About Arry, well he's more like the flirty one, and he've been seeing another diesel lately.

Maybe this is only spring effects or something more... serious.

But i won't say too much 😌

Also possibly one. Diesels don't have many pups as the egg itself is very hard to carry the 5 months they take it inside, more pups would be dangerous for their health.

Diesel 10 is a single father, what would it be like if Diesel 10 took care of the little Diesels, like Diesel Mavis, Arry and Bert making a mess in the workshops, Phillip crying because Diesel took his bottle and paxton accidentally sets the whole house on fire

Oh my god anon, that is SUCH a golden idea.

Salty accidentally stabbed Daisy in the eye with a wooden sword while pretending to be a pirate.

Rusty brought their pet boulder which caused a few of the diesels to start panicking.

Arry and Bert broke the windows where they were playing catch with Diesel.

And Diesel 10 just overall being so FUCKING tired of everything.

The two engines greeted their visitor cheerfully.

“Welcome to the Sodor Steelworks!” Harry smiled.

“Where yesterday's loss is-”

“No.”

“Where yesterday's old wheel is tomorrow's new steel!” Bert grinned.

Harry sighed.

“Are you two done mucking around?” The engine grunted. “I haven't got all day. My railway is expecting me back by morning, and I have no desire to keep my director waiting.”

“'Your railway’?” Bert asked.

“Yes. A preservation line out East, near the Southern Region.”

‘So not a Sodor Engine’, the two diesels thought in unspoken chorus. He didn't know it, but the Steelworks’ visitor had just made a grave mistake by giving Harry and Bert an inch.

“I'll get to sortin’ yer train.” Bert offered. “It's gonna take a bit though, I'm not that fast.”

“Or if ya don't wanna wait for Bert's slow arse to sort yer train,” Harry offered, “I can show you where you can leave it.”

“Sounds fine to me.”

Harry rolled backwards towards the Smelting Shed, leaving the visitor to follow.

“You seem quite committed to your work, huh?” Harry struck up conversation with the engine as they made their way to the back.

“You could say that.”

“Your railway must rely quite heavily on such a dedicated engine.”

“Someone has to take up the strain, after that coward decided the work was too much for him and left without a trace.”

“Oh?”

“It was a while back, but an engine I worked with back in the Southern Region just- ow!”

A sudden blunt force slammed into the train, causing several trucks to derail and the flatbeds in front to jackknife.

“Y'don't see that kinda behavior from trucks.” Harry mused. “Though they are known for causin’ trouble. Wait here.”

Harry strode briskly away, leaving their guest standing next to a huge smoking box.

“What…is that?” The engine wondered aloud.

He would soon get his answer. A sudden slam made him jump. He looked back to see the derailed flatbeds undisturbed, but a massive gate had shut between them and the rest of the train.

A whirring sounded above him. The engine looked up, and his eyes widened. A large grabber was slowly descending towards him.

“Wait- no. Stop!” He shouted. “I'm here to deliver your scrap metal! I- I'm not for scrap! I'M NOT FOR SCRAPPING!! LISTEN TO ME, DAMN YOU!! STOP THIS! YOU CAN'T-!”

Harry and Bert met in the main building, at the tail end of the train.

“Excellent work, Bert.” Harry chuckled, as he pulled up alongside his partner in crime.

“Couldn'ta beguiled‘'im like you did.” Bert replied.

“Nah, y'just gotta commit to the act. Anyone can feign interest for a couple minutes er so.”

“I ‘ave fer years, 'n’ you've never caught on.”

“Screw you.” Harry laughed.

A piercing howl emanated from within the smelting shed, no longer one of pleas or threats, but raw, unfiltered terror.

A sickening crunch turned the screams into a feeble, hollow groan. Then silence.

“I still hate the ‘slogan’ you came up with.” Harry grunted.

“It's fitting.”

“Doesn't make it good.”

The two grumbled at each other as they set to work rerailing the trucks, ready to be sorted in the sidings.

Some more Human AU fellas

Arry & Bert Darlington

Age: 53 (Arry is older)

Height: 212 cm

A pair of intimidating and sinister gangster twins that work directly under Diesel 10 and have been loyal to him for years. They follow every of D10's orders with glee and without question. They are especially good at intimidating others thanks to their imposing statures and are eager for some dirty work. If D10 wants someone to be taught a lesson or permanently out of the picture, they have got it covered.

When the parents of D10's nephew, Darius Diesel, died, they were assigned as little Darius' bodyguards and personal tutors in combat and weapon use. They just as loyal to Diesel as to D10 as they grew a soft spot for the now young man, who they had looked after since he was just a child.

Matthew "Cranky" Hawkins

Age: 48

Height: 209 cm

The leading crane operator at Brandam Docks. He earned the nickname Cranky due to his permanent bad mood, being even more grumpy than Gordon. He has no time for anyone's nonsense and doesn't approve of any form of silliness, which is ironic as he has the habit of teasing others, often using his crane to sabotage collegues that got sassy with him earlier. Cranky is not on good terms with young people, calling them bugs and is actively opposed of minors such as Thomas and Percy even being near his work place.

His bad attitude made him disliked and avoided by many and made his work very lonely but he refuses to ever admit that. His closest collegues, Salty and Porter try to lift his mood and keep him company to varying success. Cranky managed to mallow out and be more tolerable towards other but he still carries that nickname for good reason.

Lincoln "Salty" Ruston

Age: 51

Height: 198 cm

A former marine that now works at Brendam Docks. He adapted mannerisms that made him seem like a pirate and prefers to be called Salty in association with his affinity for the sea. He is a jolly man that likes to lend others a hand and entertain them with pirate tales with some being more rediculous than the last. He is close friends with Porter, on very good terms with Henry and wants to brighten the mood for Cranky.

Johan "Bulgy" Regent

Age: 39

Height: 192 cm

Driver of a double-decker bus and Bertie's senior, who introduced him to everything when the cheerful young man just started his new job. He got his nickname from Bertie and never seems to get rid of it much to his dismay. Bulgy has a strong distaste for the rails and is very strong in his conviction that busses and the roads are more important and superior in every way. He found his fair share of like minded people such as steamroller driver George Aveling or some lorry drivers but failing to recruit his mentee Bertie into the "Anti-Railway League".

His relationship with Bertie has always been complicated. On one hand he cares for him as a fellow bus driver and former trainee, adoring his enthusiasm and passion for the profession and never-fading cheerfulness. On the other hand, said cheerfulness can also annoy Bulgy from time to time as well as Bertie's frequent cheekyness and the thing Bulgy dislikes the most is Bertie being all chummy with the railway and glady being their friend as long as they acknowledge the importance of the roads.

I thought about adding Diesel 10 to Sodor UK time and time again, and here he is. he is Arry and Bert's crime boss, and he got Pinchy the Claw from a car bomb accident.
