I got sick and didnt feel like watching dsmp so I just watched a bunch of random movies I found on my german piracy site of choice for almost a week but now Im better and Im about to watch Eryns origin story and idk man, I just felt like sharing my thoughts about that guy so far

First of all, Im so curious about this concept of any dsmp character having an origin story bc its like. their origin story is that they showed up. thats it. Like yeah, a lot of people very obviously have histories going back to before they showed up on the smp but theyre never really elaborated upon. Niki and Wilbur would kill for eachother with no hesitation, no explaination needed, stuff like that

Also, Im curious about some of the demon lore we'll potentially get bc like, demons arent a thing in minecraft the way slimes or endermen are but Eryn said he is one and also actually confirmed that BBH is one as well (I think he did anyway, I know its been popular fanon for a while but I dont remember it being brought up in canon before he said it), so Im curious how theyre gonna be integrated. My prediction is that theyre basically just gonna be like, the nether-equivalent of humans. Like, in the overworld the humans (or player characters ig) are the only sapient creatures and in the nether its demons.

But thats general lore stuff, now I wanna talk about my guy Eryn !!!! :D

I like him so much and idek why. Hes just a fun guy a fun lil guy I love him :D

I guess the best way to describe it would be like, Im very charmed by him. I love that hes like, this edgy-lookin ninja guy who likes to cause trouble, hes really the chaotic teenage boy this server has been missing ever since every other teenage boy has either been horrifically traumatized or is Purpled. I also like that, despite him being this chaotic teen boy who does what he wants, he seems to very sincerely admire Eret and listens to them for some reason ?? I say 'for some reason' because Eret has kinda been old news for a long time, like the fact that theyre a king doesnt mean anything because actual governments just kinda stopped mattering to everyone except for Wilbur and Quackity, but that honestly just makes it more charming. Eryn and Erets entire dynamic is just so good idk why, but its so comfy and chill in a way where you can tell theyre still just aquaintances but its still so nice yknow. This kinda ties into my previous point as well, I really like how he put a shit ton of effort into getting good knight armor and honestly really wants to be a knight while also demonstrating that hes willing and able to like, steal shit from the prison

Another thing that I find really interesting is his complete and utter lack of connection or interaction with Dream. Like, he arrived after Dream had long been in prison and while he left an undeniable impact on literally everything in the server, no one really. talked about it? Eryn seemingly had to go out of his way to get any kind of information because when Dream was still locked up everyone was all like "welp, the big badscary villain man is gone, and we're all safe so we dont have to worry about him anymore and we'd rather not talk or think about him lest we spoil everyones good mood" and then when he escaped they were all like "oh no, we're already feeling so anxious and bad bc we dont know where he is so we'd rather not talk about him lest we make everyone feel even worse when everything is already so terrible". His mindset is that Dream hasnt harmed him personally and hes never really interacted with him so he doesnt really have an opinion on him, which is very interesting as well. On one hand, it seems a bit naive to think that way when literally everyone keeps telling him how horrible that guy is, but also, while none of the conflicts on the dream smp have ever been caused by mob mentality, they have certainly been exercabated by it, so i guess its better to have less of it

I do have mixed feelings about that though. I feel like I'd need to see Eryn interact with Dream in order to really form an opinion on that and I feel like they might actually do that. Like, Eryn is Tommys friend and I think if Dream somehow found out that he doesnt have any negative feelings towards him on the basis of "he hasnt harmed me personally", he would definitely try to exploit that and I think that could be really interesting. If that doesnt happen in canon I might write an AU about it, probably not straight up villain!Eryn but maybe leaning more towards chaotic neutral idk

tsukki's #1 reason for needing to have feelings are these scorpios right here

while yamaguchi is soft baby boy scorpio kuroo is basically daddy scorpio

if you constantly wonder why seeing him makes your mouth water its because of his intense energy

he is SUPER persuasive. very few people would say no to him 

calm, cool, and collected most of the time but get’s ticked off by people who know how to get under his skin

but this guy will hold grudges for years to the point that he vividly remembers how people wronged him

can probably read people like the palm of his hand 

the kinds of people he's attracted to are the ones who are super direct and honest 

also ones that kind of give him a challenge? if u know what i mean ;)

no one is clingier than he is. will literally whine and crawl into people's laps for attention 

he doesn’t look like he cries a lot but he cries on the inside while ‘liability’ by lorde is playing

someone tell him to stop wearing black because it’s Too Much

in conclusion: i think at this point its pretty clear that i ship with tsukishima for legal reasons

kenma - libra 

ohhh boy another libra

just thinking about libras makes me tired

but i find that in terms of personality he's pretty similar with tsukishima which is why i think they'd also be really great friends

kenma likes having things to fixate on and his mind is very active which is why he loves playing games so much

he prefers it when things have a formula or a pattern for him to follow so it would be easier for him to make decisions

he prefers not to rock the boat and let things be 

at the same time he's a very sharp thinker and like our other libras, whatever he says he truly believes in

and since he's very logical and observant, others would believe in what he says

he's motivational in his own way

the kind of person who thinks off good comebacks after an argument is over

blows on game cartridges even though he knows he’s Not Supposed To

although he's more introverted, he's very talkative around people he likes

in conclusion: tsukishima and kenma have a groupchat where they roast tf out of kuroo

yakulev - (leo × scorpio)

angeri boi duo 

both of them bicker constantly and since they have very strong personalities the bickering jus never ends

except for when either lev accidentally compliments yaku or when yaku gets lowkey attracted by how intense lev looks

lev is super fucking clingy and yaku will be a complete tsundere about how much he likes the attention

both of them are hella blunt and honest so no need to beat around the bush 

yaku is hella competitive and will pick fights for the sake of picking fights

at the same time he's extremely tenacious and will stop at nothing to win

he's also very self-conscious of how others see him except for his height since lev mentions it constantly that at this point yaku doesnt give a fuck about it anymore

lev on the other hand is also very competitive but its more of the 'i wanna score a shit ton of points all by myself'

like he doesn't compete against a person directly but he likes achieving a lot of things on his own

unlike yaku, he could care less about what people think of him 

both of them are pillow huggers and neither of them like to talk about That One Time they ended up cuddling each other in their sleep during a training camp

but kuroo has pictures of it on his phone

in conclusion: tbh fire and water sign couples are really intense and i want more yakulev hc's

bokuto - virgo 

okay so my theory is that his moon sign or rising is sagittarius so his virgo-ness isn't as apparent

but some of those virgo traits do shine through

for example his moodines when he's not able to get his spikes through are because he's very conscious of how he performs

he loves being recognized for his achievements 

at the same time he's either really proud of himself or questioning it

he's very stubborn but also very clear-headed when it comes to his goals

i. so . Hiatus .

