the edit of the iconic Supernatural Garden plants by @midgethetree.
Please note that this edit doesn't change how plants work and doesn't modify other functions, it's purely cosmetic. You no longer need plots from Midge's archive if you use Planting Overhaul Mod.
Most fixes concern fixing thumbnails on fruit, editing shine, smoothing out the meshes and translating the mod to russian.
But the biggest edit concerns the growable cowplant by wintermutea1 and the plasma fruit.
Cowplant plant and fruit were cleaned up and fixed with the help from @lamare-sims, it now has new growing states using meshes I converted and edited from Sims 4 (considerate drop of polycount). When the plant is ready to harvest, a bell appears on Cowplant's "neck", like this:
Plasma fruit was already very cool looking glowing in the dark, I added a tiny zest to it thanks to @platinumaspiration who showed me this trick and was patiently testing one edit after another with me correcting all of my mistakes. Look at it now:
Both fruit on the plant and harvested fruit are "animated" like this now.

The archive only contains the files that were edited, if you need additional mods that came in Midge's post, be sure to download the original mod first. Only the cowplant mod part was renamed.

Sims 4 CC: Echo and Fives Armor
A galaxy where the Domino twins aren't attached at the hip?
Not in this slightly kinder universe, where they're safely tucked away from the man in the big hat on the backwater planet of Definitely-Not-England.
Are they handling their single remaining sets of high performance bodygloves with the utmost care now that they can no longer return to Republic space without Tarkin who Fox really should have made sure to take care of as well, poking his nose around?
'That's a bit of a loaded question you're stuck on a primitive planet without a sprinkler system or service droids.'
Have they been bracing for the inevitability of a future full of knitted body stockings by harvesting as much wool from llamas and tiny sheep as they can, while practicing knitting smart little sweaters and caps for any animal willing to wear them?
'Well, it doesn't exactly hurt that they're all small and wooly.'
Have the Coruscant Guard manifested as miniature sheep in this universe and still expect to be addressed as Sir? Maybe.
But unless you're Fox, it's a small price to pay for keeping Torrent Company and Rex's heart in one piece.

Red Cabbage (Harvestable)
Red Cabbages, or purple cabbages owing to their brilliant leaves of purple hues, emerge from the centre of leafy plants. The 'head' of cabbage is delicious pickled, eaten raw in salads, and always adds a bright pop of colour and crunch to most dishes.
*Requires the most recent main Harvestables file.

Use it in custom recipes, (such as my Beef Brisket), or recipes that require veggies
Find it in the Summer and Fall seed packets
Find it on a grocery delivery order on days when Red Cabbages are stocked. As with all fruits and veggies, these days will rotate and fruit stocks will be random. (Cottage Living)

Sims 4 Challenge: Virtual Village
The Premise:
You've been tasked with building and managing a thriving virtual village in The Sims 4. Your villagers will need to work together to survive and prosper, relying on their unique skills and abilities.
The Roles:
* Spiritual Leader: A wise and powerful individual who can commune with the spirits and provide guidance to the village. This Sim can be a Spellcaster, but it's not mandatory. They are the primary caretakers of children and are responsible for passing down the village's knowledge and traditions. Upon their death, a designated heir must take their place, or the village will perish.
* Skills: Wellness, Herbalism, Alchemy, Parenting, Writing, Swimming, Snorkeling, Painting, Knitting, Cross-stitch, etc.
* Scientists: Intellectually gifted Sims who can unlock new technologies and advancements. Train these Sims in the Logic skill. You can have up to two Scientists per generation. Reaching Level 10 in Logic unlocks new advancements for your village.
* Builders: Skilled craftsmen who can construct homes, tools, and infrastructure. Train these Sims in the Handiness skill. Level 10 Handiness is required to construct larger structures like piers, foundations, and monuments.
* Farmers: Hardworking individuals who can cultivate crops and provide food for the village. Train these Sims in the Gardening skill and have them fish to maintain a steady supply of resources.
The Challenge:
* Establish Your Village: Create a new household with two unmarried Sims (ideally) and an optional child.
* Live off the land: in the early generations, attempt to feed your villagers what they forage, collect, fish, grow and harvest! In the later game, feel free to purchase these things as you have guided your villagers into thriving!
* Assign Roles: Designate specific Sims to each role, ensuring a balance of skills. For instance, one Sim could be a Spiritual Leader/Gatherer/Scientist, while the other could be a Builder/Gatherer/Farmer.
* Technology and Advancement:
* Logic Tech Tree:
* Trainee (1-4): Basic knowledge, off-grid living.
* Adept (4-9): Intermediate skills, irrigation, farming, basic crafting.
* Master (10): Advanced technology, monuments, complex structures, higher education.
* Tech Points: Earn these through training scientists. Complete collections to earn an extra 5000 tech points once per Generation, Spend them to unlock new technologies and structures.
* Trainee: 1000 points
* Adept: 5000 points
* Master: 20000 points
* Tribal Tech Tree:
* Tier 1: Survival
* Fire Mastery: Unlocked at the start.
* Shelter (5000 points): Build basic shelters like huts and lean-tos.
* Crafting (10000 points): Unlock candle making, nectar making, and other thematic crafting stations.
* Tier 2: Community
* Agriculture (5000 points, Master Farmer): Unlock advanced gardening techniques.
* Animal Husbandry (5000 points, Master Farmer, Adept Scientist): Domesticate animals.
* Social Structure (10000 points, Generation 3): Unlock clubs, weddings, and social events.
* Tier 3: Civilization
* Pottery (1000 points): Unlock pottery for storage and cooking.
* Weaving (5000 points): Unlock knitting, cross-stitching, and clothing customization.
* Metallurgy (10000 points, Generation 3, Master Scientist, Master Builder, Shelter and Metallurgy unlocked): Unlock metalworking.
* Tier 4: Advanced Civilization
* Writing (Generation 2, Adept Scientist, 1000 points): Unlock journaling and storytelling.
* Astronomy (5000 points): Unlock telescope.
* Architecture (10000 points, Generation 3, Master Builder, Master Scientist, Shelter and Metallurgy unlocked): Construct complex structures like temples and fortifications.
The Goal?
Build your village across multiple lots, and play through 10 Generations, unlock the technology you want, and create a small civilization! This is a creative challenge, so feel free to adjust the rules and tech tree to suit your play-style!
Additional Challenges:
* Natural Disasters: Simulate natural disasters like fires, floods, or droughts.
* Disease Outbreak: Introduce a disease to your village.
* Conflict with Neighboring Villages: Roleplay conflicts and negotiations.

