Every Piece of Me
“Wow, I guess I assumed that Theo was some evil villainous chimera, but he just follows Liam around.” Nolan hums softly, side eyeing Mason with a small grin.
“Nolan, shush or I’ll kick you out of this truck.” Theo threatens, snarling at the sight of Mason and Corey snickering in the backseat.
He hasn’t a clue why he decided to cart then around to Liam’s college visit.
Oh that’s right, Liam asked so nicely. He even winked at the chimera in an almost flirtatious manner when Theo tried to argue about taking the whole day off to help him visit different schools that he might want to attend.
They’ve always had an interesting story and it’s never been easy, or anything resembling normal, but it’s their story.
Theo wouldn’t have it any other way.
The moment Liam pulled Theo out of the ground he has been forever grateful. Forever thankful he’s hasn’t been left to rot in an empty and forgotten hell that has been the theme of every nightmare he’s had since the moment Theo left it.
Being with Liam though, that’s the most horrifyingly funny and awe striking thing he’s ever had in his entire life. Theo’s not even technically with Liam, but there’s an unspoken and indescribable feeling between the both of them. It’s as if every single person falls away and every detail ceases to exist when they’re around each other.
Liam’s friends tease him about it relentlessly and sometimes when Theo’s feeling a little more friendly and happy to be around the others, he will joke around with them about their relationship. Theo will even wait until Liam turns bright red to see the way his deep blue eyes look against his rosy skin.
Theo’s accepted he’s lost some of his evil qualities and hard demeanor since he’s started hanging around Liam, but it’s too late to backtrack now. Especially when Liam’s always asking for a good morning text from Theo to notify the werewolf that he’s ready for Liam to barge into his room. Ready to drag him off on another chaotic adventure.
Call Theo soft or whatever, but he’s not going to stop driving Liam everywhere his heart desires because wherever Liam goes, Theo will follow .
“I don’t know.” Liam slides into the truck with his shoulders sagging and lets out a sigh of defeat.
“This is our third one. How many colleges are we going to reject and visit today?” Corey groans, shaking his head at Liam’s indecisiveness.
“I’m not technically rejecting them.” Liam argues, looking to Theo for help in pleading his case.
“Then what are doing Little Alpha?” Theo teases, a soft smile playing on his lips.
“I’m rejecting the idea of being too many miles from my friends.” Liam shrugs, his face becoming more serious.
“Us or Theo?” Mason deadpans.
Liam throws an empty water bottle in the back, missing Mason entirely and hitting Nolan in the face.
“My friends. Anyway, want to get food?” Liam asks, eyes lighting up with excitement at the thought of his hunger pains subsiding.
“Sure.” Theo agrees, not waiting for the rest of them to agree but already pulling onto the road.
Every piece of Liam is a mystery to Theo. The way he talks to him, smiles in his direction, as he argues with Theo about every possible thing that he can, but it’s all of the little things that keep the chimera from leaving behind the only person who’s ever made it worth while to stay.
That’s why Liam can take his time with where he wants to go, or what he wants to do because Theo isn’t going anywhere.
Every piece of himself will always be with Liam .

(Not so) Single Ladies
Lil something that came to mind
This could have been a lot better but my brain isn’t cooperating
Warnings: flirting, wedding. If I missed anything, let me know.
