Louis has been the leading character so far, and on season 3 we know it will be Lestat (but I'm assuming Louis will be #2 and have a lot of screen time too anyway), so the focus doesn't seem to be fixed on just one character... Do you think there will be seasons where Armand and Daniel will get the center stage as well? Or do you think they'll only switch between Louis and Lestat since they're the protagonists and main love story of the show? I'm personally good with either option, I'm just curious thinking about it.

I thinknthe show will be anchored to the big four, Louis, Lestat, Daniel and Armand.

It opens up all character connections and I think it’s very clever thy do so :)

Every time I mention that I like to cosplay, and sew and make the props, the response is almost always "your so good, you should sell that stuff"

Firstly, it looks good in photos but I can promise my sewing skills are not at that level. I am fine with misalined seams and weird panel placements bc it is my creation and I'm proud of it. And I'm still learning how to sew, and to foamcraft and to do whatever else I need to learn to try and make something as authentic looking as possible.

Second, It took me weeks working around my full time job to make a Harley Quinn Mallet. I personalized it based on a few of the designs available by mashung them together. And I was experimenting with the construction process and was lucky it worked. It also used materials I scrounged up from around my house. I couldn't replicate it exactly if I tried.

Finally, why should I? It makes me sad that when people hear you have a hobby they jump to "how can I make money from this". Hobbies are supposed to be for fun and relaxation. And one of the reasons we are so tired and burnt out as a society is because we don't have hobbies we have "side hustles". No fun, just money. And I get it. I work full time, make more then minimum wage and still can't afford to move out of my parents place. I also recognize that it is a privilege to have the time and space to do something strictly for fun. I manage my budget to reflect the things I want to do for fun but most of my income is spent on repaying my student loans and the room and board I pay my parents. Maybe the extra income from monitizing my hobby would be nice but not at the expense of my mental health. Also, I truly think all my crratons would be wildly expensive (bc of time and materials) and also hard to ship (i wouldn't have the foggiest idea how to ship a giant foam mallet to someone across the world lol) so really I thinknthe time spent laying out a business plan and making stock wouldn't pay off. Online business of handmade stuff isn't easy. My mom has worked for years to build her brand and product and she works on it like every night, and it still isn't her sole source of income.

So yeah...just my little rant

I was telling my dad about ao3 and he asked "But why would anyone do it if they're not being paid?" And that genuinely makes me so sad. The fact that the majority of people are told things are only worth doing if there is financial gain in it. Oh you're an artist? Artists don't make any money.

Sometimes the point isn't money. Sometimes it's just to create.

this is like the only place i can vent my frustration because i feel bad vagueing on main since i have no personal involvement in the tf2heritageposts sitch but i'm sincerely so sorry that cheavy treated your friend that way. it's terrible to see someone who treats their friends like this and gets away with everything, somehow. i honestly do thinknthe best think they could've done was step back from the internet for a while, but instead of that they opted to tell a weird and convoluted lie AGAIN to keep posting, when they could've learned something instead

baby bump went on hiatus after chapter 13 or 14 so i'm still expecting a hiatus soon, especially since laws of attraction started and they're supposed to be dropping a very scandalous proposal for non vips soon too

mayhaps they certainly put books on hiatus WAY more frequently than they used to but i think they will only put it on hiatus if they have to rewrite the ending or the book lead takes some time off

Getting my CT scan.. They drew blood for some reason. It was just to check my creatinine. My kidney. I dunno why, I thought they were checking my bowels with the CT and all. I dont thinknthe CT is because of my back pain. But who knows.

This is what it was when I went to the ER for my bloatyness and they decided I was in lactic acidosis and needed fluids. And my nephrologist said I was just in straight up kidney failure.

This is today

I mean, if my kidneys were that damaged I wouldnt think it'd be so low.

Also in my after visit summary it lists my blood pressure from ER day, and under that it lists my A1C as 7.

I'VE BEEN STUCK SUPER HIGH AT LIKE 9 OR 10 SINCE WHEN TF IS IT 7?

In other news, the niece's bff's birthday is today. We're making her a cake.

Poor momma. Haven't heard anything about the baby other than they're keeping her for a few days just to make sure her burn doesn't suddenly worsen. 🙁 they keepin' her comfy though.

I have a asd screening tomorrow and am terrified, any advice?

I thinknthe most important thing to knownis that the whole "What if I'm faking it?" thing autistic people often go through during these is an extremely common thing that makes us anxious, but it's never true (if we were faking it, we wouldn't even need to question ourselves)

Another thing to remember is that the chances are more likely that they will see you're autistic :) even if you worry you don't appear "autistic enough", there's a very good chance they'll see it
