The reason fiona was so hard on lip with school, why she told him 'school or leave' isn't because she wants lip to be some kinda golden goose for them.

Fiona in her was 'gifted', and she had that taken away from her. She never had the opportunities. She's doesn't want lip to have to give it up, too. She knows firsthand how hard that is to be forced into becoming wasted potential just because of ur home situation.

I'm sure a part of her wanted to live through lip in a way. Like him doing good would somehow make up for her failure. BUT THIS IS FIONA WE ARE TALKING ABOUT. How can people really think her main reasoning was anything other than her wanting the best for him.

Ok. Real question. How many people Actually have believed in Santa? Bc I never did, mostly bc my dad never bothered with the entire pretense, so the whole concept is just. Really fucking strange to me