Build a winery, and a warehouse to store your goods!
Once you have unlocked advanced construction, create a mystical temple to house your Spiritual Leader!
Create more villagers as you progress, and have as many children as you want! Everyone does not have to stay on the Initial lot!
Pull from Sumerian, Egyptian, Aztec and Early Native American design elements to create to your hearts content, there is no money in this challenge, only Technology!

🌱 GREENHOUSE HAVEN RELOADED PART I - RELEASE
🌿 It’s been a few days since the last update, but with good reason — I’ve been battling the final boss of real-life gardening. Between mowing tall grass, trimming towering hedges, and dragging what felt like a hundred bags of clippings, I’ve basically leveled up my green thumb the hard way. 💪🌾
Those are some wild beauties I saved from my bush cutter today!
Now that my IRL shears have had their moment of glory, I can finally unveil Part I of the Greenhouse Haven Reloaded collection — it is officially out and downloadable on my Patreon!
I've poured days and nights into learning and crafting this bundle so I hope you like it! All LODS and texture levels have been taken care of and I have tested, fixed AND tested! But let me know if you still encounter any problem.
Everything from the original kit will include the original Maxis swatches and has been made base game compatible unless otherwise noted – perfect for your rustic Sims and their plant-powered passions.

MonocoDoll's Vile Ventures (Drug Dealing) Mod Report (Small Additions, Additional Tunables, Animation Bloopers, Testing/Bug Fixes)
Another Month has passed. Which means another Mod Report for my Vile Ventures mod. This month I have been focusing on adding small additions, creating more tunables, attempt at first consuming animation, and testing the mod on a playthrough to find any bugs that may have been missed. Which I will go over these on the report.
[Small Additions]
-Shroom Harvestable
A new Shroom Harvestable has been created. As I honestly forgot to create one when I had previously made my other custom plants. The shroom seeds are obtainable through your NPC drug dealer after aquiring Drug Dealing Skill level 4.

You are also able to craft your own baggies of Shrooms through obtaining 6 Shroom ingredients and one baggy.


The Shroom Baggies are also obtainable through your Drug Dealer NPC, and there are no skill requirements needed to obtain the consumable shroom baggies.
-Illegally aquiring Drug Seeds
You are now able to obtain Drug Seeds Illegally via your NPC Drug Dealer. However, you must meet a certain threshold within your Drug Dealing Skill level. The prices for each seed is tunable.


