Q1.   if you could write your character your way in their own movie, what would it be called, what style would it be filmed in, and what would it be about? A1.  It would definitely be based on the adventures of Jack and his merry band of bisexuals, so essentially following on from where Black Sails left off 

Q2.   what would their soundtrack / score sound like? A2. I mean it’d probably just be somewhere between the Black sails soundtrack and the Pirates of the Caribbean one

Q3.   why did you start writing this character? A3. Because I love Anne, and after deciding that I wasn’t quite suited to a different pirate I used to write I decided to try my hand at her, and I’ve never looked back 

Q4.   what first attracted you to this character? A4. Her stubbornness, Her loyalty, her fighting talent, and of course the fact that she’s a complete and utter badass. 

Q5.   describe the biggest thing you dislike about your muse. A5.  I don’t really dislike much, I mean I wish she’d open up more but I can’t say I hate how closed she is either

Q6.   what do you have in common with your muse? A6.  Stubborn, Angry, Stabby, Have the best friends/crew anyone could ever ask for.

Q8.   what characters does your muse have interesting interactions with? A8.  So, so many. Jack and Max are the obvious two, but I also like the interactions between Anne and Charles, Anne and Teach, and Anne and Idelle. I’d be fascinated to see how she reacted to characters like Thomas too, that would have been interesting 

Q9.   what gives you the inspiration to write your muse? A9.  My black sails fam, Alestorm, Lordi, rewatching the show, pretty much everything at the minute