You were talking to some of your guests when you heard the first few notes of single ladies by Beyonce. You quickly wrapped up your conversation and told them you would chat some more later. Your eyes scanned the room, looking for your maid of honor, knowing she is doing the same thing. The two of you finally spotted each other and rushed to the dance floor. All your bridesmaids and single guests joined you two and danced along to the song. Even some of the married guests joined in just for fun. All of a sudden you’re picked up and carried off the dance floor by your husband. “Last time I checked, you’re not single and I did put a ring on it.” Cody says smirking and putting you down. “Sorry baby. It must have slipped my mind.” You tease “Ha. You’re lucky that we are in a room full of our friends and family because this would have went a lot differently otherwise.” “Sure sure. All talk from you.” You said with a flirty smile, kissed him and walked back to the dance floor. You know exactly what you were doing and didn’t plan to stop any time soon. “God I love her.” Cody thought to himself as he watched you walk away

Liam is numb. He tries to cling on to it, all too aware that whatever comes next will be so much worse. Maybe Theo was right about most people feeling one emotion at a time, but Liam isn’t so sure he was right about that being true for Liam. Not totally. Sometimes Liam thinks his problem really lies within the fact that his brain is fucked up in a way that makes him feel everything at once. Anger is just what tends to be dominant, pulsing through him at a near constant thrum that makes it easy for his temper to flare up at the first sign of something to spark it off.
Right now, numbness sounds appealing in comparison. Being angry takes energy, and after everything that’s just happened… maybe feeling empty isn’t so bad.
Is this what Theo thinks like when he’s trying to tamp his emotions down? Out of sight, out of mind?
Is this what he’s been trying to do when it comes to Liam? Push his feelings so far away it’s like they don’t even exist?
God. What a lonely way to live.

Stiles had been attacked but no one cared. Only Theo and Allison knew what had happened to him. Scott was a bad friend and a bad alpha, largely downplaying Stiles’s injuries, the pack therefore following suit.
A few people hovered around Stiles while he was in the hospital but Stiles zoned out. He knew Ally kept stopping by and that others did too but he couldn’t make himself really care too much. They didn’t really care about him. They were only there because he got hurt badly enough to end up in the hospital.
Theo would only show up when Stiles was asleep. It was a few days later when Stiles realized Theo was there because someone mentioned his name. Liam teased Stiles about Theo, all in good fun, but Stiles lashed out about it and told him to knock it the fuck off. After that, Liam stopped showing up and everyone stopped joking.
In the dead of night, Theo snuck in and ran his knuckles against a sleeping Stiles’s cheek. “Mine?”
Stiles healed but was constantly on edge. He didn’t tell everyone what happened and sadly no one in the pack realized it. Their bonds with Stiles had broken a long time ago and it hurt so bad he had passed out but that was how he knew he was done. Stiles had Ally and Theo. They were all he needed.
Finally Stiles ran into Theo and insisted they talk. Theo took Stiles to his apartment. It was there that Stiles found out about mates and that Theo was an alpha.
Theo turned Stiles, with his consent, and then surrendered his alpha spark. Theo spoke softly as he said, “I never wanted to be the alpha, Stiles. You are a natural born leader. I’ll follow you always, My Alpha.”

Steo Drabble #2
“Damn it, Theo. Just hang on, okay?” Stiles pleaded, his hands sliding against the chimera’s blood-soaked chest as he tried to compress the gaping wound in his side.
A weak chuckle answered him, pushing another wave of blood out of the hole. Stiles groaned, tears falling down his cheeks, falling to his boyfriend’s chest only to be swallowed by the gushing sea of red instantly. This was not okay. Not in the fucking least.
“Did I do good?” Theo asked, words airy and breathless for all the wrong reasons.
Stiles almost jumped when the chimera’s bloody hand squeezed his arm. It was weak, but the attempt was there, and that was all he cared about. The bastard was strong enough to snark and attempt reassuring gestures. He shifted, putting the full weight of his upper body on the wound, forcing a pained hiss from the man beneath him. His arms shook beneath his weight as he pressed down, leveraging all his hundred and sixty some pounds into the motion.
A noise somewhere between a snarl and choking back tears welled out of him as he glared at Theo, “Shut up, asshole. You’re not getting a thank you for trying to die, again. We talked about this whole martyrdom thing. I’m not into it, otherwise I’d be dating Scott instead.”
“Told you not to fall in love with me.”
Risking snarcasm being his final words to Theo paid off, a light smile parting his lips. Honestly, it was verging on gross, with the amount of blood spread across his teeth and the discoloration scattered over the too-pale-from-blood-loss skin, but all he saw was Theo. Beautiful, stupid, reckless, self-doomed to constant near death experiences Theo.
