I love it when people are excited about things.
Please, be unabashedly passionate about your weird (affectionate) little hobbies and blorbos.
I would love to hear about the tragic fate of an unnamed NPC in a game I've never played, because you will tell it to me in a way like no other, with so much striking detail that you'll find me on the wiki later.
(I have played games because they were described to me thus)
Btw long rambling lore rants are just as much creative endeavors as fanfic and fanart. Where do you think we get some of our inspirations? Passionate lore curators like you!

hey man. if youre complaining about the actors in the borderlands movie being "too old" for the roles. i wanna remind you that in the trailer alone, for a bl1 based movie, hyperion is branded yellow and white instead of red and black, tina is the same age shes supposed to be in 2, krieg has escaped hyperion when jack isnt even supposed to be ruling yet, and fuckin. mouthpiece from bl3 was there. just off the top of my head. i could find more lore inconsistencies if i tried
frankly i think the only issue with the casting is how many of them are zionists and the fact that theyre trying to make roland a comedic character played by kevin hart when hes supposed to be the straight man. like. come on. roland is the only even slightly normal one out of the first games vault hunters (i really dont care that much at the end of the day, thats just my main gripe besides the zionism)

maybe the best gift that someone who hurt you on a deep, irreparable level can give is to never fucking talk to you again

Social media rlly needs to invent a button that lets you post smth purely anonymously. Not so you can be mean or anything but so you can say the thing you're thinking and see how people react without repercussion but still being able to see if you'd be accepted for saying that

ough i need to actually like work on my OC askblog but im kinda rethinking my main oc's design? i love it sm but idk,,, can i get some feedback? personally i love his goofy appearance (he is MEANT to look very friendly/silly and bright, part of his backstory) but i worry some parts of it are too much (like his little bulbous antenna on his ears, or the mismatched colors *everywhere*)
some notes: the one on the left is more recent, but the colors are a bit less accurate (the face is more correct but the body's accent colors are mismatched like on the right. i cant decide whether i want him to have colored paws, im thinking i might go with the grey...)
i put a lot of thought into the more robotic and 'helpful' aspects of his design like the speaker ears he has that can project audio, and his tail, which lights up like a flashlight. his 'eyes' are on metal squares that can turn right, left, up, or down to make emotional expressions, etc.) some of his features are directly tied to his backstory, as he was created to be 'the perfect friend' by a corrupt genius, so he has physical traits to match, ie as the genius saw it, useful traits. Why have a friend hold your flashlight when he could BE the flashlight?
idk i love him he is my silly robocritter but i do sometimes worry he is TOO goofy looking
ok to rb!! (but id prefer replies)

I think it is incredibly depressing to design certain parts of a game specifically around people who play the game for money. It just makes part of the game feel like a marketing stunt rather than something that is supposed to be played and enjoyed.