i know. i know . i probably mentioned it when i made the announcement post, but my mental health likes to go on one of those rides. yknow the ones where you go like up rlly fast then down maybe and then up then DOWN .... its like that. i needed a break and every time i wanted to come back or thought about it, something would happen and i would get stuck in my own head.

a big reason for getting stuck in my head was (and i hate to admit this ... i hate to admit that i have Insecurities On The Internet) my feelings of inadequacy regarding my writing. i love to plot fics, i love concepts and characters and making little headcanons but i dont ... know if i love writing rn. and i thought for the longest time that like . whatever ill just push thru it its fine ill be fine but it kinda wasnt lmao you can kinda see it in my halloween reqs and what become of them when i get to that but i began to feel like nothing i had put out or would put out would hold up prose wise (and normally i dont feel like this im much more “idc its my life im living it” but thats not a rant for tumblr LMAO). i still feel like that -- like im better as a reader than a writer. but . You Know :-)

when i left, i was in a steadily decreasing mental and emotional state, made worse by a situation at work that really was a case of petty jealousy on my end and rlly isnt very consequential now despite how much pain and resentment it gave me when it Was a problem so i wont get into it. the tl;dr of november and december was me using work as an crutch and distraction -- i know my job, i do it well, it helped me not think about my responsibilities and obligations and inadequacies. of course, as the holiday season grew busier n busier i was scheduled so often that i moved 88 or so miles (according to my apple watch, which i ONLY wear at work since im never anywhere else outside my house) and fell into a cycle of showering n sleeping at my house before going back the next day. (theres definitely something to be said abt capitalism and “grind culture” here but once again its not the time or place snsjkdfds)

at the turn of the new year, i happened to remember a birthday card i hadnt filed away for safekeeping from a friend of mine that id been horribly out of touch with til that point. i started crying because i realized how out of touch id been in general up until that point. the month of january was great for me: i was focused, happy, and in a much better place than i had been before. the end of it brought me down focus wise and im hoping that enough time away from my distractions will refocus me bc i ... need it LMAO and though ive burned out from that level of productivity and gotten distracted again im ... trying to stay positive which i think is the most i can do 😁👍🏼

media wise, i got real into stardew valley (but burned out bc i played it extensively as a way to wind down after work), the pokemon platinum romhack renegade platinum (still havent finished it bc of school n i played it w the intent to see if i could nuzlocke it ... bitch its so hard but its so fun bc of it), briefly assassins creed: odyssey (im one of those ppl who completes an entire region before i move to the next so you can tell i burned out of that one + wouldnt have the time to properly devote to it even if i didnt), got back into genshin impact after pulling for xiao (after not touching it for like . months), and danganronpa. yes . danganronpa 😐 i Know. i stopped playing it after the second trial of the first game bc i was so hurt by the outcome and picked it up in late january only to get sucked in (thank god i had the foresight to buy the second and third games during the steam winter sale). rn im at the start of chapter 4 if anyone wants to come in my asks and um . talk to me abt danganronpa

iii. you realize halloween was three months ago right

i mentioned this in the first section, but i love to plot things. every request is plotted or at least has a solid foundation. i had fun detailing what concept i wanted to go with considering what i was given, and there were some bangers i might touch up in the future. but heres whats going to happen to the requests themselves:

there are two finished requests. one will be posted tomorrow and the other will be touched up (just bc i finished it doesnt mean its good 🧍‍♂️) and scheduled for next saturday. as for the ones i never got around to ...

i will not be finishing those requests. i hate to be That Person, but i feel like we all expected this 🧍‍♂️ what i will do is post all of my notes for each request in batches -- requests that have an @ to go with them will be mentioned in the post proper, but anon asks will be pictured. (there are some asks that came from blogs who are now deactivated but i wrote down all the prompts and remember most of those askers so ill cross that bridge when i get there) there will most likely be an excerpt or two simply bc i think i mightve written a few plot points or interactions in the form of bullet points. i rlly am sorry about doing this but i remember looking at my notion doc with all the prompts and feeling ... like i wasnt measuring up n it wasnt just to myself or to some intangible concept of “other” id constructed but it was instead to those who requested n actually WANTED to see and hear and read my writing and i ...... im gonna admit thats another big reason i avoided this site.

regardless, youll definitely get what i have (and likely more than just my bullet points and illegible handwriting).

tl;dr: im sorry. what i have in terms of plot, concept, and interaction for every request will be posted, but i cant say ill ever complete them and mean it.

iv. so what now?

well i mean . im not entirely sure how sold i am on haikyuu in the content creation department (as a creator n to a lesser extent, as a consumer). as mentioned previously, its no longer my primary focus. it doesnt mean im not into haikyuu anymore; i have a lot of love for those boys but i cant rlly say im even caught up w recent fandom activity and also havent even finished s4 pt2 LMAO thats on my to do list

and despite all that, i still want to share my plots n concepts and snippets and maybe even fics. it wont happen anytime soon. it might not even happen. but i mean . its better than me saying i wont write ever again shjdkfs but either way ill probably use this blog as a personal blog w the occasional ask game for dialogue prompts (those are always so fun i love making up aus to fit like . the most mundane prompts)

as for my works (past and any potential future), ive opened an ao3 acc here n ill be editing n possibly expanding on my old works to post there. tumblr, to me, is The x reader hub, but i figure more x reader fics on ao3 is never a bad thing.

ill be deleting/posting drafted posts to the queue since they were all meant to be queued anyway as well as (sorry again 🧍‍♂️) deleting or answering asks in the inbox. (moots if you get a notif from me saying i rbed your post from months ago ... mind your business) im very hard to get ahold of and its ... a problem. expect an overhaul of the nav n shit to reflect my new direction n also because i feel like i cant tell if my passion for carrd is shared by the majority HSDKLFS maybe its better to read my info in a normal post ykwim .......

