I can't stop thinking about how when Critias told Lysander that they'd have to get rid of Alcibiades, who was in persia, because just him being alive would give hope to the athenians and make them less likely to peacefully accept the oligarchy/spartans, Lysander was like nahhhhh let him be. And only when a message came from actual sparta with orders to kill Alcibiades, Lysander was forced to go tell Pharnabazus to take care of it.

Like idk I like to think Lysander lowkey liked Alcibiades or had some respect for him from porbably having met him in sparta and then having fought against him etc.

there's something so poetic about klaus and caroline always seeking each other's help knowing that the other won't hesitate to do whatever they need.

like this one time in TVD s7 when caroline went to NOLA searching for klaus to help her protect her babies, even though she haven't spoke to him in three years, but she just knew that he would have done anything to keep her and her daughters safe.

same thing in TO s5 when klaus went to mystic falls, begging her to help him save hope, and we all know how caroline feels about involving the twins in risky situations, at least not for everybody, but she allowed them to help, saying that its the right thing to do.

its not even about love but the trust they put in each other.
