nothing to me will ever be more iconic than my beloved mutual managing to get me so invested in a (rarepair) ship for a media i had no previous interaction with that i was actively making my own headcanons abt their potential relationship dynamic and making song associations and engaging in others’ brainrot for months before i ever even considered getting in to said media. and now a year later i’m finally writing fic for them but still know next to nothing abt what they’re like in canon cause i still haven’t made it to that part of the story, the memories of the shared delusion are genuinely the only thing keeping me going.

slay the savior might be over but now that it is i feel like i can probably share some of the routes i thought about that didnt make it in!

if you let the sacrifice struggle with their restraints, all his fussing will eventually lose him his head! if you go to leave without the head, youll be thrown out the other side into Chapter III: The Prop. the prop is a puppet restrained by strings. he does not speak, far too wrapped up in their role to bother deviating. the additional voice in this route is the voice of the restless.

if you allow the varmint to consume you, you find yourself in Chapter III: The Chase. the chases domain is that of high walls and open space. it isnt long before they gnaw their way to freedom and force you to flee. turning around to fight wont save you, much to the dismay of the additional voice you gain on this route — the voice of the dogged.

if you do not turn around at the end of muse, you walk out into Chapter IV: The Muse. if you still refuse, you open your eyes to Chapter V: The Muse. you do it again. and again and again and again until you have no option but to turn around and see them. theres really no such thing as a happy ending for the two of you. you gain no new voices. nothing changes but your own desperation and the saviors pleas to just end this already.

okay, first thing is gonna be a sound thing. i absolutely LOVE the beeping sound uzi's visor makes in this part. i really like sounds.

cant get a good screenshot of the movement cus.. yknow. duh. movement. but the way alice moves from there to the ground to where v is so. idk. fluid. its so fun to look at i really like it

another thing i cant capture properly because, duh, movement! but the way the red sentinel kind of dips down here? i dont know why it did that but it slayed. and id like you all to ignore the fact that my nyan cat youtube bar got caught in the screenshot

the sound effect that plays here when "tessa" cuts herself with the sword. i dunno. its just a really satisfying sound to me thats all

another thing about sound effects really close to the last one but. the sorta crunching noises that uzis hand being contorted here make. im normal about sounds i promise. ok on to episode 7

the lighting here. on nori. insane. im not normal. as mentioned before with n i love this kind of harsh lighting especially with the drones it just looks so visually appealing

Ok so PWT stuff. Starting with desolation we ummm kinda only know 8 alive gym leaders LOL. so the 8 from there would likely be Connor/Aderyn/Emily/Rosetta/Aaron/Garret/Reeve/Ava. Now there is Also a dragon leader mentioned too, so it's definitely likely for that one considering dragon typing's notoriety; however as we only have connection to 8 gym leaders (that are still kicking) at all in deso, it's safe to assume for now that those 8 would be the ones invited.

For rejuv? Im willing to go Venam/Narcissa/Valarie/Amber/Lavender/Talon/Saki/Kreiss for my picks. Just based on situation; though theoretically if this is in a true tl where all is peaceful then it shouldnt really matter. Regardless, Venam/Amber/Saki is a Do Not Separate kind of situation. They're all pt notorious in their own way lol and def more willing to be in front of the crowd. Narcissa and Valarie are performers too, and would be slay to see. Talon because of his sheer popularity despite not actually being ingame yet lol (thus my actual reasoning is also behind bars; but there is one.). Kreiss because I Said So. If not Kreiss, then Erick or Florin tbh. Valarie Could Also be swapped out for Florin or Adam. It kinda depends, but yuh.

yknow considering [gestures at myself and everything ive had going on for the past year] this is gonna be a pretty comical statement but if you asked me what my top 5 favorite video games are idk if id even think to consider kingdom hearts.

like. i fully expected when i started hyperfixing on kh that i was never gonna play the games. and then when i did i didnt enjoy most of them. i did actively enjoy kh3, but mostly because it was the easiest one with the most modern gameplay, and even then

like...what would my top 5 games be. slay the spire, hades, tears of the kingdom, sims 4, binding of isaac? maybe swap one of those out for Civ V, stardew valley, mario odyssey, minecraft? like, i like game ass games. games where the devs set out to create a specific gameplay experience, and usually one you can sink a LOT of time into, with other elements mostly existing to serve that experience.

kingdom hearts has always felt story- and emotionality-driven first and foremost. its a soap opera to me. theres absolutely nothing wrong with that, like, clearly theyve gotten their claws in me, but ive spent vastly more time thinking about them than playing them, which isnt usually the way i prefer to engage with video games.

personally I think its a good thing to heal/grow thru sex like I was in the v early stages of ED recovery and discovering my sexuality when I began having sex and it was really helpful to actually feel desired by someone I thought was sexy lol. I think the way the sex positivity movement when we were teens went the other way and made it seem like we should be ~empowered~ by doing cishet porn stuff instead of becoming more in touch w our bodies by experiences w other ppl.