“And what did I say back?” Stiles asked, struggling to keep his face from twisting as his hands slipped again.
Theo’s eyes softened as his grip tightened, though his voice was weak, “Too late.”
Stiles nodded with his whole body, sending his tears flying. He had been ass over teacup for Theo since the first time he saw him. There was no stopping them from existing without wiping the chimera from the face of the planet and time, which admittedly was possible, thanks to the Wild Hunt, but even then Stiles would fight tooth and nail to get him back.
“That’s right, so shut up,” he said, bitting at his lip as he glanced down.
The gaping hole was smaller, overflowing with a steady a trickle as opposed to the torrent he’d originally been dealing with. A trip to the hospital was still likely, if only for a transfusion. There had to be half a body’s worth of blood around him. A relieved sigh nearly toppled him over.
“No dying,” Stiles said, dropping his forehead to Theo’s. “Not today, not tomorrow, not ever. You hear me?”
Theo shifted beneath him, hand coming to rest in the crook of Stiles’ neck, likely feeling the pulse. He knew his heartbeat was settling to the chimera, no matter how erratic or inconsistent it was at times, so he let him, despite the tackiness of the drying blood on his skin. Some things were just too gross to get used to, regardless of how often he came in contact with them.
“I’m a chimera, not a vampire,” Theo said, a little huff punctuating the words, telling Stiles he was smiling despite the dead pan tone.
“Don’t care, figure it out.” Stiles blindly flicked his arm.
“As you say, oh mighty human.”
The light laugh wheezing out of the man beneath him made Stiles’ head spin. It was a pitiful sound, so near to being broken and weaker than water’s alcohol content, not the kind of thing anyone in their right mind would fall in love with. But Stiles’ had no concept of what the right mind was. Not then and not even when he was ten. All he knew was that he loved the idiot excuse of a supernatural creature below him with every fiber of his being, and had since before he knew what the word really meant.
“Damn right.”

Bathe Me Deep In Your Glow
by honeyscape for @lucilucialu
“Well if you hate lacrosse so much, then why did you even join the team?”
Rather than quipping another comeback, Theo aimed his silence at Liam with a burning look, his scent unreadable but there was an intensity behind his gaze begging Liam to understand this.
“Theo?”
Something on the edge of desperation surged in his eyes, making Liam’s chest cave with his stubbornly soft plea.
“Don’t make me say it.”
- Or, it really shouldn’t have taken Liam this long to realize, “Oh… he loves me.”

~What did you want to be when you grew up?~
The innocuous question is written on the blackboard in yellow chalk. An easy starter question for the class to answer aloud after they came back from holiday break.
A veterinarian. A firefighter. A ninja.
All normal answers for children to have had.
The second question, written underneath the first and circled in pink chalk this time, is the actual assignment. College admissions will be a hurdle most in the senior class will face, and to prepare them the teacher wants them to dig deep. To really focus on the meaning of the topic.
~Who do you want to be now?~
While some rattle off with more job titles, a few actually understand the true question posed. Not what did they want to be, but who?
The only answer that comes to mind when it's his turn is: somebody.
He just wants to be a person.

Y/N: Are we all going to just ignore the fact that Derek and Peter just told us they're gonna kill Jackson?
Stiles: Hmmm, Jackson, never heard of em
Lydia: Let him die
Allison: Fuck that dick
Scott: GUYS!! NO BAD, WE'RE THE GOOD GUYS. REMEMBER?
Y/N: I don't really care to much for Jackson, but I'm not getting near Peter. Dude seems like the type to leave the tomato on his burger, what a walking red flag

From Now Until Eternity (Thiam)
“Fear haunts you and pain hates.”
The rain soaks through his hoodie, the material clinging to his skin, reminding him that this day is always dark and dreary. It’s never a day that brings any resemblance of calm or anything remotely close to sunshine.  This day is always in the back of his mind, always waiting to creep up on him again and further remind him of the past, the horror of what he’s done, and the reality of how dark today really is.
