Reading Amane's T1 interrogation questions again and the answers to Q3 and Q17 are really interesting when taken as a pair.
Q3:
Q: If you were allowed to do anything, what would you want to do? A: Nothing really. I am not lacking anything.
Q17:
Q: What would you do if the world ends tomorrow? If everything ends? A: Then, I might do all sorts of things I have never done before.
There similar questions when you get to there core, there both asking what she would do if put in a situation where consequences won't really matter.
I wonder why her answer changes like this, is it because the world is ending?
Q3 has the anxiety of that stopping one day, that she'll Eventually experience consequences for her actions. While Q17 has a defined conclusion, that being the world ending, and no one can hurt you if everyone is dead after all.
Someone should ask her what she would do if she was the last person on earth, I'm pretty sure that would get an interesting reaction.

gotta start writing the readers as smooth as shit. we always have flustered readers, what about the readers that flirt back? the readers who turn their bbygirls into a stuttering mess? I need to fix this soon...

obsessed with characters that are incapable of death that should have died a long time ago. maybe they've even died once or twice or more than that already, but not fully. not the right sort of death. so they inhabit the world of the living like an outsider to this unspoken-but-ever-present finality of movement regarded with both fear and veneration as this cosmic rest of all toiling things, but never for them.
i wonder if that lonesome feeling is better or worse than the end of all that awaits them. when there are no stars left to shine and no wind to carry along a voice, even one they hated. when the birds have ceased to sing to a sun that only exists in their memory. when they truly, really, realize that they have been left behind.

in mainstream society, all feminists are treated as hysterical women. however, it is often progressive circles that assign the Crone stereotype to radical feminists, despite the hypocrisy of doing so. radical feminists are hysterical, yes, but they are also old, ugly, and obsessive dykes scorned by a man and projecting their rage onto others. radical feminists cause debate because they are disagreeable, so they are unwanted in many progressive social circles, and in the eyes of many progressives undeserving of the rights that they have. this is an interesting hypocrisy i think we see played out a lot on both social media and real life.
i was originally going to add white to the list, because progressives find it easier to criticise white people, but immediately i was reminded of the amount of black, brown, indigenous, and asian women who are silenced or even condescended to by progressive circles. progressives stop thinking their racist if a racial or ethnic minority don't think the same way they do. the same applies to homosexuals.
i don't know why i typed this out. i was just thinking about this. i think it's because old, ugly, and the mentally ill (or those deemed hysterical) are easy targets for society despite social change.

There's a lot to how the saviors and victims of milgram operate...I think a lot of it involves how Easy and Convenient something is. Shidou spins Convenient Narratives, Kotoko and Fuuta take the easiest path. The path of Least Resistance, they can talk all about contributing to society and changing the world but they Fail cause they give up halfway and instead do what they think is the Easiest. (See: Kotoko dropping out of law)
Interestingly Fuuta and John both seem to have decided to Stop taking that convenient route. They both acknowledge how that they did Something Wrong, and instead of stubbornly sticking to it they've actually thought about it. Though admittedly its under extreme duress.
(Shidou isnt included with them cause of how he treats children and also he hasnt stopped his eternity seeking or reconsidered his Very Normal views on usefulness)

I wish butch n femme balls existed. Not to b a fucking sap n a massive dyke but wow. Ugh even. Just wanna wear a gown n stilettos n have my honey greet me w a bouquet before we leave n we wear matching or complimentary jewelry n spend hours on my hair and makeup to impress. N then when we get there my honey will spin me around the room for a brief dance before grabbing something to drink, wine for me n whiskey for her, as we chat w other dykes n celebrate butchfemmeness. Or whatever