-Drug Dealing Skill Level 3: Unlocks White Widow and Purple Haze Buds
-Drug Dealing Skill Level 4: Unlocks Skunk and OG Kush Buds. As Well as Shrooms seed.
-Drug Dealing Skill Level 5: Unlocks AK47 and Amnesia Buds. As well as Coca Seeds.
-Drug Dealing Skill Level 7: Unlocks Opium Seed.
-Racket Inheritance
Any Rackets that your Drug Dealer Sim owns can now be passed down to someone in the case of your sim dying. You are able to ask any Teen or above sim to take over your operations when you pass. The sim being asked must not be against Illegal drugs and need to have at least a friendship relationship established. Otherwise they will not accept your offer.
In the case that your sim who owns the Illegal racket does not assign anyone to inheret the rackets. The Rackets will first be handed to a child of the sim. If no children are present, then a sibling. If No siblings are present, then a parent. Otherwise, the racket will be lost upon death.
-Added Extra Benefits For Completing Drug Dealing Challenges.
Completing the Cannabis Dealer Expert, Psychedelic Dealer Expert, Pill Dealer Expert, and Powder Dealer Expert challenges now provides an additional bonus on top of just increasing sale earnings for the category of the drug. Completing these category challenges will now net you high quality product when you are crafting your own supply. So collecting your cured weed while having the Cannabis Dealing Expert challenge completed will provide you with high quality cannabis baggy instead of normal quality cannabis baggy.
-Lean Is Craftable
Lean is now craftable. Select a Styfoam Cup. You will need Jolly Ranchers, Sprite, Styrofoam Cup, and Cold Medicine. The cold medicine has up to 4 uses. So with one cold medicine, you can create up to 4 Lean.

-Using Baby Laxatives to Cut High Quality Cocaine
Baby Laxatives will be obtainable at the grocery store. On Drug Dealing Skill level 2, you will be able to utilize them to cut High Quality Cocaine Baggies into normal quality Cocaine Baggies. Which will either net you two or three Normal Quality Cocaine Baggies.


-Finished Making Moodlet Images For each Custom Moodlet
At this moment, the total amount of custom moodlets provides by this mod will be 106. The images for these moodlets have been completed.
[Additional Tunables]
I also added some notable tunable's to certain features. There are many more, but I will notate the ones that were introduced during this month.
-Overdose Chances
Chance of overdosing on drugs are tunable. By default the values for each drug.
Lean: 60%
Adderall: 40%
PainKillers: 50%
Xanax: 45%
MDMA: 55%
Cocaine: 70%
Meth: 80%
Heroin: 90%
Overdosing can only occurs if your sim takes more than one dose of the substance when they are already under the effects of that substance.
-Fatal Overdose Chances
You can also determine the chances of an overdose being fatal. If the overdose is fatal, the sim will die. If it is not fatal the sim will be knocked out and fall asleep. By default the values for a fatal overdose are...
Lean: 40%
Adderall: 30%
PainKillers: 40%
Xanax: 20%
MDMA: 30%
Cocaine: 50%
Meth: 70%
Heroin: 80%
-Time it takes to Cure Weed
Previously, the time it took to cure weed in a jar was not a tunable. While I was playing a playthrough with my mod, I figured that some would appreciate this as a tunable. By default it is 24 hours.

-Time It Takes for Cocaine Brick and Meth Package to finish
Previously, the time it took for Cocaine Brick and Meth Package to be completed in their respective containers was not a tunable. The time it takes is now tunable. By default, it takes 48 hours for a Cocaine Brick and Meth Package to be collected in their respective containers after filling it up.
-Drug Dealing Skill Points earned per Sale
You will be able to dictate just how much skill points your sim earns per type of drug sold. By Default selling Cannabis, Psychedelic, Pill, and Powdered type drugs net you 100 skillpoints. Which is a bit of a grind. For example at the moment during my playthrough I sold 139 drugs and I just got to Drug Dealing Skill level 5.

[Animation Attempt]
There was an attempt during the month to at least produce one consumption animation for this month. However, the prop refused to appear in the correct location. I'm still unsure what went wrong, but I will continue to look into it. The attempt was made for the drink Lean animation.

[Changes/Fixes Made During Testing]
I decided to perform a playthrough with my mod. To determine if I should make any changes or if there are any bugs that need fixing. Which there were a few I found.
-Fixed Bug Preventing my custom plants from growing overtime.
-Fixed a Bug Preventing the heat system from saving after reloading a save:
Example, my sim had a heat level of 15. Making him eligible to potentially have his residence raided. However, when I reloaded my save after saving. My sims heat level went back down to 0. This is resolved and heat level will be retained even after reloading a save.
-Fixed Empty Jars having a black substance inside of them:
This was a problem I had in the past, but didn't decide to expirement to try to fix it until it started to bother me in my playthrough. The black substance only appeared after you collected your cured cannabis. However, the empty jars are now truly empty.