You sit there at the top of the cliff, watching Sarge tinker with his robotics absently, and think about the first time he died.

You didnt even really know Church back then. He was just another asshole on the other side of the canyon. You watched him through the sniper scope, and wondered what they were bickering about over there. Then the rookies showed up and you actually had to go out and fight him. Driving the warthog was so much fun, and you could hear Simmons whooping in the gunner’s spot behind you before the bullets started flying. You remember seeing the tank roll up, the fear of getting run over or shot (things that would happen much later), and then you watched, stunned, as Church’s own team member lined up the barrel and shot him.

Later, you’d meet Caboose properly and understand.

That death had meant little to you. You’d never even had a proper conversation with the guy before he died.

Besides, the next year and a half, you spent with his motherfucking “ghost” anyways. What was the point of getting worked up about a dead body if you could still have beer with his spirit?

When you think about his second death, you’re floating in the swimming pool of your new water park. Everything had gotten so serious; Church was really an AI, there were real things trying to kill them, Freelancer had to be stopped. You wish there had been more time to say goodbyes before Wash is telling all of you to leave and get Epsilon out of there. The frantic drive to get away from the Emp (EMP still sounded fake as hell, thank you very much) still makes your heart beat fast and you realize that if Caboose hadnt been just a little faster, you could have lost a friend twice over that time.

At least then, there were shiney new bases, and a few months to mourn Church. It hadnt really seemed real though, you think. Tucker was also gone, and things werent business as usual at Valhalla anyways, so why should you miss the absence of another Blue? Your too busy dealing with Sarge’s bullshit and wondering if Lopez really did kill your baby sister (you doubt this heavily. Kai has gotten out of worse).

The next time you dont get to say goodbye either. 

You dont like thinking about Sidewinder. Every time you do, you can feel a vise-like grip around your ankles, and you can practically feel snow and ice scraping against your armour as your pulled towards an empty abyss. It makes you shiver uncontrollably, despite the fact you’re currently laying in the warm sand, letting the tepid water of the beach lap against your feet. You draw them up and think about how Tex was worth leaving all of his friends behind. 

You cant help but feel some resentment. After sticking your neck out for him for the past few weeks, Church is just going to abandon you and the rest of the team? Perhaps that anger is unfair. Epsilon was not Alpha. He did not have the same feelings for the guys, no matter how many gaps in his memory that you offer to fill. Just because you treat a guy the same doesnt mean that he actually is.

Still, you muse, watching the water spill over your little waterfall haven, that doesnt excuse all the times he’d run off without a goodbye. It might not have been a death, but you still count the time he ran off with Carolina like it was. You still went through the same feelings of anger and sadness, and even grief for a friendship that seemed forever out of reach. There had been a moment when you thought you were getting it back, but then...

Thinking about the time inside Sarge’s stupid holograph room where he exploded at you makes you angry, and you throw a fairly large rock into the pool at the bottom of the waterfall in frustration. Sure, Church had died all those times, but they’d also had to deal with it! They all had history together! They risked themselves time and time again to deal with Church’s problems. And then he just left with some bitch when he was done using the lot of you.

That reporter had really dropped a bomb into the middle of everything, you think to yourself, hunched over and staring at the wall of your secret cave. The last time he’d died, it had felt so final, so permanent. Ten months, you’d spent trying to reconcile the fact that he was never coming back. Sure he had before, and you’d never tried to work through those times. Why should you if he was just going to reincarnate as a bigger asshole?

There are hot tears between your helmet and your cheeks, and you know from experience that its going to get uncomfortable soon, but you dont dare remove the helmet. Everyone is getting ready to leave Iris, your home, your happy life together, to go save a guy who cant figure out how to stay dead, and who didnt want to be around them much in the last year of his life anyways. You think to yourself that he really shouldnt be dead anyways. Maybe if you’d been a better fighter, Church wouldnt have needed to create fragments of himself and then die. 

Maybe you shouldnt be so quick to write him off.

Thinking of rescuing him again just makes you tired though, deep in your bones. Its been hard; Church’s problems have taken up almost all of your adult life, and you’ve gotten almost nothing in return. His words in the holo-room haunt you, and for a moment you seriously consider going after Church. Then you also remember waking up at Crash Site Bravo and finding out he’d taken off again, and the anger comes back strong enough that you feel like you need to throw up.

You still feel like this when the reporter tries to guilt you into going. She says things that you’ve tried to hide and pretend arent part of you -- caring for these people means you’ll get hurt. Just like with Church.

“FUCK CHURCH!” you scream. The anger feels good, it feels right. It feels better than the literal years of denial that he’s been carrying around. Later, it’ll be nothing but guilt, but you relish the release of emotions that comes with shouting now. You take that anger, low and simmering, with you when you tell the people that you call friends that you quit. You just cant deal with Church anymore.

The guilt eats away at you for weeks. How could you just leave him when he might be alive? How could you let him do that to himself? Why werent you better so he didnt have to fragment?

You stare at a deflating volleyball, and feel the words fall from your mouth just as fast as the tears do. “I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I’m sorry.”

“Chim… maybe we should just go,” Jimin shakes his head and looks outside the window towards the passerby struggling to fight against the cold winter air.

“Is this really happening right now?” Jimin looks down at the ridiculous amount of vomit now staining his expensive Gucci shoes and raised his head to see the source of the vomit who is giggling. Giggling! The girl is giggling when she just vomitted the whole content of her stomach onto his shoes.

“Opps-sie!” was all she managed to say before she burst into a chorus of giggles again.

“Oh man. That stinks Chim!” Taehyung place a hand across his mouth and nose, to stifled the smell and to muffled the laugher he is holding towards his friend’s misfortune. Jimin groaned. He knew coming to the club is not a good idea. He had told the other members that he just wanted to go home, take a long nice bath and sleep, but no, they have to insist that he joins them to this busy, noisy club, filled to the brim and is surrounded by drunk teenagers who cant hold their own liquor. Like the one exactly standing in front of him. Jimin glared at the girl who seemed oblivious to how annoyed and pissed off he is right now.