“I’ll find you”
It makes sense it would be raining today. That the day would be storming and it would go along with how Theo is feeling and his own emotional turmoil that has taken hold of him little by little.  A disturbance in his otherwise mundane life that he has now. It clings to him, never getting close enough to fully break him, but just enough to get into his head and stew at the back of his mind.
It haunts him, reminding him that he’s the problem, he’s the one that caused this and if anyone ever pays close enough attention to him and asks why he’s alone on certain days of the year, he will adamantly inform them that they’re mistaken. That can’t be Theo because Theo doesn’t feel, doesn’t hurt. Not like other people. He’d much rather lay in his own self pity today than have anyone around to sour his mood even more than it already is.
Theo shivers as another gust of wind hits his skin, forcing the hoodie to cling even tighter around him, fully soaked through with rain. He looks out across the bridge, at the raindrops pelting the water below, and it’s almost peaceful. If only it wasn’t ruined by a prior memory and haunted by thoughts of what once was. It has him wanting to laugh, wanting to cry at the realization of who he is, and who he was that is all tied up into his childhood.
He gets up painfully, his body still sore from sitting for so long in one position and the cold still making his teeth chatter. Theo almost has a fleeting thought of what it must have been like to freeze, but he quickly swallows. The pain is forced back down beneath the surface. He tucks it away for another time and another place. Tucks it away for some other version of him that can handle the monster he turned out to be.
There’s always a sense of dread in not knowing if things could be different, or if anything could be changed. He wonders if where he is right now would cease to exist? If different choices were made and if Theo had grown up more normal than he did, maybe he wouldn’t still be here. Maybe that’s the real problem. The uncertainty. The curiosity of wanting to explore a different path, a different way, something that he can quantify and try to at least come to terms with. Only he can’t.
I’ll find you
Theo makes the long walk back to his truck, still shivering as the wind continues to hit his body and the rain soaks him to the bone. He manages to stop his teeth from chattering but his body still aches from the rain. He can’t complain. It’s the least he deserves for all of this.
He reaches the truck and slides in, as his phone lights up, flashing Liam’s name across the screen.  Theo adjusts the heat and lets it fill the truck fully before answering the phone. Liam will call back. He never lets him get away with not answering for long and he smiles at the thought of Liam calling again.  It helps to lessen the pain in his chest from the cold, lessen the scattered memories replaying in his head, and the shivering that’s taken hold of him again.
The heat warms him, but only to a point, only enough to stop the ache in his throat just as his phone starts to vibrate again.
“Hello.” Theo answers, his voice sounding rough even to his own ears. He’s tired and hasn’t slept in a few days. Mix that with the cold and the terrible day that he’s having, he can’t bring himself to sound any better.
“Theo!! Everyone is sick or away, and Mason is with Corey checking out UCLA. Even though they already got in. I'm here by myself. “ Liam sighs dramatically and Theo sighs too.
“Okay. Thanks for the information.” He grunts. Theo takes his hoodie off, letting the wet clothing hit the floor and Theo pauses as Liam is silent on the other end of the line. Probably stewing at his comment, always wanting to get the last word in and argue with him.
“I’m saying it’s a cold night.” Liam tells Theo. Another shiver makes his way down his spine, and he nods in agreement.
“Can you come over?” Liam asks, growing quiet on the other end of the line. There is a silence that settles between them.  He’s never asked for Theo to come over because he’s never had to. Theo winds up at the Geyer household on most days and the days that he doesn’t make it over there, he is up listening to Liam over the phone.
“Why?” Theo turns the heat up higher, plugging his phone into the charger and starting the truck.
“I haven’t heard from you all day. I was worried.” Liam explains.
“Oh.” Theo whispers, almost not believing what he’s hearing. Someone is worried. Worried about him. His heart almost starts to beat faster at the thought. The thought of knowing Liam’s wondering about him, thinking about him when he’s not around, and something shatters. Soft and slow at first, but it shatters all the same.
