We screech and we laugh and we make gifs. But have you considered how utterly excruciating it is to realise that the one person you trusted to have your back, doesn't? That in the end, for whatever reason, they did not choose you?
If they ever want to be together, an apology dance is so far from being enough it's heartbreaking. Somehow, they need to process their emotions. They need to re-establish a trust that's been broken. They need to convince one another that, given another choice, they would put Us first.

You can understand the simultaneous facts that it is an issue Thomas hasn't posted a sanders sides episode for 2 years despite promising higher production (full team, patreon writers) AND that since said promises, hes gone through health issues and personal issues. Plus whatever global issues in general that have been going on.
Not to mention there has been several other projects Thomas has been incredibly passionate about (roleslaying with roman, my roomate is hades, music production, skits, videos with friends, etc.)
Thomas is a person. Thomas can be held accountable for delayed content and be treated with the same empathy anyone deserves in these circumstances. At the same time!!!!! Crazy right
Life is unpredictable.
I don't know, just my thoughts on the apparent discourse that's going on

my controversial opinion is that you can't rely on outside media sources or base substantial theories on anything exclusive from outside of the main tv show.
(other than just for fun! I'm talking about reality.)
details with any impactful significance to the plot and characters are gonna be in the tv show. the television show has to exist as a self-contained piece of media. i know this isn't what dedicated super fans want to hear, but the TV show is the main vehicle and it has to contain the full picture / stand alone for the general watcher who is just tuning in for the show and the show only. the show can be deeeeeply detailed and twisty and fulfilling, but important, pertinent information cannot appear in anything outside the show w plot relevance and not be explored within the show itself. everything probably connects and is on theme, but all the different media also stand alone as well. it just was never intended to be a multimedia, inter-connected franchise from the beginning. everything else can enhance the show, but just keep in mind stuff from plays or video games or comics or books or social media marketing might contradict the tv show or never appear in the show!

Now that I'm thinking of the wonderful world of British Reality TV, Total Drama Love Island spinoff AU called "Total Drama Presents: Loathe Island", where they take pre-established canon couples who didn't work out and shove them on an island for drama purposes.