“I dont think there’s any use to talk to her right now Chim. She’s drunk out of her mind,” Taehyung points to the girl, still laughing. Jimin turned to glare at his laughing friend.

“You are enjoying this arent you Tae?”

“A little bit. Yeah,” he flashed his friend his infamous smile.

“Oh fuck Y/N, what did you do this time?!” Another girl in panic appeared from behind the giggling girl and grabbed her arms. She eyed Jimin’s angry face and Taehyung’s laughing ones before turning her gaze down to Jimin’s shoes, making her eyes widen in horror.

“Shit Y/N. Why are you always such a horrible drunk!” Jimin crossed his arms across his chest and looked at the friend with less than a friendly smile. “I’m sorry. My friend cant really drink and she usually doesnt, but she had a really bad day today, so we decided to let her drink. Sooo… that is why this," she moved her finger, trying to show the misfortunate situation, "happened,”

“And how is that my problem?” Jimin glared at the rambling girl who finally is brave enough to really look towards the two of them properly and her eyes widen in shocked when she finally take their features in.

“Oh shit. You are Park Jimin and Kim Taehyung from BTS!”

“Yes, yes we are. But that doesnt matter right now. What matters is that your friend here just vomitted on my very expensive shoes!” Jimin growled, making the girl cowered in fear. Taehyung decides Jimin is making the situation worse than it should be and stepped in to help calm him down, placing a hand on Jimin’s chest, trying to stop him from cornering the two girls.

“Okay, okay calm down. She’s obviously very drunk right now,” Taehyung turned from Jimin to the friend, “and my friend here is apparently not being very nice towards a pretty girl who obviously needs to loosen up tonight,” Taehyung shot Jimin a look, which he returned by rolling his eyes. “So why dont you just give us her number so Jimin here can send her the dry cleaning bill and you can take her out from here before she ruin anymore shoes?” Taehyung suggested with a grin. The friend quickly scribbled a number on a napkin and passed it to Taehying before hastily bowing, ready to dash out from there.

“Thankyou so much. And you guys are amazing by the way. Keep up the good work!” She flee out from the scene immediately, dragging the still intoxicated Y/N behind her.

“What are you doing Tae? How can you just let them go like that?” Jimin huffed. “Now I have to either go back home barefooted or stuck in a very smelly shoes,” Taehyung chuckled and slipped the number inside Jimin’s pocket.

“You are going to thank me for this one day Chim,”

After waking up in a much better mood the next morning, Jimin found the number in his pocket and decided to give it a call, smirking after he get an idea on how to make Y/N pay for ruining his night. On their first meeting, Y/N was scared to death when Jimin appeared with a death glare plastered on his handsome face. Jimin on the other hand passed her a shoe box filled with his disgustingly smelled and ruined shoes from the night before and asks her to clean it thoroughly before returning it back to him. Y/N huffed at his ridiculous request but did it anyway, grumbling on and on about how can some money making superstar asks a mere student like her to clean his shoes? Dont they just throw them and buy new ones everyday?

On their second meeting, Y/N threw the now clean shoes, complete with the box, which she spent a lot of money on to get it clean, hitting Jimin right in the face, asking him to take his stupidly expensive shoes with him and burn with it together in hell, making Jimin chuckled, fascinated by how feisty this girl is when she is not drunk and being herself.

On their third meeting, which happened because Jimin waited for her in front of her university, which he somehow found out from Taehyung’s stalking skills, hiding behind a tree, all covered up in black hoodie and mask and insisted that she should at least treat him to dinner after hurting his 'beautiful’ face after throwing the shoe at him. Y/N rolled her eyes and tried to get away, calling him delusional but ended up agreeing when Jimin only promise to leave her alone if she accepted the offer. The night ended with Jimin asking to see her again and this time she voluntarily said yes.

On their fourth meeting, both Jimin and Y/N had fun walking through the town’s carnival, discovering new things they actually had in common with each other.

On their fifth meeting, Jimin, with sweaty palms and racing heart, nervously told her he thinks he is falling in love with her.

On their sixth meeting, Y/N told Jimin that she thinks she is falling in love with him too.

On their seventh meeting, Jimin is already practically living in Y/N’s rented apartment, only going back to the dorms when he absolutely have to.

“Hey sleepyhead, wake up or you are going to be late. Namjoon and Jin oppa is going to kill you if you are late for practice again,” Y/N softly wakes Jimin up by straddling him and giving him butterfly kisses all over his face. Jimin fluttered his sleepy eyes open to see the most beautiful face smiling back at him. He immediately reached up to swiped her hair that is hanging loose around her face.

“I dont think I will ever get used to waking up and seeing your face Y/N. Its the most beautiful thing I can ever wake up to,” he smiled, showing her so much love it makes her heart soared. “I love you so much,”

“I love you too Park Jimin,” Y/N whispered back, stating straight into his eyes. “Forever and always,”

“Promise?”

“Promise,”

“Good. Because I dont know what I’ll do if I ever lose you Y/N. Nothing could ever replace you in my heart. Nothing could ever make me feel the way that you do with just one smile,” he pulled her closer and kisses her with everything he had. Jimin doesnt know a lot of things, but what he do know is, nothing is ever going to come close to the love he felt for Y/N.

Have you been drinking, to take all the pain away? I wish that I could give you what you deserve

“How are you feeling today baby?” Jimin smile softly at Y/N who is bundled up in her blanket on the couch as he removed the empty wine bottle by her side. Jimin frowned, by the looks of it, it must already have been her second bottle.

It has been more than a year since they were together and the world had not been kind to them. His fans, the company, even his family is against their relationship. The only support they ever had is from his members who understands how in love Jimin and Y/N really are. Y/N had tried her best in staying strong for the first few months of the hatred thrown towards their relationship. Always plastering a smile and repeating I’m-okays for him, hiding the hurt she felt, not wanting to make Jimin worry. But she can only take so much when it seems the whole world is trying to break them apart. The company is forcing Jimin to have a fake girlfriend, another newly rising star, where their overboard relationship is shown to Y/N everywhere from TV to newspapers to gossips site. It kills her to see her boyfriend hugging and kissing another girl everyday.