“I..sorry.” He says hoarsely, closing his eyes at how he says the word sorry. At the hesitation in his voice from the unfamiliar word that feels strange coming from him, but this is Liam. He’s not anyone and he’s not someone he can ignore. Theo is sorry.
“It’s okay…just hurry up. I waited to eat this pizza because I figured you would come over while everyone is out of town. So, don’t make me eat this alone.” Liam says gently, almost teasing as Theo swallows down the lump in his throat, the aching that has engulfed him. Engulfed his mind and body.
Liam waited for him? He’s almost confused, partially touched, along with something else that he can’t put his finger on, but he speeds a little quicker down the highway.  He doesn’t want to keep Liam waiting any longer. Theo is also starving. He lost focus on eating since he had to get here in time before it rained, but that didn’t work out too well. Instead he ended up sitting in the rain anyway.
“Okay. I’ll be there soon.” Theo agrees and hangs up before he can change his mind. Before he can try to rationalize why he can’t be around anyone today, and why he has no energy to deal with anything or anyone. Except Liam.
Hold on and I’ll find you.
“Stay on the line with me?” Liam offers and Theo’s brain nearly short circuits at the softness in Liam’s tone, in the way he can hear him say his name, almost having him yearning to see his face.
“Sure, I’ll keep you safe.” Theo chuckles, still shivering but it’s not as distracting now.  Liam laughs, helping the drive pass quickly even with the short distance that it already is. Theo doesn’t mind driving. Not when he is going somewhere he likes to be, which isn’t a lot of places, but recently all the places he likes being at happen to have Liam at them too. He won’t unpack what that all means.
Somehow he finds his way to Liam’s house, even with his chatter about how he’s insulted that he can’t make cookies for Theo before he gets there, because everyone thinks he’s going to set the house on fire. Theo can only nod because all he hears is that Liam wants to make him cookies. Has anyone ever made him cookies? He’s pretty sure they haven’t.
Finally, finally he makes it to the Geyer house. The pain in his chest, all the pressure, finally subsides and the ache lessens somehow. He can breathe again. The soaked clothes he’s wearing, the tears that had stained his cheeks before, are on hold. Theo can move again, or he can at least be distracted for a while.
Theo walks up to the front porch and places his hand on the door handle, just as it opens.
“Hey….what…Theo.” Liam’s eyes widen, his eyes shining bright, but his face falls into a frown when he takes in the sight of the soaking wet chimera. Theo should have changed. Now he has to find a way to explain himself, but Liam doesn’t say another word. He ushers him in the house and into his living room.
Liam opens a small closet and takes out more blankets than Theo has seen in a while. Liam frantically throws them towards Theo, still frowning. Theo stands up but can barely get a word in while Liam runs up the stairs and slams drawers. The sound of him slamming things echo throughout the house.  Theo waits for Liam to come back, staring at the pizza on the table and Marvel movies strewn throughout the table.
Liam comes barreling back down the stairs and stops in front of Theo, barely taking a breath.
“Okay, I don’t know if this will work, but if it is a little short that’s okay. At least it’s warm.” Liam pants out, handing him some dry clothes. Theo doesn’t say a word, but takes the clothes and finds the nearest bathroom. He’s found it’s best to pick his battles with Liam. They fight and argue about a lot of things, but when Liam has his mind set on something it’s hard to dissuade him.
Theo quickly changes and heads out of the bathroom and sees Liam sprawled on the couch, with a slice of pizza in his hand and even more blankets beside him. He wonders how many blankets this house must have and shakes his head at Liam.
“I think this is enough little Alpha.” Theo sits beside Liam, placing the blanket over him and grabbing another blanket before Theo can stop him. Liam drapes a blanket over Theo’s shoulders, tightly wrapping it around him and his frown finally subsides.
“Today is cold.” Liam hums, leaning back on Theo’s shoulder.  The touch reaches its way down Theo’s spine, warming him to his core.
