Nung sunday pala, umorder ako ng breakfast wrap at coffee ko sa tims online para pagdaan ko dun, pick up na lang. Kaso pagdating ko dun, sarado pa sila. Syempre malungkot ako nun, wala ako breakfast at coffee eh. Nag-email ako sa customer service nila na ganun nga nangyari. Pero after an hour, open na daw sila and pwede ko na kunin order. Tapos kaninang umaga, nag-email sila na ni-refund pala nila yung order ko and binigyan pa nila ako additional points. So parang naka-libre pa ako ng breakfast at coffee. Nakakahiya tuloy pero thank you tims!! Kaya mahirap talaga magdesisyon pag gutom at galit eh hahaha