Jimin’s public relationship leads to fans calling her names and hating on her when they accidentally saw her with Jimin on multiple occasion, eating in a restaurant or just walking to the nearby ice cream store. Y/N tried to show Jimin that all that doesnt bother her at all, until Jimin finds out that she has been cutting classes when the bullying got too far, to the extend of destroying her things and hurting her.

Jimin’s heart ache whenever he came back only to find Y/N crying alone in her dark room, all bundled up in her blankets. Sometimes even with wounds all over her body from the attacks she has been receiving. She will try her best to hide it from him, quickly wiping the tears and pulling the sleeve of her sweatshirt to cover her bruised arms, flashing him a smile, pretending everything is all right, but Jimin always knows better.

Jimin hated himself for not being able to do anything for her. Y/N deserve the world. She deserve people who loves her and care for her. She deserves happy and beautiful things and Jimin wishes more than anything that he can give everything that he knows she deserve in the palms of her hand.

“What are you thinking about?” Jimin asks Y/N who is blankly staring outside the window of her apartment at the pouring rain.

“Have you ever wonder what it would be like if I didnt get drunk that night?” she tilted her head at him.

“Well, then the most magical night of my life wouldnt have happened. I wouldnt have met you, my one true love,” he smiled softly at her.

“Sometimes I just wished that night never happened,” she turned back to the window.

“Why are you saying all this?” Jimin tilted her head to face him again. She pushed Jimin’s hand away from her face and lowered her gaze.

“Sometimes I think about how your life would be better off if you didnt met me that night. you will probably met somebody else who is better suited for you sooner or later. Someone who your fans, your family, even the world will approve on,” Y/N whispered her words, trying to hold back the tears she’s feeling in the back of her eyes. Jimin grabbed her shoulders and turned her fully to face him.

“Hey, listen to me Y/N. I love you. I dont care what anybody else is saying. There is no one else in this world who gets me like you do, who makes me happy like you do. There is no one else in this world who is better matched for me than you Y/N. I will never find another love that is as true as ours if I didnt find you,” Y/N didnt dare to say anything and lowered her gaze to her lap before he pulled her closer in his embraced, hugging her tightly, wishing the world wouldnt be so cruel towards her, towards them anymore.

I gave you everything babe Well, everything I had to give

“Marry me Y/N. Marry me and be with me forever,”

Jimin kneeled down on one knee in front of Y/N who is looking at him in shocked. Its their two year anniversary today, and Jimin had never felt more in love than he felt at that very moment. Their situation didnt get better, in fact it only had gotten worse. The hate thrown towards their relationship which increased after Jimin breaks up with his pretend girlfriend and announced their real relationship to the world has only driven Y/N driven into a state of depression. Fans accusing Y/N as a homewrecker for the perfect couple. Jimin finally decides enough is enough. Y/N has given him everything she has, and its time he gives her every part of him.

“Say yes Y/N and we will get through this together. I love you so much, I dont think I will be able to make it without you,” he held both of her hands, smiling softly at her.

Tears are streaming down Y/N’s face as she looks back into Jimin’s eyes. Every fiber in her body is telling her to say yes, and she blinked back the tears.

“This is everything I thought I only could dream about Jimin. I love you so much, but this world is not ready for our love. We are not destined to be together. Maybe in some other moment in time, you will be mine again,” she kissed both of his hands that is holding hers. “I’m sorry, but I cant marry you,”

But that is the past now, we didn’t last now I guess that this is meant to be

“Hey earth to Park Jimin!” Taehyung’s voice snapped him back to reality. Jimin just flashed a tired smile at his best friend.

“You are thinking about her again arent you?” Jimin just looked down at his untouched cup of coffee, now no longer steaming, but as cold as the feelings that is surrounding his heart.

Lost in confusion, like an illusion You know I’m used to making your day

“Yeah…” Jimin took a sipped of the cold coffee. “Sometimes everything just felt so surreal. Like it was all a dream. Like I will finally wake up one day to her voice trying to wake me up again, telling me I’ll be late for practice or how much she loves me, laughing besides me. I’m just so used to having her by my side Tae,”

“Its been five years since she left Jimin. And she’s finally truly happy and getting married again. That’s what you have always wanted for her right? To be in a relationship that wont hurt her?” Jimin kept his silence. “Maybe… maybe its time for you to finally move on too Chim,” Taehyung softly said to his friend, giving his hand across the table a pat to show his support.

“Yeah… maybe Tae. But I know no matter how hard I try to find it, nothing can ever come close to being like what we had again,”

henlo! can u post a gif tutorial cause your gifs are so pretty and look amazing, even on mobile which messes up with everythjng 😆

ahh anon u flatter me!! thank you for your kind words!!! i honestly have ways to go, but it means a lot that u say this thank you 

so for starters i have a mac + photoshop cs5 so a lot of this tutorial will be based on what you do for that, but i’m sure u could do the same thing on pcs  (actually pcs have more programs available so i highly recommend, if u have a pc, finding a tutorial that is based around pcs) and other photoshop versions too! but i think the general process is still the same, a different tutorial might just be more nuanced^^