“I’ll keep you safe too.” Liam smiles, his soft blue eyes radiating warmth, tenderness, and something he has never been familiar with. Not until Liam.
“Yeah? From what?” Theo smirks at him, still trying to maintain his normal demeanor even in the midst of being this close to another person. His shoulders almost shake from the contact, making it too much and not enough at all. He wants to bolt, wants to stay, and both feelings pulling at him cause him to pull away.
Liam leans back, a little farther away now, but still remains sitting next to him. Theo takes a slice of pizza, taking a bite and trying to get rid of his hunger. Liam remains quiet, taking a slice for himself and holding up different movies for Theo to see. Theo doesn’t care too much about what they watch, but he does pick Spiderman. Something he doesn’t mind and when Liam’s eyes light up, he knows that he has chosen correctly.
Theo settles back on the couch again, gently brushing his shoulder against Liam’s, testing it out. Liam smiles, leaning back and watching the movie. Time seems to fade away as Theo gets lost in the movie, the warmth of the blankets, and Liam firmly leaning against him. The contact is settling the ache in his chest. Until it is no longer there.
“Theo?” Liam whispers, barely audible but it’s there.  He turns and looks at Liam, his face clouded with worry and it pains Theo to see Liam’s face filled with such anguish. He raises his eyebrows at him in question, wanting to settle Liam’s doubt, and trying to understand what he is feeling.
“You know I could have come with you right?” Liam tenses up beside him.
“What? Where?” Theo rolls his eyes, smiling back at Liam to ease his worry.
“I know what day it is. I remember. I remember most things about you. So I can keep you safe. So we can keep each other safe.” Liam presses into his side tighter, and his hand finds Theo’s. The gentleness of the touch on his hand eases his nerves.
“Will you stay?” Liam sits up, gently running his palms over Theo’s shoulders, and moving the blanket tighter around him.
“For how long?” Theo asks, almost unsure of what the impact will be depending on how he answers Liam.
“From now until…eternity.” Liam winks at him, a soft smile playing on his lips. “But we can start with tonight.”
Theo nods, his body warm, his hunger pains soothed, and tonight is fine. He can handle one night. Especially when Liam runs his fingers over his palm, and he can breath again.

So last night at 2am I had a thought for a blurb that I think would be a fun write. Problem is, I can’t get it into words. I know my writing is shit but would anyone be interested in it? If yes, I will seriously sit down and try to write it. If not, I’ll slowly work on it and post it whenever I finally finish it.

Stiles was an unmated and unclaimed Omega. Theo, an unmated and unclaimed Alpha, wanted him. Stiles decided Theo had to work for it. He devised a series of tests. Because truly even if he was hopelessly in love with the chimera there was no way that Theo would go through all the tasks. He just saw Stiles as a prize to be won but Stiles refused to let that happen. He didn’t know that Theo did in fact want Stiles and had wanted him for years.
First, Theo had to pick Stiles out of a shifter line up. Simple? Nope. In fact, Stiles expected the chimera to fail miserably, but not only did Theo not fail but he actually figured it out.
“Stiles?” Theo said as he knelt down in front of one of the foxes.
Stiles held in a yip of victory, smugly thinking he had won but then Theo spoke again. “How is that old oak tree treating you? Since you failed to make the lineup you so graciously put together for me.”
Stiles stared at Theo, a growl rumbling in his chest before turning tail and running. He ignored Theo’s amused chuckles behind him.
Whatever. Fine. That was only one victory and Stiles would blame it on his inaudible yip that Theo knew. The only other explanation was that Theo cared enough to know things about Stiles which did he say ew?! Yeah nope. Most assuredly wasn’t that.
Stiles scurried into a hiding spot and curled up. Stupid Stiles. So damn stupid but stubborn too. Theo would not win. To be honest either way Stiles won. Either Theo would lose and leave him alone for good or Stiles would win and have a mate that was smart, brave, and insanely sexy. So, eh what could go wrong?
