Fun fact: in 2021 I would pick rare-pairs/background characters and make up stories about them that aligned just enough with the canon events, but those stories were always gay x bi(or optionally comphet) teen childhood best friends who always had a kind of unspoken queer coded friendship thing but then the bi one got in a straight relationship which surprised and hurt the gay one, making him think it was always one-sided and he was stupid for believing otherwise, then as a result of the new relationship, angst ensued, eventually leading to a fight/confession/get together