1. Finding/downloading your video~so for normal mp4 videos on youtube i use this website. it’s pretty useful it can download from actually a wide variety of sites like naver (up till 1080p!) ~for v app videos i use this site~ts files i find on kpopexciting or kpop24hrs (u need an account for kpop24hrs i think to download video but! signing up isnt difficult and its nothing fishy. i use it a lot esp for older ts files it has a good archive, kpopexciting tends to be faster though.)~the higher quality files you find the better! i find that it tends to go mp4~honestly finding the right high quality video is a HUGE part of making gifs look nice2. Extracting your video~there are many many many ways to extract your video but I highly recommend downloading avisynth! There are ways to download it for pc! avisynth is beautiful because it doesn’t really reduce the quality of your video to the extent that photoshop does, plus it can extract 60fps from ts files. some gifs ive made through avisynth ( x x x ) if you’re interested in avisynth further, tumblr user @/brandinator is a good place to start! if you want to know more regarding how to use it and a different tutorial through that, let me know! ~now i’m not sure if there is an avisynth tutorial for mac anymore, BUT theres another great program, vapoursynth, that mac users can look into. here’s a tutorial that i’ve found~Before I got avisynth I used VLC player for ts files but I had to basically screenshot each frame individually. Some gifs I’ve made through this method ( x x x ). these gifs are 60fps only bc i found a user who uploaded the ts file in 60fps. usually you cant get 60fps w/o avisynth. but this is also me saying that if you cant get avisynth or vapoursynth, there are still ways to work around it i think! one of my fav giffers for the longest time didnt use either!! and sharpening and coloring were always on point.~I think pcs can use kmplayer? id look into that if you have a pc~for normal mp4 videos I just use photoshops ‘import video frames to layers’ option (under file in the menubar)! you can use avisynth as well, but for me it takes forever to extract what i want in avisynth (minimum like a minute ish), whereas ps can get the part of the video i want to gif in a couple of seconds. I think it’s self explanatory but basically you find the video you want to extract, find where u want ur gif to start, and for photoshop cs5, you hit the ‘shift’ key and let the part u want giffed in the video play. when youre done u lift the shift key and hit ‘ok’ (idk if it differs for different versions of ps). i extract all!!! frames!! it makes it look smoother too :)

3. Coloring/Sharpening/Cropping/Etc~now this is the step that I can’t really give a tutorial on because honestly it varies for everyone! but i feel that this is the step that a lot of ppl need guidance with (me included) because it is the hardest step, probably because it is so ‘up in the air’ for lack of a better word? there is no one right way of doing it the possibilities are literally endless but here are some tips~Coloring:       ~most important rule: don’t whitewash ur gifs!!       ~other than that, the world is yours.       ~honestly have fun with this part! coloring is something that i haven’t fully learned yet       ~i tend to play around mainly with the curves, selective color, hue/saturation, and color balance layers       ~you can also download psds other ppl have made (i dont do this myself) and use those!      ~also i feel that a lot of the times, the right coloring can make ur gif seem higher quality. coloring can also play a role in reducing gif size if u do it correctly.      ~honestly this part is just a lot of experimentation, over the course of a gifset and over the course of time in general. some people find their coloring style easily, but i was not one of those people. ive spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to adjust what layers to get the colors that i want and i think only as of this era ive been able to execute the coloring i had pictured in my mind. so patience is a virtue!!! ~Sharpening:      ~ah yes my biggest enemy: sharpening      ~first things first, i sharpen my gifs using smart sharpen + topaz                  ~settings for my smart sharpen are 500%; 0.4                 ~check the box that says ‘more accurate’ and i personally remove ‘gaussian blur’      ~some people also use topaz denoise, and/or topaz clean     ~ honestly topaz is a lifesaver for me bc it smoothes out a lot of grain that can be introduced via coloring! also!!! it can reduce gif size by a lot!!!!!!!!!!!          ~on topaz denoise i hit the ‘light’ setting on the side and adjust the settings accordingly          ~idk how to use topaz clean even though I have it, because it refuses to work          ~to apply topaz you have to hit ‘flatten frames into layers’                ~some gifs i’ve made with just topaz and no avisynth ( x  x x x)        ~there are ways to make it look nice without topaz but i’ve forgotten how after i got it               ~id duplicate the frame then use smart sharpen and ‘gaussian blur’ under ‘blur’                       ~then adjust the opacity levels in some way.                       ~my settings for the opacity levels aren’t good so i’ll refrain from sharing               ~some gifs ive made through this method ( x x )        ~last but not least i’ll bring up avisynth again. avisynth is nice at preserving video quality                 ~a lot of ppl i know say they don’t even sharpen gifs out of avisynth                 ~here are some gifs i have made with avisynth + topaz ( x x x x x x x )    ~honestly when it comes to sharpening, im still floundering with it. my sharpening needs a lot of work but, amongst the people who i consider good sharpners, most of them use avisynth, topaz denoise and/or clean, and smart sharpen! so all the resources are here !

~Cropping:     ~it’s super important to follow tumblr dimensions otherwise gifs come out looking grainy! even when they’re not ! (case in point: x in which i used 168 instead of 178 for the dimensions)~Timing:   ~Timing is so important!!! I almost forgot!! Always make sure u dont have duplicate frames for starters! for 60fps source videos i use .03, for mp4s i typically use .04 but sometimes the frame rate is kinda funky so you may have to go slower accordingly! and the important thing about timing is that if u use smart object, when u save ur gif, it’ll be in a different timing? like .04 gets changed to .07 but in order to fix that, u can simply just save ur gif in the wrong timing, and then reopen the gif in ps, simply change the timing to what u want on all ur frames, and then save it again!! idk if that made any sense but laskdjf this was the biggest mystery for me for so long omg4. Saving the gif~personally the save settings I use are “Selective/Adaptive” ; “Diffusive”; Dither: 100%; 256 colors. sometimes this makes the gif super grainy so i use “pattern” instead of “diffusive” in those instances5. Pray Perseverance   ~a lot of the time when you’re giffing, gifs won’t come out the way you want it (i’m sure for every gifset i’ve uploaded on tumblr, there’s a gifset that i started making and never finished because it looked really bad). idk sometimes it feels like photoshop has its own will, sharpenings wont always work the same way each time, video quality won’t be the way you want it, i’m honestly still very experimental right now I don’t have ps figured out at all. so yeah…sometimes all u can do is that when u hit that save for web button (that ruins everything alskf), pray that ps doesnt mess it up too bad ahahaha but also that even when it does, its okay and you can try again! or try something new!