-Made a adjustment to crafting drugs via the Chemistry Table:
Previously when processing Coke Powder, Meth Tray, Heroin, and MDMA there were no Drug Dealing Skill Requirements. I decided to go back and add a Drug Dealing Skill requirement in order to produce these drugs via the Chemistry Table. Especially for Meth. Since all the ingredients to produce meth is obtainable through the grocery store. Which will make it too easy I thought. So now on top of the logic skills required to produce these substances. MDMA production will require a Drug Dealing Skill of 4, Cocaine/Meth Production will require a Drug Dealing Skill of 5 Heroin production will require a Drug Dealing Skill of 7. Cannabis and Shrooms still do not require a drug dealing skill. Just the necessary ingredients for now.

And that is all I have to report on for this month. We went over creating a Shroom harvestable, Racket Inheritance, Crafting Lean, Obtaining Drug Seeds Illegally, Cutting High Quality Cocaine with baby laxatives, Adding more tunables, and making adjustments and fixing bugs found during my playthrough.
I had fun testing the early game of my mod. I managed to make it to drug dealing skill level 5 and was satisfied with the early game of the mod. I will continue to test my playthrough and attempt to make it to the late game of my mod. Where I will be attempting to own my own rackets and ensure that they work just perfectly. If all is well during my playthrough then everything is complete regarding my Drug Dealing side of the mod. And all that would be left are the final touches of the consumption of these substances. Which will include consumption Animations, reactions of nearby sims when smoking, and a rolling skill for joints and blunts, and possibly anything else that I may think of later on.
Now I'm going to go back to being a ghost. However, again thank you for all those that are patient.

All You Want To Know And More
Why, hello there! Glad you made it to my corner of the internet.
This blog is meant to chronicle my most recent playthrough of Morbid Gamer’s Ultimate Decades Challenge, following a family of sims for many generations from the 1300s onwards. I started my first playthrough sometime in the first half of 2023 and had got to the end of the 15th century before the urge struck me to start another one in a more medieval world.
This is the challenge you’ll be seeing on this blog. More infos under the cut.
A note on my posting habits: I have a queue that puts out one post per day. Initially, I wanted to refill that queue after every five years played, but I'll probably switch that to after every year played so it isn't so much work at once.

Some technical details
I’ll be playing this challenge in The Sims 3, which means no Ye Olde Cookbook, Royalty Mod, Simple Living Lot Trait or the like, but I’ve heavily modded my game to achieve a more immersive gameplay. This challenge will start – but likely not remain in - the gorgeous custom world of Praaven, which is both medieval and completely roadless.

This challenge will be more historically inspired than historically authentic, both because the game has its limitations and because my scant historical expertise lies more in the early 20th century.
For the most part, I’ll be following the rules defined by Morbid Gamer, with some deviations:
I’ll take some inspiration from Plumbobs and the Past’s ideas to make the challenge a bit more interesting. For example, when my sims go fishing, I’ll have them pay a fee, I’ll deduct 10% of the proceeds for whatever they harvest or sell from household funds, I will use PATP's dowry rules, and probably more.
Instead of starting with three teenagers, I decided to start with two young adults that have already been married for a bit and have two children and a toddler. I had a bit of a story in mind involving the proverbial lady of the house and the local Earl, so I wanted to jump right into the action.
As Sims 3 has no option to plead with the Grim Reaper (although you can play a match of chess with him or be saved by your pet, but you would have to have a pet that likes you for that to work, or both a chess table and enough skill points) I substitute that action with rolling a d4 when a Sim I’d like to live rolls to die. If it’s a 4, they survive.
Since I think it’s boring if most sims (barring historical events) die at exactly 6/13/20/30, I’ll sometimes roll a die to see how many years of life a sim has left. Those years can never be more than the sim would have to live until the next life stage. If, for example, a sim fails their young adult roll, I’ll roll a d10. 10 means the sim dies immediately, 5 means they live to be 25, etc. A teenager or a child, accordingly, can only roll a d7.
Illegitimate children are not automatically out of the running, they just rank after all their legitimate siblings in the succession. So it's legitimate sons, then legitimate daughters, then illegitimate sons, then illegitimate daughters, and after that the nearest-related side household. Rule may be taken liberty with as is dramatically convenient.
For the most part, no re-marriages for side households. The heir, however, can and will remarry as necessary.
I’ll be starting with a family of farmers, the Townsends, but just for the fun of it, I’ll also be rolling for the two resident noble families, that of the Earl of Petersmarch, who resides in the city of Praaven, and that of Baron Elbenhawke, whose family seat is in the hills just above the Townsend’s village. As they are not even proper side households, I’ll only mention the nobles’ fates on the side, mostly as a little info text at the end or mentioned in the story as relevant.
Honestly, I’m just curious about how long their lines will last.
