Whichever it is, I'm going to go out on a limb and guess collector naming conventions have an astral theme. You know, Moon, Pulsar, Asteroids, that sort of thing.

The Charmer: Well, since you're so determined to know, then I will just tell you why we don't tell you our names. It's because they are in our native language and you wouldn't be able to pronounce it. We speak two languages. One is the language we've been using to speak to all of you, it is instantly understandable to you no matter your own first language, it can even be heard in the vacuum of space, but so can our main language. This language is a spell of sorts, when we speak it, it is understood, and all those that hear it can then understand others who've heard it spoken.

The Cartographer: In our first language anything we might say is entirely incomprehensible to you. Your mind actively rejects it when you hear it spoken. I'll prove it.

They begin to speak, and you cannot tell what is being said, their lips move but your mind forgets the shapes they become. You try to concentrate on the sound but once the word is no longer being spoken you can only recall a melody or music, but that soon leaves you as well, like sand slipping between your fingers.

Heard someone say that liking books that are commonly assigned in high school suggests you probably haven't read a book since high school and I'm so mad. I study English literature at university and therefore read all the time, but my favourite book is still Lord of the Flies and has been since I was 13 years old.

People are often introduced to these books in high school but that doesn't mean they're bad or lack academic value. Academics who have been in the field for decades are still thinking and writing about these books. Even books that are literally written for children can be worth studying. And even if they aren't who cares? Some people just like certain books because they make them happy, and that is in no way an indicator of their general intelligence or education level.

I just hate the logic that you're somehow lesser because you were introduced to a book at a younger age and fell in love with it. People seriously need to stop bashing other people for liking things.