You guys know I like sharing my personal life with you. I LOVE SHARING ITS SO FUN! It's kind of like I gossip but I dont really like gossiping about other people, I moreso enjoy gossiping about myself. So with that being said. I wanna talk about something that happened recently. First of all, my spouse manages my business emails. Laineybot [GROAN]. So after six years or uh, seven years… six sev six sev… seven years. I had somebody record videos with me a long time ago, over six years ago. And they're obviously enjoying being in the video, I mean they volunteered to be in the videos. And you know down the line that person and I, because we were dating and stuff, well I decided to end things with them and they went home to Canada. And then I decided to get back with them, for like the ninetieth[?] time and they were taking money from me so they could survive in Canada for a while, and they picked that money up that I sent to them on a regular basis with their "guy friend". But later on, one of my fans informed me that that "guy friend" who they were regularly picking up money in the car of at the money tree or whatevers in Canada. That person had actually gotten them pregnant while they were dating me and taking money from me. I, of course, fell apart and walked 6 miles to Dennys. And in that Dennys, I uh, there's nothing really that happened at Dennys I just fell apart more. I walked home, six miles or whatever, and eventually a person named Taylor my spouse put me back together. So I used to work with somebody in videos a long time ago and then they got pregnant with someone elses baby and recently I've been uploading those videos that I did with that person so long ago because even though they did that to me, even though they took my money and we were dating and then they got pregnant with someones baby. Like even though there's all that really like not-so-great feeling there, I still enjoy the art. You know, the work we did together. It's very… nice. It's wonderful really. That person was really very funny and I can see that, despite… having gone through those things with them. But I got an email, or Lainey got an email, because Lainey manages the business. And I can't show it to you, because the last time I showed you guys and email, I got in a lot of trouble on youtube. I don't know why I got in trouble, but I did. So I can't like, show screencaps anymore I just have to like, repeat them. Oh! But I will post this to the corteria[?] on onision.org/forums which only like six people have access too. It's a hidden forum within the forum. It's pretty cool. But I will post this screenshot there. Anyway, it says: "To whom it may concern, you are being advised that any and all material containing imagery, sound or likeness of that persons name is to be immediately removed from any public sites." NO. The answer is NO. Okay. You can't do that. When somebody volunteers to be in a video you can't just say "you know what, I revoke it" NO. The agreement was you are giving me property. It is mine now. There was never any talk of anything outside that. Just because it is years later and you no longer feel like "oh I love these things" you still did them, and you still volunteered yourself to be in those videos. To revoke the right for me distributing content that I made, with you as a volunteer, that is totally bonkers. If that person from over six years ago, wants to go and try take everything that's mine just because it slightly involves them, uh well, then I say you give me back the thousands of dollars that you took from me. You give me back the money I sent you when you were with that other guy, uh, you give me back all the money I spent on plane tickets for you, you give me back all the money I spent on outfits and food and housing et cetera. I think we're about… $50,000 by now? You give me back all that, and yes I will take them down. But here's the thing. I am not even really making any money off of most those videos. Reality check. And I am keeping those comedy sketches up because they're awesome and I love those comedy sketches. And I'm not going to just throw away all that wonderful stuff, because somebody who got pregnant with another persons baby while dating me, no longer enjoys the sketches as much as I do. Anyway, they say "You have not been given any rights to publish these." Yes. I was. They were in them! They were literally… UGH. Ok guys, so when you voluntarily collaborate with someone, when you play out characters in a video. Like lets say I got in a banana costume and I was featured in a DanIsNotOnFire video, or I was in a uh smosh video or I was in any of your favourite youtuber video ok? If I was in like a banana costume dancing around in the background, could you imagine just because I didnt like them anymore that I went and sent them a letter saying "you must remove all this immediately!" It just.. to me… it seems…. there's not better word than bonkerschnitzel. Tha-thats literally… its beyond bonkers. It's bonkerschnitzel to just - because you feel like it. To pretend you were never ever totally cool with being in a video and totally gave permission does not like "I JUST FILMED SOMEONE SLEEPING" it's not how it went. They say they expect to receive proof that everything is gone within five days, and it's like dude, come on. Wha? This just makes me think why do I work with anyone ever? Why do I have anyone in my videos ever? If down the line they are just gonna cause an issue. I just want to make awesome funny videos, and if I can't make an awesome funny video with someone without them worrying that later on they'll be like "I dont want this video out there anymore" its like ugh you're ruining everything!! Anyway they say if I don't comply with their demands it's going to result in a cause of action. I dont know what that means. It says I should govern myself accordingly. Again, question mark. Anyway, its cute that they think they can just pretend permission was never given to something even though it is beyond obvious that permission was given for something. But in no rational world does this hold merit. In fact I have my phone here, lets see if we can call call this guy (G = Greg, M = Manager) G: Hi I got an email that says I need to remove videos with an artist of yours. M: Yeah G: Yeah M: Greg? G: Yeah. M: This is her manager. Uh, hi Greg. G: Permission to use those videos is beyond obvious. M: uh, what is it written? Can you send me a document where she signed off to agree to do that? G: Are you saying I had a gun to her head? M: No I'm not saying I had a gun to her head, I'm asking for the agreement. Can you send it to me? Then we're good to go. G: Yeah, well to prove in any court that someone was unwillingly participating in a video I would be amazed to see that happen. M: Yeah well if you give me your address we can get to court if that's required. I'm asking you, one professional to another, uh, these videos are six years old to remove those videos completely from your site and to have some human decency to get that - G: You realise these are comedy sketches right? And when you volunteer to be in a comedy video sketch and its beyond obvious that someone is willingly volunteering in the sketch does that seem, uh, wait Ok lets be real and honest real quick ok? It's obvious she's voluntarily in the videos. It's obvious. Like there's no situation in which you say "oh that person wasnt willingly in a video?" cause they are. It's obvious! In fact I have footage of that person asking to continue recording a video even though I had stopped recording with them, because I knew I could play the character better than they could in that scene. And they were like "no no no I wanna continue". It's one thing to have something in writing, but to have someones voice and face on film saying they want to be on video? You lost.

how did you learn japanese? are there any resources you found particularly helpful?

i started out in high school with that nintendo ds game ‘my japanese coach’.

ik that might sound silly or watever, but i swear by it, it’s a really good learning tool. very effective. thats where about 70% of the total jp knowledge i have now came from. i think it makes an excellent starting out tool.

while i would work through that game, i would have a notebook where i would constantly practice writing kana and making up my own original sentences in constantly everyday (physical writing and repetition helps a lot in learning)

there was a website i had found that was really good with teaching grammar that wasn’t in the game, i tried looking but i cant find the exact site. its been a few years so prolly that website doesnt exist anymore, but 2 similar sites i found were japaneseforbeginners.info and maggiesensei.com . they both have really good lookin ‘grammar’ sections that seem easy to learn from and understand.

