I had a dream last night that all the hermitcraft members made mini games again to welcome the empires members to the server.

And Ethos was called ‘Survive.’ He didn’t explain it at all and it was just a weird building that looked vaguely like a ufo and the only entrance was one piston door. It was revealed upon the first person entering that the pistons would lock in place so that only one person could enter at a time. It also was revealed that in entering the game the door would activate a ender pearl chamber and teleport Etho inside where he’d hunt the defenceless players for sport in an arena that looked kinda like amongus on the inside.

And of course Jimmy Solidarity was the first person to enter because he is doomed to be harassed by fate.

Yes, and what's causing the antisemitism? Is it the symbols being included in children's show? Nah. That's Good Stuff. That's enrichment! Education! Inclusion! That's Representation Done Right!

The problem is that there's a bunch of people out there cool with killing others who say "Ah-ah-ah! You can't be mad at me! See, I have a pass!" and hold up a blue and white flag with a star on it. Which means people who actually respect and treasure that star, along with human life, then have to say "Um, hey, no, indiscriminate killing is very, very wrong! In fact, killing itself is wrong!"

Let's make it simple:

^ Bad. VERY, VERY BAD.

Note that the gold star on blue doesn't do anything bad in my brain (especially because after the initial shock, I was prepared and I adjusted). The star itself isn't the issue! It's the very specific blue on white.

If you want me to take my argument further...THIS is what antisemitism looks like.

Thankfully, scrolling through the comments after that first ugly comment bit me in the face didn't show me any others, but...there's some antisemitism. Not "oh, wow, that innocent expression of religion in a kid's show reminded me that there's a genocide going on, and this time that flag is for the villains", but "THA EVIL JEWS WANT TO RULE THA WORLD! THEY WILL DESTROY HUMANITY!"

There are actual antisemites out there, and they're not going to use images from children's (SADLY, THEY WILL, I KNOW THEY WILL, SHUT UP) shows for propaganda, they're going to use stuff like this.

Anyway, keep it real! Remember that everyone's life is different, and that you matter!

Empires Pokemon Pt. 2 Pt.1 Empires Pokeballs ~~~~~~~~ As promised, Jimmy, Lizzie, and Joel.

Jimmy: Magikarp, Clodsire, Goodra, Lotad, Yanmega, Cranidos Magikarp? No! Magicod! He's Jimmy's first pokemon, from his past. His hat is based after him. He's in a waterproof Ancient Ball. Mire, Jimmy's Clodsire often gets stepped on because he looks like mud. Unsurprisingly, he's in a Muddy Ball. Slimeball, is a shiny Hisuian Goodra. Jimmy raised her from a Goomy. Gets slime everywhere even in her Slimy Ball. Lotad's name is Swampy, but Jimmy often calls him Orchid. Zero (0) thoughts, very hungry, in a Muddy Ball. Mudfly the Yanmega is the only one of the team (including Jimmy) with any braincells. She's in a Slimy Ball. Spruce is an ordinary hard-headed Cranidos. No one knows why Jimmy has a fossil pokemon in a Common Ball. Lizzie: Swampert, Lapras, Primarina, Dragonair, Dhelmise, Corsola Strawberry, sometimes Sir Strawberry, is Lizzie's first pokemon, as well as being her shiny. He's in a really old Ancient Ball. Lapras is called Sailor. Before Lizzie realized her true form, she rode across the water with him. He has a Prismarine Ball. Primarina's name only makes sense when spoken underwater, so Lizzie calls her Cake. She's in a Coral Ball. Diver the Dragonair hungers for violence. Lizzie finds this very funny but usually keeps him in his Elemental Ball. Lizzie named Soulship after the shipwreck she found her in. Said Delhmise is in a slightly glowing Prismarine Ball. While building her Palace, Lizzie got help from Prisma the Corsola to build the roof. Fittingly, she's in a Coral Ball.

Joel: Rhyhorn, Maractus, Claydol, Dundunsparce, Kricketune, Relicanth Joel's first pokemon is named after the Terracotta that the shiny Rhyhorn resembles. He's in a very fancy colored Regal Ball. Maractus is named Azeala. She's very cheerful and enjoys dancing, often to Joel's diss tracks.. She is also in a Regal Ball. Clone is a Claydol that started following Joel around one day. They are a help with building and are in a Clay Ball. Digger the Dudunsparce is a very lax pokemon who likes digging in specifically red sand and staying in his Clay Ball. The fact that Mezalea is fireproof is very useful for Mesa, Joel's Centiscorch, who refuses to stay in his Common Ball. Joel also has Relicanth. Channel was a gift from Lizzie about the time they got married and she's in a Prismarine Ball.

Notes: Both Jimmy and Lizzie's first pokemon are the ones they had before they went on land. The rest are post-memory wipe. Fun fact! Joel's Dudunsparce is the reason that he doesn't belive in Xornoth. Turns out, the demon and his Dusknoir don't remotely understand type match-ups and keep trying to use ghost moves, which Joel is also immune to for some reason. A Harry Potter fic cookie

Potions class. The same as usual. A bunch of 13 year olds, the interesting and unlucky mix of Slytherins and Gryffindors, trying to survive the lesson.

However, two bloody masterminds (please note the dry sand-dripping sarcasm), two Slytherins (this time not the trying hard and shy Neville), both very much not conscious enough to be brewing over a cauldron (the acquired bag of baked goodies was worth it!) end up with a very odd mix of Amortencia, instead of the required draught meant for 3rd years.

Of course the content spills over the nearby desks and people. Especially the people.

In the end it ends up halfway on Hermione, who gets a whiff and

in a fit of inhaling the odor of the classroom, trying to identify the supposed target her instincts are trying to locate, taking in the situation, her analytical mind honing in on the specific substances, and a certain haze washing over, this weird sensation of belonging and knowledge, she settles and... This is it.

Potions.

Oh the glory of Potions, these intricate brews and complex ingredient-interacting

"I'm going to be a Potionmistress," she declares.

Which in turn eggs on Draco, the supposed rival in Potions class, but also the whiffs are potent and as the desks neighbour on the other side it triggers something inside, that might have or not been there. And essentially terrifies in his botched Amortentia-haze mind.

"Hey! Can't you be more careful, watch it---!"

(it turns out the weird brew cross just amplifies feeling from within their own soul/mind/personality and focuses them on one specific randomly found aspect and adds to it. Thus:

Hermione - thirst for knowledge - potions

Draco - a sense for another's feelings - empathy)

A potionmistress-in-the-making Hermione

A sentimental and sensitive Draco

Later on, in another class Luna gets a chunk of it with other Ravenclaws (the bullies turn odder than expected) courtesy of the twins who get hyped to try out this method for pranks (as it turns out, as per usual eavesdropping, making that mix ain't that hard not as dangerous hence good door pranking), so Luna declares Snape her personal mentor and friend, which ain't that odd as it's the odd yet friendly Luna, but more the bravery for going up and saying it ( una - bravery - target of her new found: Snape)

Also usual Hogwarts shenanigans while the chaos continues

2 students, a Slytherin and a Ravenclaw first years try to make it into the Ravenclaw tower cause 1) friends gotta help each other in this freaky situation 2) if anything happens you can sleep with me in the dungeon, maybe they won't notice it, Professor Snape has been absent lately, some accident or smth, hey my friend is also there, she will help us.

They end up in Hufflepuff. Well, fuck. That didn't work, at least the carpets are nice and fluffy.

Btw these two are 16 as they both are from a different country and didn't get the memo, they are witches
