David Tennant beats Matt Smith to top best Doctor Who Christmas episode poll Fresh from their return for the 60th anniversary specials, David Tennant and Catherine Tate have been crowned the king and queen of Christmas.

With Doctor Who about to return for its first Christmas Day special since 2017, we took it upon ourselves to find out which episode fans think is the show's very best festive special.

Meanwhile, in the second round, it was just The Runaway Bride and A Christmas Carol which made it through, with the former going on to take the crown, with 53.4 per cent of the final vote, against the latter's 46.6 per cent.

This means that Donna Noble's first episode, The Runaway Bride, has been crowned the best ever Doctor Who festive special - hardly surprising given the duo's enduring popularity, as seen by their return for the 60th anniversary specials.

Transformation of the Day (Update): Dorothy lost 43 pounds by focusing on fitness. We have followed her journey since 2020. She has transformed with a mix of Peloton rides, weight training, and other tools.

My journey started on February 13th when I separated myself from friendships and anything that caused stress or was too distracting from my goals. This year, I have invested thousands on personal training, the peloton, and the semaglutide shots. However, the first half of the year was strictly personal training, weight training, and riding my bike. 

The second half of the year was weight training, but in the last few months, my workouts were strictly on the Peloton bike. That’s how most of the weight that was stubborn fell off even quicker. Get a Peloton with my referral code to save money. I no longer suffer from pre-diabetes, high cholesterol, or sleep apnea complications. I can sleep without the c pap machine! 

How did you change your eating habits? I used to eat out three times a day while living downtown and moved far, so now I eat anything I want in moderation.

How often do you work out? I work out six days a week for 45-65 minutes and use my Peloton bike.

What was your starting weight? What is your current weight? 

Starting weight: 235 pounds

Current weight: 192 pounds

What is your height? 5’6″

What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far? The longer you take to lose weight and the more you keep gaining it back, the more health complications you will encounter. 

What advice do you have for women who want to lose weight? You have to make yourself start the process with no turning back and no delays. It’s a mental thing. Do it alone bc a partner usually falls off.