it also kinda helped that i was/am a weab and did a lot of things to ‘surround’ myself with the language as best i could. for example, i was/am poor, so its not like i couldve went on some exchange program or trip to japan to get immersed, but i would constantly visit nico nico douga and watch vids/broadcasts on there to see, read, and hear actual japanese. i listened to a lot of jp music and would  actively listen to try and understand/translate wat was being said. i would use pixiv a lot and read a lot of artists comics, and i would play jp  visual novels (which is nice bc if i couldn’t understand by reading, i could listen to the voiceovers and either understand the word that way, or at least i could phonetically search for the word then)

it was p rough at first bc i would have to stop constantly  to look up words (and theres lots of good online dictionaries and sites that let you look up a word by writing out the kanji or finding the kanji by putting together radicals) but through patience, time, and hard work it pays off.

also theres a chrome extension called rikaikun (and a similar on on firefox called perapera i THINK) that lets u hover over words and phrases and itll instantly show the definiton and readings and kanji, etc for it in a popup which is NOICE.

but ya that just my experience and how i learned it. rosetta stone is shit. and if ur a weab be careful with “”learning”” from anime bc ppl in anime talk weird, its not really reflective of natural jp speech. its just. weird. and bad. lol. dont “learn” from anime.

in short, even if u dont like the resources i suggested (the game and those 2 websites) i would say surrounding urself is very good and important, even if its not in very big ways like the ones i mentioned, bc wen u do that its like learning and u dont even know it bc its fun af. ur learning, but it just feels like having an off day watching vids, playing games, and listening to ur fav music.

wigs - i’m willing to shell out a bit more for these as well. i’d like a nice short black one for karkat, kanaya, and if i ever decide to do jane, john, or jake, and though i have a long black wig it sucks pretty hard and i need a better one, probably curly, with bangs. though straight would be okay for most of these anyway. the only person who needs a medium length wig is terezi, and that’s actually pretty much true for all of hs, which is... too bad.

horns - i have a few pairs of horns already and PLENTY of clay to make more, but for bigger horns i’d need more than model magic. for aradia (and probably eridan and mmmaybe equius though im not doing either of them) and maybe vriska and kanaya (just to make those joints easier) id use the wire, tinfoil, and yarn method, but anything smaller than that i can use my clay. i already have peixes and vantas horns, though the peixes horns are broken and are resisting being fixed and the vantas horns don’t attach very well. i also have leijon horns in the works as well that were originally for davepeta. but id use clay to make vantas, captor, leijon, maybe maryam, pyrope, and maybe equius horns, and i used it for my peixes horns (though i didnt attach them well to the headband so those didnt go great).

contacts - i have actual regular contacts now, so now i wont have to worry about being blind ever. the next step is to get cosplay lenses (yes i know safe sites to get them from, yes i know my prescription and what size to get, yes i know how to be safe buying contacts). the best investement for sure would be a gray pair and a mesh pair, just speaking in terms of sheer number of characters. beyond that, it depends on who i end up cosplaying as to what color lenses i buy. for instance, if i decide on aradia, meenah, and dave, white and red lenses make the most sense. if i decide on rose, jasprose, and karkat, purple and gray ones make the most sense.

for any glasses, i’m going to be looking at thrift shops first and foremost. if i don’t find anything in a reasonable time, i’ll find stuff online.

i have probably two-thirds of a pot of snazzaroo, which will probably be enough, but if i decide to do a sprite or vampire kanaya, i’ll need white paint as well. plus if i decide to do more than one troll, i might want more gray paint anyway.

ears - i dont have any rn. i know a few methods to make them and a few places i can buy them but i’d probably end up making them anyway, mostly for cost-effectiveness.

as for money... well, i’ll do my best. i have an actual job now, and it’s pretty good. ive worked a lot in my first few days and ill keep working so even with taxes my paychecks are gonna be pretty sweet. id take commissions but i still have yet to consistently create any kind of art so im waiting til i can do that. also i dont have a way to get that money rn. nbd either way; i dont have any expenses besides this type of thing atm so its not like im hurting for money.

also i wouldnt have to cosplay only homestuck but a) im lazy and b) ive never loved anything the way ive loved homestuck so i kind of wouldnt want to betray my brand(tm)

welcome to my blog. 

i havent been on tumblr in years. i used to use this site as early as 10 years ago. i used to be obsessed with it. i guess now that yahoo owns it, and all of the fun stuff is gone, i had never really considered coming back to it. i stopped using it properly when i left high school. 

anyway, the reason i am here now is because i need an outlet; somewhere to post my emotions and thoughts and feelings. it seems as if i can not trust anyone in my life anymore. friends i managed to make online only think about what is good for them (which is to be suspected because when there is a screen in front of you and most of the time hundreds of miles of ocean, people dont really give a fuck). i dont really have anyone in real life. i cant be who i want to be in real life, because i had already created a shitty charade long ago that i cant find myself escaping. it also doesnt help that i leave the house maybe once every 2ish or 3ish weeks at the moment. 

so yes, i need an outlet. because i am distraught. i hate my life. i know a lot of people nowadays say that when in reality they dont really mean it. but i do. i am plagued by depression and a slew of mental illnesses (which have been diagnosed and i am in treatment currently). i felt the need for this page when the other day i was in therapy (via zoom) and i begged and begged my therapist to let me leave group therapy. i am over that group. its just SJW, PC, airy-fairy bullshit. i want to tackle the fucking shit im dealing with, not walk around it. anyway. she didnt care. she said that she could either throw me with another therapist, or i had to deal with it. and she knows that i am so tired of bouncing around therapists. im incurable. ive been in the system for more than half my life now, which is sad when i think about that for too long. 

so i will use this as a space to scream into. for now. to be real, im just waiting for something to happen. someone to provoke me enough so i can deck them or something. i just crave violence at the moment, and i think that is mostly because i have jack shit going for me. even just getting punched myself would be splendid. just to feel something would be amazing. which is fucked, really. the only company i have are the hallucinations. but really, i dont want real people around. the voices understand, even if they make my life hell.

I just wish to feel genuine joy in my life.
